✓ Ok figured it outWhen I got this app it sounded just like apples product. Then I read online there was an app to set it up your way. The app wouldn’t connect at first. But I did a soft reset(connecting battery and charging) and when I tried again it still didn’t connect but I waited for almost a full three minutes, then it connected. WOW. AWESOME. I gotta say adding the ability to do a final customization is brilliant. This entire product is customized it only makes sense that the sound should be too. ✗ No. Just no.I paid a ridiculous amount of money for custom earbuds that come with an app. I’ve connected to Bluetooth and can hear but won’t connect to app, no matter what I try. Therefore, I have an experience sure pair of crappy earbuds and am unable to try to make them sound better. What a ripoff. My $20 pair are much better.KbigVersion: 1.3
