✓ Tracker better than the serviceThe tracker is a great app which allows you to follow your parcels. The problem is that it also shows the overall poor performance of Yodel as a delivery service. I’ve had quite a few parcels that haven’t been delivered due to the status saying “we tried to deliver but the package was damaged”. Whilst this is useful so that I don’t have to wait for my parcel it shows the lack of care and respect of the organisation towards its customers and cargos. Funny how it’s always alcohol deliveries that are affected and no other delivery service has the same problem!.Odd OryxVersion: 4.15.4

✓ Immensely flawedNo ability to input more address details to help the driver find the property - what3words address would be useful. No way to simply choose a delivery to track - the tracking number has to be input afresh. The live-chat is utterly useless - having connected to an advisor, and told her that the driver can’t find my address, she said she’d look into it; I waited 50 minutes for her to recommence the chat, then gave up. The same thing happened with a second live-chat, but I gave up after 10 minutes of no response. What an utterly appalling App and service from Yodel..19LJL60Version: 4.1.6

✗ Lacks fundamental features and when is this going to be updated for the iPhone X screenYet another lazy developer who cannot be bothered to get their app updated, to make use of the iPhone X larger and more resolution screen. It’s 10 months since the iPhone X came out, and this lazy developer still hasn’t got app ready for the iPhone X. Apple needs to kick these kind of lazy couldn’t care less developers off the AppStore 😤👎🏻 💩 With that being said this app lacks a fundamental feature, and that is notifications as to when your parcel reaches the various parts on its route (i.e. when it gets into the national hub, when it gets to your local depot, and when it’s you out for delivery). When I installed the app, it asked me if I wanted notifications and I said yes, thinking that the app would send me notifications when the parcel status changed. But I’m confused as to what this notifications feature is for, as the app doesn’t notify you when the parcel changed status (i.e when it gets to your local depot or when it’s out on delivery). Sorry Yodel, but this app is very lazy and looks like it’s been written in the app developers lunch break. Go back and have a redesign and get the notifications issues working..Talster71Version: 1.5.1

✗ UselessAs many mentioned, this is useless. Second time it shows parcel will be delivered today and if you scroll down to history it shows as if it is with driver but there is nothing on ‘Stops before you’. Having experience with this it means parcel is not with driver and at around 6pm it will show as if you were not at home and will give you re-delivery options which will most likely be after the date your seller quoted as you cannot re-schedule for next day only starting from day after. I have picked this up as one of my sellers had access to full Yodel tracking minute by minute (and not this cheap one), where I saw that somewhere in the middle it was scanned that parcel is not present just data has been provided to driver, but if you click on this tracker it will still show it is out for delivery.
