✓ Notice the dev responses....BEWARE BEWARE BEWAREThere is ABSOLUTELY NO Customer service in this game whatsoever. Notice the dev responses are all the same in the reviews. That is what u get when u send a message to them in the game. If they respond at all you will get a stock answer but they NEVER take ANY action. One gets the impression that they do not understand English. There has not been a new map in probably 2 years. All they seem to do is introduce newer generations of tanks and if u don’t spend real money u can’t compete. I had a t8 Bulldog and when the t9 Shadow came out I upgraded. There was no way to know the new tanks attributes but you would figure it would be more powerful than the t8.....not the case. The Shadow only had 3 shots where the Bulldog had 6. The Bulldog ops and pierce were also actually HIGHER than the Shadow. Shadow only had a slightly higher damage number but this was easily offset by the shot reduction and less ops. As a result Bulldogs could still routinely kill a Shadow. Wasted all my gold on Shadow that was useless. Sent email after email with NO ACTION EVER TAKEN. ✓ I just got ROBBED by the game programmers!!This game was my favorite game over a year now. I spent tons of money on this game and played it everytime i had free time to get to the level that i wanted. After i completed all the upgrades, They just updated to the newer version of the game and ROBBED 35% of my tank's power, and reduce my tank's speed to snail crawling. What people put into their tanks is nerfed badly. Connections to server were flaky. Crashes happened to North Americans. But now connection to server is total garbage. Won't stay connected longer then a minute. Could do long range shots. Now even if you plainly see the tank you can't hit it if beyond a certain point. Gold use to be collected to get better tanks, get super weapons and tank packs. Now gold is only for super weapon and packs. Has made the use of gold superfluous. Might was well just use cash. Speaking of cash. Use to be able to buy higher level tanks. That's gone now you have to acquire "tank cards" which are earned thru level advancement or "Qualifier" games . In my opinion they have just totally ruined the game. It may be they just wanted to grab more cash. So. Should be a ZERO star rating. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GAME NOW!! ✓ It "was" better than Iron Farce!!I played IF for over 3 years and never in all that time had I gotten the fair match ups I have seen already in Tank Strike!! Better graphics, no lag, no hackers! While there may be some connection issues on occasion, it is nothing compared to the constant outages on IF during LOL battles!! With Tank Strike they tell you when the game will be down AND what they are going to give you as compensation!! I still refuse to spend money on a free app, but I am still able to compete during almost every battle! Update: The newest version of the game is horrible!! Everything that made this game great has now been taken away! No more interchangeable tank bodies/turrets, cash rewards are garbage, and this "tank tree" to get new tanks is pathetic, I bet that even the developers don't know how it works! Constantly getting booted at the beginning of a game, not to mention getting shot at by bots before you can even move! Oh and the bots, all maxed out now and with the newest tanks! Multiple ads for selling you things you don't want fly in your face. You are disconnected from the game very often while playing. There are the same boring three play fields to fight in. ✓ Disappointing DeveloppersI play this game using Iron Storm Tank War and Tank Strike which are 3 separate accounts. I got to this situation because I ended up not being able to play at all on each one of them due to server error or several other major long-term glitches.I have not been able to play any of them for weeks now as Iron Storm and Tank War would not open due to Server Error and Tank Strike just will not open. In spite of my repeated emails, I am yet to get a response from 2 of them and a positive response from the third one, namely Tank Strike. I have only been able to go back on recently as a guest because I got fed up of waiting but am very disheartened. I am a level 60 player, with upgraded T8 tanks, Master 1 in Disqualifiers, Leader of a legion and admittedly stupidly spent some money on it but all my pleas fall on deaf ear. I have had to start again with the basic scouter tank at level one as a guest which is just terrible and unfair. I love the game, miss playing it and my legion members who will eventually get fed up waiting for me to get back into the game on my main account which is the only one that gives me back control of my legion. However, as far as developers are concerned, they are all a waste of time, the management of the game is appalling, people have been complaining daily for years and it is technically riddled with worsening problems making me almost wanting to give up completely. The Developers do not deserve having any paying customers and if they remain ignorant, they will find themselves one day with hardly any players and hopefully go bust and put us all out of our misery.
