✓ Great idea but app crashes dailyThis would be a 10 star app if it worked, it does not work at all. Crashes everyday....The app is great, the idea is great, I was excited for this to really help me so I paid $60 for the year. The app worked for 1/2 day. After that it keeper reverting back to the basic membership even though I paid for full version. Now the app will not even turn on. I keep clicking on it and won’t even open. There is an area in the app to chat customer service but they don’t answer it. Tried Facebook messenger and they sent me 1 chat back at 2am! ✓ Not the bestUsing GrowApp on my iPhone 7 hasn’t done any wonders for me. The app freezes whenever I use it. This has been occurring for two months. No one should be using this app when things go wrong with it. The developer didn’t think on the software for this application. ✓ It’s very hard to navigateIt’s not intuitive at all to be honest, I don’t think it needs an instruction manual I think it just needs to be simpler. Also - I’m not sure that ‘skip dinner’ is the best activity/advice in the health and fitness activity. If the app is giving serious lifestyle advice I don’t think anyone in healthcare would suggest randomly skipping meals as a sustainable or healthy habit. A fasting routine perhaps, but not just ‘skip dinner’ presented with the same seriousness as ‘watch a sunset’. The idea is a good one, and it’s clearly early days. But it’s priced in the same region as headspace and it does not deliver to that standard.
