✓ Terrible Customer ServiceOrdered a jersey on 9/10, after a week of the order status not being updated I called customer service and they alerted me that the payment was never captured. Had I not called to follow up I never would have known this. They can send spam on a daily basis but can't alert customers that there was a problem with their system capturing payments. The rep I spoke to said she can place the order again and adjust the price after the fact to the price I had originally purchased it for. This never happened. I got charged the full price and no record of the adjusted price. This app is now deleted from my phone. Terrible!.Version: 2.5.5
✓ Won’t workLiterally doesn’t work. No matter what you chose or click on it remains on the same start screen. I’ve tried different ways to get to my teams page and it just never changes. So frustrating..Version: 3.5.12
✓ Shipping and restockingI talked to a representative about restocking and the person was no help at all. I was unable to get free shipping even though the website is advertising free shipping with orders over 39$. ✓ App troubleI downloaded the app and it didn’t work. I couldn’t search teams, not even pick my team, it just kept going back to picking a league. Guess I’ll stick to using the web browser..Version: 3.5.12
✓ Phone numberALL phone numbers use (,) and -. There was no instructions for your format of all numbers with no dashes or parentheses. I almost gave up the order but I gave it one final try and success. It took me an hour to get the phone number entered. You need to have instructions!.Version: 3.5.12
✓ Awful customer serviceJust as in another review I found out on my own that my order was refunded because the payment was never captured – whatever that means – I finally get an email two weeks later after multiple calls to customer service who did not clearly understand why I was issued a refund— I asked them what they would do for me give the the poor customer experience and they said they would give me free shipping which I had already gotten – I asked for a $20 credit on a future order and they said no – great way to earn the respect of customers... so stay away and your merchandise from a more reputable company..Version: 2.5.5
✓ HorribleI set up an account, spent about an hour choosing items, placed my order and when I checked on the site for my recent orders it wasn’t there, then I was logged off and was unable to log in again, said my info was wrong, wow. Luckily my money was refunded with no explanation as to why my order got canceled. I do will not recommend this site due to the fact that this is the second time it happens and costumer service is not very helpful at all. Use at your own risk. ✓ Finding what you wantI punched in rams number 21 and this app can’t find RAMS #21! I think it should be able to find a players Jersey by team and number if you can’t do that maybe you should think about fixing it so it can do that! This app stinks.Version: 3.5
✓ Do not buyThere are so many other reputable sites to spend your money. You will no receive your order. Things are being oversold with no future ship date, so your order is in limbo for weeks. Trying to get your money back is a hassle. Also, there are no updates sent to you about your orders so it’s up to you to make sure you receive your order or get your money back. ✓ DisappointedPlaced an order on a Sunday morning. Noticed later that evening the the shipping address was wrong. Talked to a representative the next morning to change the shipping address. They tell me that they can’t change it. Mind you this is on a Monday and it’s not supposed to ship until Thursday. Representative tells me he will try and cancel the order. Nope can’t do that either. I get a email later that day that sorry but we can’t do anything for you. If you would like to return the item we would be happy to help you. ✓ Unhappy.I have a fanatics credit card and $28+ in fan cash . I have a zero balance and $1000 in available credit as confirmed on the synchrony site. BUT YOUR SITE WOULD NOT TAKE YOUR OWN CARD. When I added it it came up as a discover card even thought is issued by Synchrony. What kind of scam are you running. Can’t access the fake fan cash or use your issued card. Why would I want your card if it is all useless.Version: 3.5.12
✓ Can't save credit cardThe app is fine until you get to paying for what you selected. There is an error every time you try to save your credit card to your profile. Forces you to pay through PayPal. Now just hope I get my stuff!!.Version: 2.5.5
✓ Great products, horrible appWhy is it that the app CONSTANTLY has issues??? I look at a jersey, I go back, “error”. I try to click on a team to view their apparel, “error” I’m back at the Home Screen. I’ve been satisfied with all of the gear I’ve gotten (please check the specials every few months, they’ll have shirts for dirt cheap) but the app is utterly horrendous and any app maker worth their salt could probably run circles around whoever programmed this..Version: 3.5.12

✓ So many glitchesThis app is an absolute great idea and CAN be convenient that is before it decides to crash on you (ALL THE TIME) and when you click onto a link 90% of the time it doesn’t take you there…if brings you back to the home page so you have to start your search all over again! It is desperate need of an upgrade and fixing of major flaws which should not occur. Overall…2 stars! ✓ Stitching issuesOrdered a couple things. The hoodies stitching was undone on the sleeves, with a hole in the side. Also missing things from my order. Deleting the app after I submit this. Better off buying a hand me down..Version: 3.5.12
