✓ DisappointedThe fact that I bought access to AMBOSS for my entire medical school training but would have to buy a separate subscription to use their app is just disappointing. I wish I could get a refund on my original account at this point.."brinny"Version: 2.1.6

✓ No dark mode, even the web app has dark mode!!Come on guys, as a doctor I rely a lot on your app, but not having dark mode when literally every app I use has it (even UpToDate) is not nice. Even your web app has it!!.MaurihammVersion: 2.4.0

✓ Does not workI was excited to try this as a quick reference in my clinical practice, but as others have said none of the articles or diagrams work. All I get is this error message "oh no, you can't access this right now. Seems like an error on our side, try again in a bit." Uninstalling, updating, restarting your device does not fix it. ✓ Reverse back the old highlight colorThe new orange highlight color is very bad and ugly and hard to focus and see the lines under important words. plz bring the old yellow highlight color back as it was easier to focus and see the lines under terms that can be clicked for more explanation.•ΞHΔßż.! ♛Version: 2.9.0

✓ Knowledge App stopped workingBefore, this app was working great to complement any knowledge I wanted to refer to on my iPhone. Recently within the last month, the knowledge app keeps saying ‘Oh no, you can’t access this right now and the error seems to be on our side’. I find this has been detrimental to my learning from a full AMBOSS experience, and I had tried everything from reinstalling the app to signing in again but with no luck. ✓ Unable to find pricingI signed up for a free trail and unable to find the final pricing. I tried accessing the pediatric content and everything kept saying I was unable to view at this time. ✓ They have responded to zero of my feedbackI’ve sent many complaints on how information was missing in many of their explanations, and issues with how their questions would sometimes mistake an association with a cause (example: they have actually said that the bacteria that make up the mouth flora CAUSE aspiration pneumonia, which is patently false… they are just the bacteria that are present)… however, zero response from them. If they’ve been giving you the cold shoulder too, then maybe voice your opinion in here, because contacting them will get you nowhere..Nicknamesalltakenwtf11111Version: 2.1.10
