✓ Super Easy to UseI watched the 3 minute video on how to use the application and I was good to go! Very easy to generate a Mosaic! My only wish is that it showed you which pics you used from your tile pictures. Well worth the price!.Version: 2.5.0
✓ Great for Large Prints - Super Easy!This is really quick if you have a bunch of pictures. Click a few things and you’re done. It’s fun to try different settings, but the defaults work perfectly. I tried to use it for Christmas cards but cards are too small to both see the main image and see your mini pictures. This would work great for a poster..Version: 2.0.3

✗ Very poor customer supportThe software is fairly good if you want to produce small scale images. In order to do somthing more substantial you have to purchase the upgraded software from the company website. Customer support leaves a lot to be desired. There is no phone number so all contact is by email. Response time is typically 2-3 days (or not at all in the case of my 3rd and final question). After spending nearly $50 on teh website version, I have given up..Version: 2.5.0
