✓ Fine, if you can get it to actually authenticate with AppleIn February I had to give up on using this app when after five days, it refused to authenticate itself any longer and wouldn’t let me watch anything (I had subbed via the App Store). No amount of app restarts/re–downloads, device restarts or even trying different devices would make it work. Hugely disappointing. The support team obviously had no idea what was going on either and could only ask me to sign up directly with Wow and they would transfer my sub over. As that wasn’t something I wanted to do, I decided to leave it. On a whim I tried resubbing last month, cos you never know, the devs might have fixed whatever the issue was by now? Nope. I got two days this time before the app stopped working again, showing the same error. Cannot recommend and won’t be bothering with it again..Version: 7.620.1
✓ Can’t watch on tvGood content & love all the diff franchises of rpdr that r on it + the behind the scenes / documentaries etc. wish it had certain content like trixie motel but understand not poss due to networking or whtv. hwvr find it rather devastating that i can only watch on teeny weeny phone or laptop vs on the tv like i cld b4 w netflick. this has crushed my soul. i am aware u can search it up on The Web on smart tv however this has never been successful for me and i have attempted such method on three different television sets. i would greatly appreciate it if it cld be a tv app and also if the queens themselves received better financial comp. for their roles in the shows..Version: 8.302.1

✓ TERRIBLE APPI downloaded this app to watch drag race hoping to catch a few episodes like the description showed. But the only Drag Race “episodes” were in a different country and didn’t even have the correctly labeled episodes. They were all out of order and only had one season which isn’t the latest one. Also there were only three seasons of Untucked and they were also out of order and labeled incorrectly. Then I go to cancel my subscription and the app makes it impossible to do. First I had to try and cancel through the app, then the app takes me to the website, then the website takes me to the home page with no options to manage my subscription. Finally I clicked the help button which took me to get ANOTHER link and then to the Apple store and THEN to the settings in the Apple store app. And FINALLY took me to where I can manage all of my current subscriptions. Overall this is a terrible app and a waste of time..Version: 4.22
✓ Good content, dreadful app!Anyone into drag will find lots of decent content (although missing some DragRace stuff). The app is absolute garbage though. Disconnects all the time, won’t allow screen sharing to my tv because ‘it’s protected content’ etc. I know that WOW wants to milk as much money from the fans as they can, but they should at least get the paid subscription app working properly if they are stopping the content from appearing on other, more reliable places (Netflix for example). ✓ InconsistencyOf course we all love content and we love drag race. This app is a hub for us to really connect and rewatch our favorite episodes or watch episodes as they release. The app does have issues. Frequently content isn’t available at the correct time or the app crashes due to over load. Yes you will pay for the app, no you can’t fully rely on it. It’s kind of “it’ll be on when it’s on” situation. The developers need to update the app to be able to handle more flow and be consistent and punctual with uploads. This is first world problems but it would be nice that if the app we paid for could at least work for the reason most of us downloaded. To stay up to date on all things drag race..Version: 7.800.1
✓ Mine doesn’t workI can’t watch anything - doesn’t play, doesn’t download. I’ve followed the troubleshooting steps but they are inconsistent with what the app actually says for eg one of the first steps it says is go to your subscription settings in the iOS app and click on subscribe to connect your subscription..... I go to subscription settings. The “subscribe” button is not there. ✓ UI needs major workI absolutely love Wow presents plus and all the content they produce. However, the app itself constantly bugs out, crashes, glitches, and freezes to the point where I regularly just give up on watching anything and move on. Videos downloaded for offline play will never actually play when without service or internet connection, and certain videos will not download at all. Other reviews mention the app working wonderfully and smoothly so I’m confused by experience and hoping I am not the only one consistently dealing with these issues. ✓ Good content, terrible appInitially subscribed to access All Stars 1-3 and was pleased to see that there’s loads of extra content on here as well. However, the app is completely terrible - the worst streaming app I have ever used. There’s no option for “continue watching”, the scrolling is awful, the connection to chromecast is poor (takes a while to play/pause) and some of the descriptions that show up as you’re scrolling through a series trying to find where you left off contain spoilers! It’s a shame, I would’ve liked to stick around to enjoy some of the other content but the app is so bad I cancelled my subscription when I finished All Stars..Version: 6.300.1

