✓ When will it work with the Apple Watch?Makes a huge difference making and receiving calls on my iPhone, and equally now being able to listen to my TV properly. But I still have to retrieve my iPhone whenever a call comes and fumble around trying to answer it in time. It would be so much easier if I only needed to access a device on my wrist. ✓ Fairly easy to use.I like the Signia assistant. It allows me to make changes to my hearing aids without going to my audiologist. Having Menires disease my hearing fluctuates. Only thing I wish I could make a change to one side only but makes the change to both. App has some good features though. You can adjust the tone. ✓ My Well BeingThe app is not working on my iPad 16.5.1(c) with my Pure Charge & Go T 3 AX RIC I purchased a week ago. The app worked fine with the demo Pure Charge & Go T 5 AX RIC I used for 2 weeks earlier. Audiologist called support , changed setting, reinstalled and paired hearing aids. 2 days later no joy. ✓ Excellent - A suggestionThis app is fantastic! I love the control it gives. One thing I would find useful would be the ability to save some of my own settings the same as “noisy environment”. I’ve found a few standard changes that I do often, the ability to save and name these would make this a easier experience for me, for example: When in the car I turn up the CROSS but turn down the hearing aid on the other side I would save this as “car”..Version: 2.6.41

✓ To have an App is an improvementThe NHS Signia hearing aids are an improvement on my old NHS Siemens ones. This App aids an understanding of the variable options with these hearing aids. I was enthusiastic when I saw that the App allows a summary of remaining hearing aid battery power. However my batteries where the App gives a fully charged reading sometimes drop out as empty very quickly. Whether that is an App issue or the battery quality is not within my grasp. I like the option to turn up the sensitivity of the hearing aids via the App..Version: 2.5.40

✓ Perfect!I held off switching over to this app after reading all the negative reviews, but got to the point where the old app wasn’t functioning anymore so I was forced to switch. It works perfectly, does everything I need, and is even simpler than the old one, in my opinion. Maybe I have low needs from the app, but I can adjust volume, treble/bass, direction, all my modes are saved which easily shifted over from the old app… no complaints here!.Version: 2.5.60
✓ Program vs volume issueI’ve been trialing an aid for a while and just had my own 7x fitted yesterday. One issue I’ve found with the app that could easily be improved. If I’ve turned my phone volume down at some point then switch to a different program within the app. I get the message Smart phone volume too low which can then be adjusted. The problem is, even though the phone volume is now ok the app is left in the old program and not the one now selected. To change to the program you want, you have to leave the current program then reselect the program. Even when changing the aid volume, the app won’t tell the aid to change to correct program. This is a bit of a Faff! and i’m sure could easily be resolved..Version: 2.2.1

✓ Good App, but could be betterI like the app as I can adjust the level volume & balance, check the battery and turn off bluetooth, but I would like to see more, such as what bluetooth devices are connected and being able to select connection. I have a Streamline Mic which connects to my aids, but if I have bluetooth on my iPhone connected I have found I need to turn the phone bluetooth off to connect to the mic. The Streamline mic should be added to the app and able to allow toggling between bluetooth devices, and the mic should be a separate page. Having problems with the mic connecting to my macbook, it won’t connect to my ipad and I haven’t tried connecting to my tv..Version: 2.6.30
✓ RichardI have had my hearing aids for over 6 months. My hearing professional is just amazing at adjusting and answering all my questions I love to ware them all day and evening. Look forward to putting them on in the morning. The Bluetooth connection to iPhone music is awesome. Answering or avoiding calls is a simple touch of the sound button on either piece. Hearing leaves rustling. The bubbling of the water fountain the finches chirping are all crisp and clear. Hope you enjoy yours as much as I do.Version: 2.6.50

