✓ Exactly What I Wanted!I was getting fed up with all of the cheap React Native and Cordova 2FA apps. Was about to write me own, how hard can it be? Did one more search to see if I could find something that was native iOS and supported iCloud, and tried this app out. IT’S EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED! To the point, not always trying to sell me stuff, high quality native iOS, simple, and stores data on iCloud instead of some mysterious “just trust us 😉” third party service. I have only a single gripe, but extremely minor. Could you please make the 2FA codes collapse to hide until clicked on, and style each cell in the UITableView to be more like the bubble tiles seen on the App Store’s home view? It should even have a standard password option. Love ALMOST everything about this app. The only thing missing is an Apple Watch app. Late last year the developers were saying the watch app would drop before the end of the year. Well obviously that didn’t happen. Seeing the responses to other reviews it looks as though the Watch app might not happen which is a huge let down. Almost all the other 2FA apps support the watch. That was one of my favorite features of Authy. But Authy has other serious issues. So the search for the perfect authenticator continues..Version: 5.2.5

So nice not to be bombarded with useless ads and information within the app. Never had a problem with getting codes or using them. My phone disappeared for several hours earlier this year when my husband was in the hospital. So thankful I had this app and use it for really important information. For whatever reason, someone “found” my phone & turned it in to Security. If you want extra security on your devices, this app is a great solution!.Version: 2.1.2
✓ Has almost everything I want in an 2FA appThis app has a nice UI, is intuitive and easy to use, and the file backup is a nice addition that I’ve only ever seen on computer apps or browser extensions. The biggest issue I have with it is that when I turn on Face ID, it doesn’t quite ask for the Face ID every time I open the app. If I want a protected app that asks for Face ID at all, it defeats the purpose for me if it doesn’t ask for my face even AFTER I TURN THE PHONE OFF AND TURN IT BACK ON. This is one of the hugest reasons that I deleted the app and opted for another authenticator app. The other reason is that I wish there was an option to omit an icon/badge/label altogether. This is picky, I know, but I either want every entry to have a logo icon or I want none of them to. And this app doesn’t have the ability to get rid of the icons..Version: 3.15.1

Eager for that cross sync functionality they keep teasing so I can add all my logins say on my iPhone and they’ll show up on my iPad too. The only thing it doesn’t do is sync between my phone and my wife’s phone. I have to do that manually by exporting from my phone, sending the file to her phone, then importing it. I find myself opening it just to look at how nice it is. It also has a big collection of icons for popular services. There’s an option to have a service send their icon if it’s not already in the app. It’s a shame that it wasn’t as easy to find as the more popular Authenticator apps. It makes google Auth look like trash, and somehow it’s more popular. I’ve even tried apps that cost money and they’re not close to how good this app is. This app will be my go to forever. ✓ Fantastic 2FA appNo account sign up required, lightweight, functional, good design, and iCloud sync so your tokens are securely backed up. There’s not much more to say. The app has frequent updates for new features/bug fixes. For example, I experienced the iPad Face ID bug, it was promptly fixed in a couple weeks. One suggestion, include an option (or make it the default option) to require Face ID authentication every time you open the app when it’s enabled. Right now, if you authenticate through Face ID, it allows anyone to open the app for an undisclosed amount of time. My current workaround is to force close the app after I copy my token. ✓ Solid Quality But Needs Desktop AppIn terms of the app itself, it’s a breeze to setup and import from another authenticator such as Google Authenticator. It’s also syncs between like devices and is very secure; certainly more than Google Authenticator at the moment. The one ding though is the lack of a desktop app and while there is a browser extension, it only relays the TOTPs from a nearby mobile device. Ergo, if you lost your mobile device or it wasn’t available, you’re out of luck. If no desktop app is in the works, I’d recommend that 2FAS allow the app to be installed on the M1 Macs..Version: 4.2.2

✓ One of the best 2FA apps out there, but…This app is gotta be one of the best 2FA apps out there for iOS as it offers tones of customisation, as well as great organisation of tokens, the ability to see the next token early, as well as being able to see the secret (key) in order to copy it to another device/app is really nice. However, apart from those great features, the only missing feature is that it doesn’t support the Apple Watch which I think is a huge let down. Overall, this app has everything I need, but compared to other 2FA apps offering Apple Watch support, I find it so much faster and easier to see my codes on my watch than my phone. ✓ Great app but it doesn’t scan every QR code.Great app but I have issues scanning 2FA QR codes from security devices providing SSL VPN etc. Error says invalid QR code however I can scan with an alternate Authenticator. Would also be good to include the following in future releases: 1. Different viewing modes e.g. Normal, Condensed (less white space, smaller numbers) 2. Timeout for PIN/Biometrics requirement. 3. Apple Watch integration (I know… not the work of a moment!) But there are some improvements needed for those who manage a plenty of accounts. Accounts are usually added into different categories. However classifying them can only be done by clicking edit and then moving an account across the long list of accounts. It’s terrible!
