✓ Reviews are about the APP, not the process or placeThe reviews on the App Store are for the APP, not about donating or employees. Personally, I have not struggled with the app. There have been glitches on occasion, but when isn’t there glitches with anything electronic or web based? Since day 1 (over 2.5 years ago) I have always been able to make my appts, cancel or reschedule my appts, see my balance on my card, see my history for purchases and donation appts. Any complaints I have are about the process or promotions. I will file those on their website where the actual people who work for Biolife will see them…not the APP developers..Version: 2.1.7
✓ App does what it’s supposed toMy only wish is that you could reschedule your appointment to another BioLife location without having to cancel then quickly check if they are any availabilities. Right now you can only reschedule your time from the same location even if there is another BioLife in your area..Version: 2.1.9
✓ Bug with appointment schedulingThis app has been very easy to use except for the fact that when you get deferred for a day the people at the center tell you that you can reschedule and come back the next day, unfortunately I keep getting the same message that I “cannot donate more than two times in seven days” even though I didn’t already donate due to being deferred. The issue seems to be the same on the website and the worker at the center told me to wait a few hours but it’s been 5 hours and I’m still unable to reschedule my appointment. Please fix this issue so we can actually schedule more appointments and donate plasma! Thank you!.Version: 2.1.7
✓ Great!Honestly, so many people have written bad reviews for this app..but I have no issues with it. I’m not sure if there was an update to make it better before I arrived but it runs smoothly and effortlessly now. 🙏🏼 I’m able to make appointments, check my balance and see any new promotions right in the app. Simple, good design that makes things easier! ✓ Recent updates made it work better!Thank you for listening to feedback. The recent updates let you login with Face ID, schedule multiple appointments without app closing, and check/reschedule appointments. My only suggestion was it there was a way to monitor wait times at the center & do the screening questions on the app so you can pre-check-in..Version: 2.0.4
✓ Biolife in Corona!I am a first time donor and I was surprised by the level of service this location gave me from the first day of my donation. At the check in I was helped by Evelia who was so helpful, warm and made it so easy for me to start the process and get settled. The nurse who helped me with my physical named Lani was also great in making me understand the medical side of it and was thorough. The level of service was beyond my expectations!.Version: 2.0.7
✓ App is Great, Company GreatHad nothing but positive experience in picking up some extra cash donating plasma. They have been awesome. First donation didn’t eat before hand, only ended up giving half what would normally be required before getting sweaty. I barely noticed, they did. Came over, stopped early, checked everything out, still paid fully, was shocked. Next time back more hydrated and ate and had no problems since. Only on 5th donation. Scheduling is easy, sanitation good, and app works great for scheduling. I’m a fan..Version: 2.1.5
✓ Cynthia L.MayI really like going to Bio Plasma. Everyone is always nice and helpful. People who work there are so friendly. You can tell they really care about you. They are also careful to keep Everything clean in the area. The whole place is always clean too. If there is ever a problem it is always addressed right away to correct it. I have been going here for a couple of months and have never had any problems. When I first started going to Bio Plasma I joked with them about giving me a T-Shirt and one of the people who work there went and got me one!!( Purple is my favorite color) I really believe Bio-Plasma is a great place to give plasma and would be a great place to work. ✓ Excellent opportunity and great app!My local BioLife center is staffed by friendly, efficient, skilled people. I’m very happy I was referred to this opportunity to make some money and help other people. A real win-win. Payment is immediate upon completion of the donation and issued in the debit card given during the first visit. And the app is great! Easy to navigate for information, debit card balance and scheduling..Version: 2.1.5
