✓ Works Well But Only On One DeviceIn our experience, we could only use the software on one device. We downloaded the software for both IOS and Android devices and only one would work at a time. It appears that the system will only allow one authentication. If it worked on an IPad, it would not authenticate on an Android phone and vice versa. . ✗ So so Bad.This app is so bad. I can’t believe this company has done nothing to try to improve log in experience. I was given a couple sessions free trials so far it’s been over a year of dealing with this horrible app. With absolutely no improvements on connectivity ? The app takes unbelievable long wait times to log in if it logs in at all ? I have to do daily resets to even get it to somewhat log in. And thats for local log in. Forget about trying to log in remotely. It’s non-existent most of the time. Don’t waste your money or time in this crap, Because this company has invested little time in trying to improve the customer experience.RichmanagainVersion: 2.8.3
