Signia App for Negative User Reviews

Still terrible Bluetooth streamingPretty redesign of the app interface but the Bluetooth streaming is still unusable as it constantly drops out, not a patch on the Widex apps which work much better, why do they not bother to rectify this?.Version: 2.6.40

MusicSince having accidents affecting both ears successively over a two year period, I am no longer able to hear music accurately- it has become discordant. Recently when experimenting with a tuning fork I discovered that the frequency I could hear in one ear was different to that in the other, ie if one eat hears 512 hz the other is hearing 514 or 515 or 6 . I feel sure that this is the reason I can no longer hear music. Signia- please is there an adjustment that could be made so that both ears hear the same frequency. Otherwise I am pleased with my aids although background noise is always a problem. Hoping you can help, M French..Version: 2.5.40

Frustrating appLimited ability to customise how the hearing aid work with phone calls. Seems to want you to sign up for their assistance service but then require that you agree to share personal information..Version: 2.6.51

Not impressedWas excited to have a wellness tracker in my ears, tracking health and steps all day. Am very disappointed with it. Bluetooth is working all around me, but not in the ap, frequently, and that means the wellness program is not working. And I cannot say for $6,300 plus they help my hearing much differently than my previous Signia (4 years old, batteries no longer held a charge for more than a few hours)..Version: 2.6.41

Why is the app so BAD and battery level incorrectSince the aids cost in the neighborhood of $1500 EACH, why does the app have so little accuracy? One battery will show 80% and the other20% When talking to the support, they say “ignore the app!!!!” Put some of that money into a proper programmer…and make the app decent.Version: 2.5.40

Doesn’t work all the timeThis is a poorly designed app. My hearing aids paired this morning now they quit pairing. I have to keep deleting the app and reinstalling it to make it work. It is annoying. I am now giving you a 1 star. FIX this app so it connects when you use hearing aids Bluetooth connectivity doesn’t work all the time. Does anyone in the company read the reviews?.Version: 2.6.30

Needs more support for CROS Hearing AidsOverall does the job of configuring my hearing aids when needed for environment changes. I have the CROS setup however (single sided deafness) and the battery life only shows for the hearing aid in my good ear, not the transmitter. What this means is if I wear them long enough (ex. traveling or long hours at work) the battery will eventually die in my bad ear and the only way I notice is by realizing I’m not hearing as well as I was… Meanwhile the good ear still shows a 60% battery life still remaining. I actually looked around for other apps to solve this just to realize most of what is available is made by the same company with the UI slightly tweaked. Like I said, gets the job done but it would be great to see more direct support for their CROS system in the app. Hearing aids themselves are great!.Version: 2.6.41

Chose either. Iphone or Ipad to connect your SigniaA lot of trouble if you keep both of them connected.Version: 2.6.41

Sound qualityEaringaids sound great but listening at anything that comes from the app or the iPhone there is.no bass only upper frequencies like other reviews it would be easy to incorporate a 10 band equalizer In the software we could dial in our own preferences.Version: 2.6.41

Used to work perfectly but buggy now!App won’t connect to both ears despite turning off 7X aids and back on, closing and restarting app, and restarting phone. No sound through left aid at all from phone either. Total nightmare. Glad that’s not my worst ear or they’d be useless for calls and music. Really disappointed at how this is failing me now after spending so much on the aids and them working so well for so long. No updates available for iPhone or the app so no idea how I fix this. Really fed up. Getting worse all the time. Now won’t connect to the phone at all. Dire for the money. Can’t hear anything streamed by my phone. Fix this please!!!!.Version: 2.6.40

Signia appNot too effective! We spent $4K on hearing aids and the Signia app was never once spoken about. We keep Bluetooth turned off due to our inability to discern how to control what is happening. Is there any location that can assist us on how the hearing aid/iPhone connection CAN BE used to help the process along? We have had hearing aid for several years and still have never been instructed on their use. We were tested, told they were necessary and then, we were kicked to the side of the process. They had our money now, we are no longer needed in the process. They got what they wanted, our money! It’s all that is cared about..Version: 2.6.51

Signia appI am still having problems with the app. Often the Bluetooth will not connect to the hearing aids and consequently I miss phone calls which don’t come through to the aids and I don’t hear the ringing. The app is almost useless. Each day it behaves in an inconsistent manner and I have made many trips to the audiologist to try and get it working. While she manages to reinstate some of it’s function, within a day or two it stops performing..Version: 2.2.1

Easily DisconnectedHaving got the App and hearing aids working together, if iPhone 7 battery drops below 40% the Signia App drops out. Hearing Aids remain connected to my iPhone. Following a recharge to 100% Signia does re-establish a link. The only way ‘round is to shut down the Signia App, remove hearing aids from the Accessibility Bluetooth Hearing menu, re-establish hearing aid connection and then re-start Signia app. Quite a palaver..Version: 2.6.50

Terrible allConnects once but each time you have to turn the aids off, for example at night. Or when there is a need change the battery, the connection is lost and you have start from scratch… avoid this app.Version: 2.5.20