✓ What a disappointmentWas so happy to see that there would be somewhere to watch “all” the drag races. Sadly nope, firstly it doesn’t have drag race UK or down under. Secondly the app itself is so cheaply done and terribly I might add, doesn’t automatically go to the next episode and if your not quick enough to get to the next episode it will suggest a episode that you watched ages ago. The subtitles won’t stay meaning you have to do it every time you start a new one which seems little but considering other subscription streaming services have evolved you think they would have also seeing as it’s a newer thing. ✓ App crashes 24/7Definitely great content, but the app crashes at least twice every 5 min on each episode, closing itself. Also it slows down the video and it doesn't match with the sound. ✓ Cancel your subscriptionI have been a loyal user of this app but after about 2/4 months of use they will charge my card sometimes 3 times a month for £3.82 and then occasionally an extra £1 I have asked multiple times about the charges been ignored so I cancelled my subscription 1 month later and I am still being charged after deleting the app I log in on a computer and it says I unsubscribed 4 times in 4 months but they still charged my card just unsubscribed again let’s hope this works 🤞🏻🤞🏻.Version: 5.200
✓ Needs workI like this app for getting content from some of my favorite queens and that FFR is uncensored. But there are big issues that really make me not like this app. On the app it says there are 10 seasons of untucked available, but there are only three (7-9), which are labeled incorrectly - Season 9 is labeled season 8. WOW presents Plus should have the season 10 untucked available, since not everyone has cable. The functionality isn’t all there for the iPad version, for example sometimes if I want to switch seasons of a show, the drop down to select the season doesn’t show up..Version: 4.2

✓ Paying for a substandard experienceI cannot believe I’m paying to use an app that freezes constantly, disconnects from my chrome cast at the end of every episode, doesn’t play episodes automatically and when I’ve closed the app and reopened it to get it to reconnect to the tv, it starts playing a random episode that wasn’t the last one I was watching. No magnifier when scrolling through the runtime to see where you’re skipping to. Stream casting button never works. Such an annoying watch experience. ✓ New roku device screws my wow ?I recently bought a roku 4K stick type adapter for my tv, I’ve had wow many times through my roku years. Now for some reason it won’t work, I’ve tried signing in. Says my info is wrong, yet it works on my tablet. I’ve been going rounds with wow support, nothing is working. Now it won’t send a password reset to my email at all, I’ve had to change so many times trying to fix the problem I have no clue what my password is now. No matter what one I try, still says wrong. But won’t send a reset to my email 😔😔😔. About to give up, yet I was just charged for the month, so they get yet another 30 days to find out why it’s not working on my roku.Version: 8.010.1

✓ Great content but terrible serviceI used to be subscribed months ago without any issues, but I had to unsubscribe because I couldn’t afford to be paying for it anymore. Well, recently I got a job and I decided I wanted to resubscribe. But it has been incredibly difficult to do so for some reason. In the app all it said when I went to manage subscription was to visit my account settings on the web. So I tried to do just that, but for some reason my card kept declining, even though I knew I had enough funds and I double checked that I entered my card information correctly. I contacted my bank and confirmed it wasn’t an issue on their end. After much frustration and several email exchanges later, I finally managed to figure out how to subscribe again. But now I still can’t access the content that I paid for. When I go to play an episode it just won’t play. It’s as if I still wasn’t subscribed. At this point I would rather just unsubscribe again and never use this service again. Every time In drag race when the cut to a queen the background around the name is in white, meaning you can not see the subtitles. Reported to support after asking for screen shots and explaining what the issue was, they came back and said they can not change the colour of subtitles and will not be making changes to the app to allow the user to change the colour. ✓ More frustrating than everThis app now refuses to support subtitles for Drag Race Holland when watching on a TV, and won’t allow the picture to be broadcast with subtitles onto a TV. As I own a Samsung TV and an iPhone, I am livid that this app can’t get its stuff sorted. I pay for a working app. I don’t want excuses, I want to watch your content on my TV. It’s a TV show, see the problem? Update: the “Contact Support” in the app leads to basic, unhelpful FAQs that ignore actual problems. There is no inquiry option to actually contact anyone. ✓ Doesn't work offlineI work on a cruise ship, internet connection is always horrible, and it's paid for. I usually download my stuff ashore so I can watch it offline when I'm on the ship. This is the only app that gives me problems to watch the downloaded content when I'm offline. And there is literally an "offine" section in the app, it shouldn't give me an error message because I'm not connected. ✓ Great selection, terrible streamingWas really excited to get Wow for the range of shows on offer and to watch the new all stars. I had to change my password twice not even 5 minutes after registering on my phone when using my laptop as it kept saying my details were incorrect. I finally get in and I’m 6 hours in and not even finished 4 episodes from all the buffering. I’m not sure what platform they use for streaming but I’m lucky if it plays for 2/3 minutes before it buffers. I even left it loading for 30 minutes while I went to the shop and it literally played about a minute before buffering. It was actually fine when I first downloaded it to watch the latest series of drag race but for the past few weeks when watching All Stars it’s been awful. Slow to load and when I use it with the chrome cast it completely crashes at least 3 times per episode meaning I have to completely close the app and restart again to get it working. I don’t have this issue with any other streaming apps, only this one. I can see from other reviews I am not the only person this is happening to and I really think that for an app with paid content it shouldn’t be much to ask for it to work properly! ✓ The worst app, almost as bad as the game for errorsHad for three days, each time I want to watch on my TV, you have to go through a new activation process. Have been frozen out twice, so that I had to watch the ending on my phone. Maybe the developers need to focus on quality of the programs???.Version: 8.302.1
