✗ Don’t use the Saloniki appDon’t use the Saloniki app! I ordered on the app, showed up 30 minutes later after walking there, and they told me they didn’t have what I ordered. Because I used the app they also said they couldn’t refund me until later. I said I wanted to be refunded or have something in writing saying I would be, and a back and forth ultimately led to them taking my phone and email down and saying someone from their “computer team” will get in touch with me and refund me later tonight. I used to go here once or twice a week, decided to try their app today, but wont be going here anymore. How hard is it to void a transaction or just refund the customer with cash if you can’t do it via your own app?.Version: 1.2.2
