✓ Login Failure since updateI’m unable to login and access my account via the app. Does not recognize credentials. I’ve managed a workaround to access my tickets for this weekend via the webpage but it’s a pain. App is useless if you can’t log in..Version: 10.1.8

✓ Not easy to use, some functions don’t workThis app is terrible. Some of the functions don’t work at all. For example, good luck listening to live audio of a game. The app is hard to navigate, too. ✓ DisappointedI was gifted tickets for my birthday, drove 8 hours and tried for three days to accept my transferred tickets and they aren’t working. The duck office is closed for the holiday and Ticketmaster can’t help. So I guess I won’t be going to the football game nor will my disappointed son. I have spent twelve hours on the app and three on the phone. The tickets were transferred from my daughter and son in laws season tickets so I wasn’t scammed but this system just won’t work:(.Version: 10.1.10

✓ As much as I love my Ducks...This is an awful app. The University of Oregon does so many things well, but not this app. My tickets usually aren’t there (I have mobile season tickets, they should be there), and when they are, they don’t have the bar code to be scanned to get in, get logged out, then using my user name and password it tells me I can’t log in. It is just horrible for ticket management. It is ok for actual team info, but it is cumbersome and hard to navigate..Version: 10.0.12
✓ UgghhhSince the change from the old app I have been unable to “stream” any game day audio. All I get is background filler music. Just awful. Went from my favorite app to the worst POS. ✓ Tickets disappear/unavailableMy tickets are released 4 hours prior to game tip and often times they aren’t there. Sometimes my tickets won’t show up until almost game time, once not at all. ✓ Found a way to get tickets even worse!Our old system of picking up tickets was easier. This app crashes, never connects and was a huge waste of money to set up in the first place.
