✓ Amazing and trustworthyA few days ago I was on google and I got redirected to this page which said that my device was heavily damaged by 4 viruses. THIS ABSOLUTELY SCARED THE CRAP OUT OF ME. ✓ Avast kept its word.Ok advast: Avast antivirus for honouring it’s word 4 of 5. Mainly I need a Hands on computer tech. Avast vip 24/ hr tech help is NOT so. They will answer phone but the elusive “ senior tech supervisors” that they keep referring to and promise to call you back in an hour or 24 hours before then and they never call you back in fact I don’t even think they have a clue, and do not ever get their support service unless u r a very well versed and comfortable trouble shooting your self . Yes, the so called 24/7 service is not true. If u but expecting quick help u may be extremely disappointed furthermore after a day and a half on the phone they say they’re gonna refund and they are separate from avast antivirus. And then the other tried to say the same , each r separate but AVAST antivirus made good, lol, but they have a few honest employees yet. So don’t think avast antivirus is gonna help with their tech-support because they’ve made it a different department , ney, company. And that is seriously dragging their name down because they don’t know what they’re doing certainly not in my case. What really got me with so called 24 hour tech-support is that they continually lied to me straight up. In the end I have received an email that it will be refunded and keep in mind all this happened in 24 hours in that 24 hours I spent 18 of them on the phone . I purchased it one day until I realized that I actually need some professionals to modify it or do whatever they were in capable of doing it I couldn’t even open up webpages or stream movies orZoom etc. Well I believe avast antivirus is probably a very good product the tech support is dishonest and in my case completely incompetent unless you have a long time hours or days to wait . Not unlike like Microsoft if you buy at the Microsoft online store as they close all my‘s all the stores after I bought my device be prepared for a lot of trouble. They will ask u to mail yr computer at yr cost until it’s fixed , my pen took over a month that came faulty. It may be a challenging environment but they’re very happy to take our money I will say this AVAST honoured its 30 day contract within the 24 hours or 48 when I received emails assuring me payment was on the way,Hence the four of the five stars , but the tech-support is more like customer service where in 24 hours had three different case numbers and three different promises for callbacks they never came so I urge of us to in this complicated tech environment to ….? Even researching on the surface net is just a jumble of truth and lies , the bigger the company the more power to fool u , to not care about one client. And to plant false reviews , look at amazon …. I would try advast antivirus again And I recommend their rare free VPN. In this case they honoured the money backGuarantee and for that I would keep them in mind in the future, maybe for a different device than I currently have or whenI develop more computer knowledge that I do not currently have. They tried to take control of my computer through remote session, would not let me move my mouse to cancel the session and tried to sell me $240 for several years of live tech. Though after one of the recent updates, the web protection has stopped working altogether. ✓ Another great product from Avast!I was waiting for ages for a security app for iOS and it’s here at last! The app has a feature that alerts you if your data is leaked online, which will give you a warning to change your password. There is also a Wi-Fi scanner which is highly recommended to use when connecting to unknown networks. There is also a photo vault which you can store photos in and they can only be viewed after entering a passcode.