✓ Excellent app for excellent aidI had difficulty setting this app up. The barcode supplied by my audiologist didn’t work for me but after my audiologist helped me to get it working it does everything promised. Once it was working my audiologist was able remotely to adjust the default volume to suit my needs. Perhaps the set up instructions need clarification. One thing I have found is that the app does not connect when first switched on but if you do a battery check that activates it and then it works fine.Version: 2.6.10
✓ Software upgradeTook a bit of trail and error to get resolution for streaming after update. I noticed a 3rd setting for hearing aids on the new app. “Streaming” mode works good. Had to lower volume a bit! New software upgrade just needs to be reset after upgrade. Back to hearing stream well!.Version: 2.6.40
✓ New Signia SilkWow, perfect fit and sound. I’m so vain, I probably think this song is about me. I was so self conscious of the over ear types and they pull my Covid mask off and tangle glasses plus the wind outside was atrocious. ✓ Worked great until iPhone OS 17 updateI can hear with both hearing aids, but when sound comes through the phone bluetooth pairing, only the right aid has sound, the left is silent. I have unpaired and repaired the app and hearing aids without success. I need both to be working because my stethoscope works on bluetooth also which is important for my job. ✓ Signia hearing aids and accessibilityIt is nice to be able to adjust the volume etcetera but why not use a small band EQ equalizer to help client fine tune their hearing aids. This would be most helpful as I find it would be useful in environments such as concerts, listening to the t.v and/or radio etc… and for the loud rumble of traffic and sirens on ambulance and police/ fire vehicles can be extremely frustrating and difficult to tolerate even with the noisy environment cycle. Hope this is useful to the manufacturer and service department. I have been using Signia hearing devices for over 10 plus years. It should come with the television adapter as I got zero accessories with this set of hearing aids when I purchased them. Still waiting to find out if I am going to get the T.v. Adapter it’s been a year this June of 2023 and still no update yet..Version: 2.6.41

✓ Not a good fitI do like my hearing aids. But I do have one suggestion. I’m a big guy and it would be nice if you could provide longer wires . They set on the very top of my ears and interfere with my glasses. And that is very annoying. Other that that I love them ..Version: 2.6.60

✓ Hearing aid dissatisfactionThis product has been problematic soon after since I spent $5200. to purchase it. Replacement parts, adjustments, and a regular string of visits to the very patient office from where I began with my initial hearing test. Now it’s batteries are wearing out. ✓ A pleasant surprise!When I was issued with my Stretta Aya M H.A. the Audiologist mentioned nothing about an app but after browsing the App Store I found this and to my surprise it easily connected to my aids & works perfectly. ✓ Great App to control silk 3NXHaving read several negative reviews before purchasing my Signia Silk 3NX hearing aids, I was skeptical about its performance. 3 days in and I now know to re-pair the aids in the morning and the app then work well. I did struggle on day 1 when my hearing aids lost connection to the app, but now I’ve figured it out it makes sense. My only negative is that the app doesn’t store my volume levels for different programs and I have to reset them when I change programs. If this was sorted out it would get 5 stars.Version: 2.5

✓ OK, good…& GREAT !Signia apps have been with me since I got my Hearing Aids thru my VA. They have provided me with all the assistance I’ve needed to be comfortable with them. Their broad spectrum of products has been a wonderful gift. I haven’t had to ‘HUNT’ for assistance. ✓ Be `awareI purchased these hearing aids and paid $5000 from a audiology clinic. The first week the left aid wasn’t working properly(low volume), but the app was working, so I chose to get it repaired . The app no longer worked with only one aid. When I got the (L) aid back the app still didn’t work. I tried contacting Signia - no reply. I was told by the clinic where I purchased the aids, my left aid had been replaced not repaired. So I’m to assume it’s the app that is screwing up my aid. For me the app won’t even adjust the volume. I’ve been told by the clinic that Signia is aware of a problem with the app, so I’m being patient. I hope they hurry and get this fixed. If both aids and the app had worked I would have given a 5+ P.S. if I had returned the aids for a refund, I would be penalized $400. $200 for each aid..Version: 2.6.10

Not good at trying to peice it together after changing the dome-y bit and filter especially if you’re eyesight isn’t that brilliant- I’m an intelligent woman with c—p literacy when it comes to this part ! ✓ Isn’t so bad then you think it isThis app isn’t so bad then you think it is, I’ve been owning this new technology since I had my last hearing appointments from last year (2022 around April I think) and at first it was so confusing and weird to understand how this new technology works since I grow up with old school technology, now that in 20 (the time I’m typing this down ) I genuinely don’t find this app bad. It’s very helpful and has opened my mind a lot more then I realised how helpful and useful it is. I’m now able to shut down noisy environment That I struggle with for my whole life in school and high school and other places, it helped a lot and it feels weird getting used to it but it made me happy. Having this app helps a lot for me to be able to check how much battery I got left for my charging case and my hearing aids. Thank you so much whoever has created this amazing new technology for the people like me who struggle in noisy environments. This give us the opportunity to mute that and understand a lot better. I got nothing bad to say about this cool app and I have a gut feeling that this app is still on its early stages (it’s why I felt confused at first when I used it) and can’t wait too see what cool features you got held for us to use.
