✓ Doesn’t work after new updateThe app was perfect. Worked great. Now, after the last update, I can’t open the app. It just kicks you out right away..Version: 1.6.2
✓ Doesn’t work anymoreI just spent over an hour photographing inventory and when I went to upload the images all of the screens were black. I asked other retailers if they had a problem who said this had been a known issue for many months. There was no contact by the owners to let users know of the problem and to find another way to work around..Version: 1.10.6
✓ Can’t use after updateI loved LulaCollage until I updated today. Now when I try to save a collage it just keeps asking me to subscribe (I’m already subscribed). Tried for 45 min to figure it out, emailed and Facebooked with no response. Hopefully it gets fixed..Version: 1.6.2

✓ Can’t cancelThe app tell you to simply turn off auto renew to not be charged and for the life of me no matter what is tried.... the option is not there, there is no site to easy access and I keep getting charged $5.99 a month and have not used in close to a year probably! ✓ Doesn’t work with the new iOS updateThis app “was” the best, but it appears that the developer is not updating the app. So, it no longer works with the iOS updates. ✓ Not workingI have been using LuLaCollage almost a year and dearly love it. Several months ago I upgraded to the subscription to get the outfits option (and other perks) for $4.99/month and totally worth it. Some upgrade happened in the last few days and I even got a pop-up message saying there was a bug that gave subscribers a message to set up a subscription, but a bug fix was on the way. I updated the app today and am still having problems. Please fix this - I rely on this app a lot..Version: 1.6.2
✓ Amazing appI love love love this app! But it constantly freezes on me. I open up the app and it’s immediately frozen. I’m constantly checking for updates and deleting and redownloading the app and I still run into this problem. It really puts me behind when I’m trying to get things put together..Version: 1.9.1

✓ Hard to disconnect.This app is helpful for your LULAROE business! However: Seems to be quite difficult to disconnect auto-pay. Haven’t needed the services for months. ✓ Gets the job doneSo far this is the best app for my needs, but still has its annoyances. Really wish I could delete custom stickers. Also frequent crashes. Resetting app data seems to help with these two issues, but still a pain. I have to reset app data every time I use the app..Version: 1.10.1
✓ Won’t workI currently have a subscription to Premium Access which includes the sync to Sonlet. It is not allowing me to sync without an upgrade, yet my subscription is current. This needs to be fixed. I don’t mind doing the upgrade to the Plus when my current subscription expires, but I have already paid for that ability for several months yet. ✓ Great, When It WorksI’ve got the old premium subscription for four dollars and ninety nine cents and I feel because this isn’t the newest, most expensive subscription the bugs are constant and the app gets hung up constantly, where you can’t upload pix to Sonlet, and or your cell phone. I say this because the promo for five ninety nine keeps popping up and when you don’t give in and upgrade it asks for your password and just loops around, never loading correctly. Or Sonlet will just stop communicating with LaCollage so a lot of wasted time is spent. I’m about ready to try something else at this point..Version: 1.9.9
