✓ Incredible appThis is such a well thought out and informative app, the diary sections really help to map out your thoughts and think about where they are coming from and what’s really driving them. It’s a really useful app that I’ve found a lot of comfort in, the breathing tool is really useful to give you something visual to focus on and reset your breathing pattern. There’s many meditations/podcasts and ted talks all within the app to help you understand more about yourself and have some guided relaxation techniques. The fact that it’s a free app with no adverts too is fantastic as it’s available to everyone if and when they need it without a monetary incentive. The developers are doing a very important and wonderful thing here..Version: 1.2
