✓ This game is awesomeI love this game. I’ve been playing for a very long time and I have to say that no other phone game I’ve played has been so mentally stimulating and fun. The Game is structured In such a way that there are improvements to be made for long term players. It’s not like most other games when you get to max level super fast and get bored. This game in all its glory has one major flaw, which is why I’m putting four stars instead of 5. It is very much a pay to win type game. You can purchase abilities and artifacts very easily, and the artifacts can provide very large advantages. If you’re a veteran It’s fine because you’ve probably acquired some artifacts on your own, but people who are just starting out and buy over powered artifacts, can make it frustrating for players just getting started. This pay to win system creates lots of early game power imbalances and can discourage people from playing. I love this game, but you’re gonna have to get used to running into a level 5 player with legendary Artifacts every once in awhile..Version: 4.26.1
✓ Great game, lots of fun until you get good at it.This is a great game, I’ve been playing it for a while now, it’s lots of fun great challenges, maps characters and so on. But unfortunately with one of their more recent updates they changed the algorithm for matchmaking and now all I ever come across are elite players who destroy me within seconds. I love the game and would call my self a casual player and it is so much fun to but as soon as you get up the ranks that’s it game over. I will be deleting the game as it’s just not fun anymore especially as pretty much lose all my games I think my record is 64 loses in a row so it has just taken all the fun out of the game. In the last two seasons I’ve played something like 700 games and I’ve lost about 85% of those. Such a shame really. So if your prepared to sit and learn and put the time into it, then go for it. One thing I would say is, when I do 2v2 I get put with a low levelled player vs two really overpowered players. I don’t know why maybe I am high on the mushroom pass but it’s annoying. ✓ Excellent gameI love playing this game. The tactics are varied and the gameplay although limited to the same sized maps the game adapts with different and a large array of scenarios. I really enjoy playing both the single player campaign and the multiplayer battles. It’s **** and not ***** because of the occasional crashes. The game is constantly trying to connect, even in the campaign mode, which can drain and crash the app. Particularly when on a train or in a public space where campaign mode is the only viable option. The ability to allow the player to ‘not connect’ rather than simply click ‘ok’ when the game struggled to connect would make the campaign mode much more enjoyable by avoiding the crashes. ✓ It really really goodPersonally I’m on a very tight budget so I can afford to buy any of the full episodes or any of the extra equipment which is a little pricey but they totally deserve it because of all the hard work they put into their game made me feel like I was in a PlayStation game and yeah I just wish more creators would make more games like this unfortunately I can’t afford to play the whole game but the game they do allow for free allows you to test out and play the game and see if you like it or not personally I think it’s a really good game if you get some extra cash to splash because since Covid haven’t been able a been able to Pay for much stuff but if you do you have some money that you want to get rid of and wanna put into a video game this is a game for you thank you.Version: 4.4.0

✓ Great gameGreat game with only a few minor issues for me. Ive purchased both campaign sets to show my support for the game. Multiplayer is great fun but does require a ton of advert watching to open your win chests. Ive played for about 12 hours over 2 days and watched nearly 200 ads to open chests according to unity ad tracker (thats almost 2 hours of adverts). These chests unlock new heroes but is not pay to win more power which is a good thing. Just reduce the number of adverts from 1 per 60 minutes chest open time to say 1 for every 2 hours of open time. Request : Devs if you are reading this, please add a “confirm gem spend” button. This is the only reason i dropped a star off my rating. Games that don’t have this prey on people accidently spending there gems which is a real pet hate of mine. Spending gems should require a double tap confirm button..Version: 2.8.0
✓ Unfair balance between micro transactions and skillUnless you’re willing to spend money on the microtransactions, the game is weighted against high-level players who have bought the rune buffs and additional skills. Sometimes even before the loading screen has loaded, you can immediately tell if you’re going to lose a game or not and it takes all the joy and fun out of it. ✓ Great GameI have been playing for well over a year and I love this game, it’s a game I can just log on and play a few multiplayers and be happy. This is not a pay to win game, I have never paid for anything other than the campaigns and I win all the time. I win against people with the premium account. The premium account just lets them play more games where as I wait for the recharge or use a different character. It is very much skilled based, you got the odd game where it puts