✓ Have to purchase even on free trailI am not getting the chance to try the free trail for a week. When I am trying to open the app, it’s asking me to purchase some phonics, maths stuffs which is of $40. Why will I purchase anything before trying the free trail ? ✓ It’s good until...My autistic son adores the app and waited so long for the dinosaur level to be working. Once it finally got working, he was able to play once and now, when we picks that level, it glitches and freezes. We cannot play it at all. All other levels work great and very educational for all children special needs are not. As a paying client, it would be normal to expect all levels working properly..Version: v1.6.0
✓ Glitchy and okayThe dinosaur math game stops working once you reach the end of level 8 right before you can do anything else for the dinosaurs in order to reach level nine. I went through the game on my phone and it does the same thing. It keeps my son busy otherwise but he ends up disappointed when he checks on his dinosaurs and the little pop up disappears before he can do anything for them. So he’s lost interest in the math game. The last game has construction cooking and something else but once you finish constructing the homes there’s no indication of what to do next. I don’t know, I feel like there’s potential here but it’s just meh in my opinion. Seems like there’s a number of things to do but in the end not really. And the things my son likes doing on the app have seemed to max out. Hopefully they fix the dinosaurs game..Version: 3.0.11

✓ Not What I ExpectedI came through an AD and am disappointed by this APP completely. I completed a questionnaire, paid for the app and as soon as I started to use it, I realized I needed to pay an additional $30 to use the content that I had paid for upfront. All the content promised on the Ad was not included. But I decided to give this App a chance, so I loaded it up and realized that not only is my son not interested but he is not at the level to use this. Each activity was formulated for 4+. This would not be a big deal but I had populated my son’s age into the questionnaire before I paid, had a learning plan sent to my email so I was surprised by this. And to add insult to injury, I realized that I never received the learning plan. So, in a sense, I was scammed. Again, if you stumble on this app by the App Store, I would have had a different experience but from what the Ad promised - I am very disappointed and will be requesting my money back,.Version: 4.37.0

✓ Yearly subscription not workingWe subscribed to the “Yearly subscription - 3 apps included” offer on the IK Classroom app. While subscribing, it automatically downloaded the other apps (IK English, IK Stories). The subscription works on IK Classroom. However when we logged into the other two apps, it is asking us to re-subscribe again. At best, there is a bug in the system due to which our subscription is not showing up on the other apps in the bundle. At worst, it could be a bait and switch tactic to get the subscriber to pay for more apps. Hope customer support can reply and clarify..Version: 4.1.0
