✗ Great to review, however answers have errors;read rationale for answersI bought the comprehensive app, and the q&A app for both Saunders- rn. I had noticed some errors when the answers were provided, as they didn’t match up with the rationale. the rationale is correct, but doesn’t match the answer given. I bought the q&A paperback book, and I noticed that the answers on the actual book are correct and match the rationale. Make sure you double check your answer with the rationales because the answers don’t match. I emailed customer service, but I found at least 9 or 10 answer errors just on chapter 4. Hopefully they fix this..Version: 7.5