you against someone who is too high compared to you but that doesn’t happen often. ✓ Feels like Marconi patented the radio...Great game, hands down but... Without paying, there is negligible amount of progress can be made, even watched more ads than actual playing. Strategically, developer messed up the balance between paying and non paying players. All online games must provided a path for non paying player to be able to challenge paying player... at some degree. Resource like coins, gems, character skill cards, forge level, diff characters, weapon rarity (..with radom skill) are all clamped down so tight. It’s impossible for hard working non paying players to pose challenge. Something have to give to restore balance. Simple addictive rts games likewise will be expected popping up more often on App Store, like crowd control. And translation from desktop made rts TD so much fun to play with on touch screen. Particularly with multiple controls, highly recommend playing with an Apple Pencil. Campaign episodes are a good buy, as AI does provide witty challenges as difficulty increases. Pricing not too far off as similar games on other consoles will not sell more than $20 I would suggest a non geared all same level up/character arena platform , just free for anyone to combat online. It will reduce loss of players and keep community happy. Also shut out any future rts games to catch up. The more practice gets as confidence builds up I am sure more players will pay..Version: 4.4.0

Sheer greed. The sound effects are broken since the last update with the noise of the first skill playing endlessly until the end of the match. Lack of testing. ✓ Good game, but definite issuesThe game is well made and thought out, and if you’re a good strategist you’ll have plenty of fun, but here are some issues I just can’t get over: 1) You will spend way too much time watching advertisements if you want to play. There are too many perks to watching them that you can’t avoid them. 2) The loading system frequently says everyone has loaded, stalls for 10-20 seconds, and by the time you can control your troops your enemy already has too much of an advantage to overcome. I lose about 20% of my games to this. 3) Sometimes I just lose control of my troops and just have to watch the enemy beat me. Back in 2016, the game was very laggy and the powers were very unbalanced, but the game is much more stable now and new gimmicks have stopped powers from being spammed too much. I thank the developers for listening to the feedback! I only have one minor gripes with the game; the campaign is a pain to play through, because the computers are given a ridiculous advantage making matches last way too long and there is too much trial-and-error, even on Easy. Granted, I have only played through half of the first chapter, so I'm not sure what the rest of the chapters are like. ✓ Bad online connectionsThe game itself is great. BUT the online multiplayer is terrible for many players. My game is very slow with internet connection (not the internet problem, it’s the game) to the point it freezes for like 5 seconds every 3 seconds while in a game. Any solutions? Only one so far that I’ve found which is to close the app after one online game and than re-open it and repeat again. This has been happening to me about a year ago and I stopped playing it because of that. Re-downloaded it recently and the bug has still not be fix. If the developers don’t have a solution to fix it they should tell us so we don’t have to stress waiting for a fix when there isn’t going to be one..Version: 3.4.0

The online play is awesome with no real problems aside from occasionally the game will lag and you might lose but thatsjust servers needing to be updated. The real problem with this isn’t the pay to win that most phone games have but is the fact you need to pay for each part of the campaign as if it’s some exceptional game that needs to have expansions, this is ridiculous! ✓ ReviewHonestly one of the funnest games I’ve ever played, super addictive and you don’t have to check it every day.. play as much or as little as you want! I’ve played clash of clans for years and it honestly has nothing on this game. Understanding strategy and knowing player powers is key to winning a lot in the game. THE INE THING THAT DRIVES ME CRAZY IS WHEN YOU GO TO OPEN A CHEST YOU HAVE TWO OPTIONS YOU CAN PAY 35 gems to open it or watch a video to take an hour off the timer, butttttt they SWITCH so I’ve accidentally spent like 250 gems on accident because of it and it’s the one thing I wish they would fix! Also would be nice to get better chests more often, without spending money still a really really fun game but it will take me forever to unlock all characters and upgrade them all the way. The people who spend money just demolish you half the time and you’ll know who pays for stuff and who doesn’t. ✓ 100% addictive fun!I’ve been playing this game for almost a year now and it’s kept me hooked the whole time. I love the idea behind it - I haven’t found anything similar. The heroes each have their own abilities and I like being able to keep upgrading for stronger heroes as you progress in the game. Another aspect which I think is great is the events that are held during the year which allow you to get extra rewards such as skins and artefacts (let alone the extra gold gems!). ✓ It would be 5 But there’s