UnworkableThis latest version is very difficult to use. Changed volume controls so barely able to use. Fix this NOW.Version: 2.6.40

Rocker switch controlI have AX hearing aids, that have the ability to directly answer phone calls. If you go into settings and turn that function off, it will also turn off all rocket switch function except power on and off. You will not be able to change volume or program with my. Thank you, I’m happy that someone is actually listening. I have an additional very bad problem with my 7AX. My left device’s battery drops to about 20% in 8 hours. They are only 6 months old. This has only for the past 2 weeks or so. I thought it could be the iOS app update so I uninstalled it for a day, no change. I have turned in my set for repair and have a loaner of the same model. They have the same problem. I assume you are aware of this. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have. I am a technical person, retired engineer..Version: 2.6.41

Unreliable appThis app has caused me a great deal of anxiety. As a person living with hearing loss, being able to follow conversations with clients and fellow team members is essential to my job. It is extremely stressful and unprofessional to have to either fiddle with my phone during meetings and/or have to leave the room in order to open/close the battery drawers so that I can unfreeze the app and make it work. The ‘twin phone’ program which I really need so I can hear my clients doesn’t work with incoming calls and is intermittent on outgoing calls. I have spent an hour on the phone to Apple (Signia implied it was their fault) only to discover that the problem lies with the app. The developer of this app clearly doesn’t understand hearing loss and the effect unreliable technology has on the person living with this disability..Version: 2.5.21

Buggy and very slow connecting. Needs workBack to the drawing board guys. Too many conflicts with accessibility/hearing aids part of iPhone settings. Switching to IPad is a real pain the you know what..Version: 2.4.11

The app needs much improvementThe directional function, which purports to enhance hearing in specific directions and decrease unwanted sounds, provides almost no effect for me. It would be nice if it worked. The noisy environment option does very little to decrease, for example, unwanted background talking in a restaurant. When I am listening to a sermon in church, I would love to be able to tune out noisy children around me. My audiologist has not been able to make that feature work for me, either. It would also be very useful to save two or three custom settings in memory..Version: 2.6.51

NHS limitationsI’m sure if I had bought the hearing aids the app would let me do everything I want but it would seem pay National Insurance my whole life limits the app ☹️. Controlling on first connection seems to get me in a loop with the volume on iPhone too low. Turn them off and back on seems to fix the issue. Feel like I’m only getting 30% of the app as I’m NHS but never mind. 🫤.Version: 2.6.10

In accessible for those using VoiceOverVery disappointed with the app, not only do I have a hearing impairment but I also have a vision impairment, I therefore use VoiceOver, this on-board screen reader on Apple products, unfortunately the app does not work with VoiceOver as most of the buttons are not labelled making it very difficult for a visually impaired person to use, very disappointing.Version: 2.4

Bluetooth squealBluetooth is very unstable and when it is not properly connected to the aids it lets out a high pitched squeal when you change any settings. It also struggles to recover a stream I’d on aid doesn’t connect. Please fix!.Version: 2.5

You managed to make it worseIt’s an achievement really. Hearing aids no longer connect to app. Thankfully phone connects without your ‘support’..Version: 2.5.21

Signia latest update uselessI updated the app a couple of days ago. Should NEVER have done it. When I open it now only the Signia logo appears. Nothing else. I have an iPhone 12 and latest iOS. I hope the app is going to be fixed soon. The previous version worked well for me.Version: 2.5.20

When it works… its lameThe Bluetooth connection and controls work. Although sometimes Bluetooth turns off or volume sets it’s self like a preset? The fix Is to restart my phone. The “Well being” feature does not update for days and I get a message that I must turn on the App at least once a day!??? It’ll work fine for a day or two then will not update or connect. This feature was a selling point for this hearing aid. Hearing aid works great! The App is lame. Lastly, when watching social media videos there is no quick way to switch to “iPhone speaker” like when answering a phone call you get a pop up widow choice to switch to phone speaker or speaker etc..Version: 2.6.60

Difficult app to useThe app is difficult to use as the headings are not well chosen making it hard to find what I want. Which presently is Why does my right aid not turn on when battery indicator says 90% charged..Version: 2.5.10

FrustratingClose to useless, with the bonus of added frustration. In, out, off, on? Who knows. Brand new in date by years batteries show 80% when newly fitted, but when swapped from side to side show 100% and 60%. An hour later it plays it’s little tune. Refitting the same batteries they again show 80% for both. BAH! Turns ears off at random..Version: 2.5.40

Great hearing aids but flaky appThis app has so much good stuff in it but it lets itself down by not being adequately synched with the Made for iPhone settings that would allow both the phone connection to the hearing aids (which works brilliantly by the way) and the App to recognise that connection. I regularly have to juggle turning the app off or turning the hearing aids off just so the app recognises the connection the phone has already made to the hearing aids (Signia Inios 7AX). The app functionality (eg separate ear volume controls) is far greater when the app recognises the hearing aids. I have the TV Streamline which works very well just by selecting the TV pre-programme function - and the app (generally) stays connected before during and after using the TV I have the Streamline Mic which is also very good but every time I use it I have to go through the same juggling exercise of switching hearing aids on and off, switching app on and off - and yet, if this had a pre-programme setting for the Mic, it would work as well as the TV Streamline device. So shows great promise but not yet keeping them..Version: 2.6.1

