✓ Doesn’t WorkThe website version works but the app will not let me sign in. It says the server is not available. The school and teacher tried to help but there is no tech help or anyone to contact. Very disappointed!!!.Version: 1.15.0
✓ Does not work wellThis app is SUPER FRUSTRATING to use. It does not upload, the connection breaks and for people trying to do virtual school on the fly, this sucks..Version: 1.14.1
✓ Confusing.We’re using this for my classes since covid. It doesn’t allow you to pick a few classes as my whole school is linked so I have to try and find my class each time I’m trying to upload work. It’s not horrible but 2-3 min to find the class is excessive. Also it doesn’t show you wether it has been uploaded or what has been uploaded. Sometimes my work doesn’t go through and my teacher calls my parents about it even though I have the work done and the picture on my phone to prove it. I’ve also uploaded the same picture multiple times because I’m not sure it’s went through. My teachers also can’t be giving me feedback or help through the app. So add a notification if work goes through, let you “favourite classes” and find some way to let teachers upload feedback..Version: 1.13.0

✓ Dumb app!This app is so stupid! We are using this app for my sons home schooling during covid crap! First of all, why doesn’t it keep asking for the stupid passcode each and every time u r done taking a pic or recording a video! Every single time and it not like u actually have the passcode all the time somewhere bec it has to scan! U so record a video and for most of the time, after u record a video, it doesn’t say anything If the video is done or okay to send! This app is dumb and it’s useless! DO BETTER!!.Version: 1.13.0
✓ So Many Issues!!I’ve tried using this app on my iPhone, iPad and chrome book and have had issues with all 3. iPhone - only lets me take pictures landscape otherwise they show up sideways in portfolio and much of the work that my son does is portrait so I end up cutting off some of his work. It will allow me to record video but when I send it to portfolio there is no video just a black screen with the audio. IPad - i scan the QR code and it just says sign in and doesn’t do anything. Chrome book - allows me to take video and photo but when I hit submit it doesn’t actually show up in his portfolio. I am so annoyed I have to use this app!.Version: 1.14.0

✓ Not great if using for more than one childThis app is easy to use in terms of uploading photos and videos. Even allows you to record your voice. What is annoying is when I want to use the App for more than one portfolio. I have to fully sign out and re-enter all of the information to sign into each of my daughters accounts. It would be much easier if I could stay signed into my institutions d2l (for example DSBN elearning) and save profiles/portfolios for my kids who are in different grades. This way I can easily move between each of their portfolios as needed at different times throughout the day..Version: 1.13.0
✓ Wish I could give negative starsI choose “Family Device” and scan my child’s QR code. Take pictures and videos, they never appear on the other side. I choose “My Device” and scan my child’s QR code. I get the “Failed to Connect - Double-check your internet connection.” Error. Obviously I have internet access or I couldn’t be leaving this fantastic review..Version: 1.13.0
✓ DisappointingAs a software developer, my user experience with this application has been disappointing. PRO: 1. Brightspace's attempt to use QR code's CON: For starters.... 1. QR code does not always work 2. Entering valid credentials for ''my device" does not always work (sometimes you get a 404 error). 3. "My device" workflow is useless if you want to submit homework for multiple siblings 4. "At Home With Funster" sometimes the monster doesn't work I want this product to work, I really do. That said... IMHO further debugging & a proper usability test would go a long way..Version: 1.14.0

✓ No internet?Whenever we go to scan code, it tells me that I have no Internet? I am connected to the web. The errors reads: Failed to connect. Double check your internet connection? I try this QR on different devices/ computers and won’t connect. Also, if I do it on my computer, the camera doesn’t read the QR code... the iPhone/ iPad does read the QR code... but fails to connect (error above).Version: 1.13.0