something missing.I like this game for its multiplayer player feature and the ability to gradually unlock everyone. But it lacks in longevity if the consumer doesn’t get to experience the rest of the game or story without paying for it in pieces although we get to unlock and use the all the characters. For what it’s worth It’s basically a multiplayer game and meant for you to just grind, earn, and watch a few ads to get you energized and chests. For energy it’s 3 per ad and 1 energy for every perk you use in a war so if you constantly feel yourself using perks then you are usually going to be low on energy and eventually out of perks. There is a lot of ways to make money without giving half of the game. But I do overall love and play this games multiplayer religiously. It would be a 5 with more content with at least stories of the characters and more levels or Bonus levels. ✓ 🤦🏼♂️I love this game I got it when it was first released it has had lots of updates since it was released the game has changed over that time the multiplayer especially having had it for a few years it is definitely worth downloading i have racked up hundreds of hours with lots of wins excitement glory & fun and losses anger rage & frustration ha it is the only game I keep going back to most I get bored with the time waiting for things to do or the structure of the game as it’s based around dlc or paying for more saying that I’m disappointed with the new update it saddens me that as with most apps the gems/coin system is slowly taking over with MW2 aswell so now I can’t play for hours and hours with my favourite character without paying but overall it still deserves 5 stars as I personally have had over 400 hours in matches which is more than enough for a free game u used to be able to play for an hour or more without running out of gems/charge now u can literally play a single match and that’s ur character out all mine are level 5 but I’m so used to playing with one it’s brought my stats right down but I’m sure any new players will be more used to mixing up who they play with and possibly still get an hour or so freeplay which is quite good Still for a free app just not for me I’d prefer to go back to the previous update and have 30 specials than the 12 I have now ..Version: 2.2.2

✓ Real Funghi’sI’ve just stumbled across this after seeing an online ad about some championship games I think. Only just started playing a few hours ago but so far so good. Fun music, good graphics and gameplay. Make sure to watch the tutorials more than once if needed. As per usual if you spend £ it’ll probs be much better much quicker. ✓ Good game but don’t spend any moneyThis is a really good and fun game. However there are so many hacks in the game that you’d be mad to spend any money on it. Just learn the hacks and then regardless of the level or equipment they are wearing you have a far higher chance of beating players. That said I do recommend Premium if only to save on having to use gems to replace your energy levels. Although on a personal level I’m starting to get bored of the hack players and playing less so may drop this. The gameplay is fun and has many different playing maps to keep up the variety of play. ✓ Best competitive rage game everOOOOHHHHH YEah boi Ive been around since mushroom wars 1 and oh man I’ve never stopped loving this game. Other apps come and go but I always see myself coming back to mw they come out w MW2 (not modern warfare) originally and it sucked, you couldn’t get any of the characters for multiplayer w/o paying for campaign, each character has unique skills that makes some better than others. THANKFULLY THEY FIXED IT! Now we’re able to unlock all characters over time BUT my personal favorite part of this game is that skill will carry you through 100%, no matter what character you choose or if you even use the powers. That’s why I love it bc I’m a vet in this game and when I downloaded this I shot straight to the top bc of my skills and no pay for play could beat me. ✓ Summary of the gameMW2 provides hours of entertainment for the competitive strategy loving gamers. The multiplayer feature is completely free and for me, it’s the main attraction. At first the game may seem a simple concept, but the more you play, you start to realise the water-side of a strategy iceberg which will have you hooked on a positive feedback cycle, eventually sitting playing the game for hours on end. The energy system is somewhat annoying, but creates an eagerness for the player to win more games, open more chests and unlock new characters just to get more energy. The single player is great to play when your energy has run out, but you will have to pay for the chapters. Nevertheless the 4 optional difficulty’s provide a great way to practice the desired maps and enhance your skills. The game does not force adverts onto your screen, which I admire. Adverts are watched on demand for rewards, but unlike most apps it is not necessary for game progression. There are a few bugs here and there. Currently the game is down because it requires an update, but there is no update available. This is the first time this has happened for me and hopefully it can be fixed. Overall, I really enjoy this game and have had hours of usage. It is much more interesting than mind numbing tapping games and I would definitely recommended to my friends..Version: 3.2.5
