✓ Barely does what it claimsI’ve been using this app fo a few months, and the main reason I bought it was to record my water tests. Good luck trying to review you history more than a few days old, and the statistics main screen never shows any data or is there any way to configure what you might want to see in it. All my data more than two weeks old appears to be lost or inaccessible to me..Version: 1.1.6
✓ Terrible supportEvery time they make an update to this app, they break several of the features. I have tried contacting them via Facebook , Their email address, and through their website. They have not responded to any of them. In fact, their email shows as “undeliverable”. All of my data is tied up in this app and I cannot access it until they fix it. Very frustrating. Used to be a good app, but not anymore..Version: 21.12.0
✓ Not workingPartner with eXact iDip, not east to get to work together, sensafe helped on their end, but now I’m waiting on ReefTrace. Their website support form is broken, Sensafe sent me their email address so I could contact them. It would be nice if there were instructions. Looking a waste of money, first you have to purchase the app then if you want it to work with a controller you’ll have to purchase a yearly subscription. So far I’m thinking... refund.Version: 21.2.0

✓ Keeps CrashingI’m on the latest iPhone with latest software and just downloaded the app today.. I’m setting it up and every time I go to add a new parameter field the Ap crashes. Gonna have to ask for a refund.Version: 20.5.1
✓ It’s got a long way to goThere is promise here but it’s not great especially when you compare it to AquaticLog. Admittedly AquaticLog requires a yearly subscription but it is leagues ahead. Reef Trace is a pain to use, the UI isn’t very well laid out. It asks what test kit you use but then doesn’t remember it for next time. Also it doesn’t seem to matter what test kit you choose so why ask. I like the critter ID section and am a fan of Melevs Reef which is why I decide to give the app a go. I’ll check back in to see how it is developing but I won’t be cancelling my AquaticLog subscription anytime soon!.Version: 1.0.8

✓ DisappointedOk for perimeter tracking but lacking in miscellaneous log entries. This to me is not worth the price I paid as I have to go in between apps to have a complete log of my aquarium. Instead of other useless features like shopping, locating nearby stores, how about more useful features like a miscellaneous note keeping section..Version: 1.0.8

✓ Good idea no customer supportWhen I got the app it would only measure calcium. All the other parameters came out as no log. I contacted the app developer on the same day no response. 3 days latter I sent an email through Instagram. 4 days have gone buy still no response..Version: 19.11.2

✓ Not workingThis is the second reef aquarium app I have tried and it is the second app that does not work. I cannot log anything in the app whatsoever. ✓ Great idea data storage needs serious improvementI’ve sadly stopped using this app. It was great to store my testing history at first but for the last 7 months nothing I save stays more than a few days. I’ve lost all historical data and I wish I could just get my money back..Version: 1.1.7
✓ Ripped me offI tried to get a refund, because this app is not a asset. It’s very complicated and takes lots of time to log the parameters. It’s quicker to just manually write on a peace of paper. But anyways I was just very briefly on the app and I deleted it of my phone . And I was denied a refund 2 times . Completely ripped me off SMH.Version: 21.2.3
✓ Was good at one pointI've had this app for a couple years. The original version was great, but the constant reworks and updates to the app are not.
