✓ BugsI love this app when it works. Unfortunately, the on demand audio only works 20% of the time and even when it does it is difficult to pause and fast forward or rewind 15 seconds. But I still love the content and the Vols. Go Vols!!!.Version: 9.0.12

✓ App updates every week.The application is alright, good when it's up to date, but it feels like every time I load the app to check out a score or information it's bugging me to update - which would be fine except the app will not work unless you update. I update this app more than I use it -- I find that most of the time it's faster to switch to another app for score updates or news, rather than wait through the download and update process..Version: 8.2.0
✓ Love my Vols, but app needs work...Die hard Vol fan here. Love the concept, but this app is a glitchy battery hog. When closed, this app averages 36% of my battery usage every day. That's sloppy mobile programming. It doesn't matter how shiny the interface is if you can't keep a handle on battery consumption and device resource allocation. Makes me wonder if they aren't spying on your other usage trends....Version: 8.1.0

✓ Epic Pain To UseThis app is an epic pain in the rear to use. It locked me out of my Ticketmaster account bc Ticketmaster thought it was a bot. It took me FIVE HOURS to accept a transferred ticket and I never even attended UT. Freshman computer science majors at my alma mater, GT, can create a better app than this piece of garbage. Just send me the ticket in an email. I will never go to another UT game again thanks to this stupid app..Version: 9.1.7