This is a terrible appWhere to begin? Dropped the Cros which I use all the time, meaning I have to adjust on the aid itself. Does not properly increase the volume on the TV setting and also on the T-coil setting. Very annoying..Version: 2.6.30

What do improvements do?I see new features but nothing tells me what is it & what it does. The new feature is balance with scale sharp to soft. Balance to me is left or right but that function is under volume. The change management of the app development needs to be looked at from customer perspective. The UI has gone under a big change since I started using the product earlier this year with no help to guide users. We just fumble to figure it out..Version: 2.6.50

MehApp is hard to use. It constantly drops the Bluetooth connection when streaming, which means I have to turn off my hearing aids, turn them back on hope that they connect to Bluetooth. Of course then I’ve missed a few minutes of whatever I’m listening to. The sliders for volume are also difficult to use. Thank you for developer response. Turning the app on and off does not help the Bluetooth connection. This problem needs to be solved within the app’s capability..Version: 2.6.51

Useless app. What else is going to go wrongSpent $5,000 on hearing aids and the app just does not work, or when it feels like it. Bluetooth connection is not consistent and can’t be reinstated. If this poor app is a reflection of the product iit’s not looking very good for Signia. What else is not going to work?.Version: 2.6.1

Circle of frustrationJust received my new aids … brilliant by the way however trying to link my aids via this app is extremely frustrating, would love to see what this app could offer me to improve communication with the clinicians etc but left on the first page still trying to connect via Bluetooth .. connected via iPhone accessibility was great however still cannot use the app grr.Version: 2.6.10

Absolutely patheticSignia are always behind in apps and features compared to other brands and never do app improvements based on customer feedback. Reduced ability to control modes over previous Signia app, and no iWatch compatibility. Surely it can talk to the phone if unable to pair with the aid. No advanced aid adjustments or sound field selection (outside of presets) either. Never syncs either despite my iPhone being connected to my aids. Absolutely terrible… I don’t know who does their product testing, probably 90 year old grannies..Version: 2.5.50

New hearing aidsNeed to include a find my hearing aids location device in the app and to make it easier to connect blue tooth items ie and electronic stethescope to link to hearing aids As far as the above goes it is a step backwards having these aids for me.Version: 2.6.51

This app has one job and does it poorlyI only have this app to communicate with my very expensive hearing aids. It does a poor job of this primary task; the built-in accessibility controls of my iPhone work much more reliably. I would give it one star, but the app is actually ok except for this fundamental failure..Version: 2.6.1

New Update broke the appI don’t like the new update it just broke and froze the app. why did you remove the sound directional setting. i want to go back to last versions it was working fine..Version: 2.6

Zero stars should be possibleApp takes forever to connect, need to restart aids to get connected to other apps. Not sure what is worse hearing aids or this app. App is almost useless for me.Version: 2.6.50

Latest iPhone update !Since the latest iPhone update the Phone rings ( on the Phone) but not on my hearing aids. The speech , however, always come to my hearing aids. (2) these are my third pair of Siemens aids, brilliant! but the noisy environment setting has never worked correctly despite two visits to my hospital specialist. In that setting I can hear a conversation from behind me but not the person I’m sitting in front of. Help please. J. S..Version: 2.6.50

DissatisfiedWhen is directional hearing coming back, this is third time it’s disappeared. I was told about a week to fix it a month ago. It is disgraceful to have to put up with how bad the app is, after paying good for aids. It’s a pity the people in charge of app don’t consider how difficult life becomes when hearing aids not working properly..Version: 2.6.10

SigniaOften the Bluetooth does not connect .. so cannot use the “Wellbeing” icon.Version: 2.6.61

Needs to work with Apple WatchI’ve been testing a pair of Signia Styletto aids. Since there is no control of any sort on the aids, this App is the only way to adjust them. It is slow to make a connection, often needing the iPhone to be turned off and on, before any changes can be made. An on/off switch on the aids and a volume control there would be a vast improvement, together with the ability to use a watch. Other manufacturers can do this, why not Signia? This is a shame because sound quality of the aids is excellent. I will, however, probably buy a different brand that doesn’t limit me as much..Version: 2.2.10

Not consistentWhen I am out and about the app doesn’t seem to work very well - now one of my aids doesn’t respond when I check the battery even when I put in a new battery….. getting frustrating!.Version: 2.6.41

Data gone/not updatingSince the app changed, yesterday, the app stopped tracking and I lost all my data from April to current. I have tried to reinstall, turned off my phone and nothing helps. I have had them on since 5am and it is showing 15 min wear time. Prior to yesterday it worked great. How do I get my data back and how do I get the app to work like it is supposed to?.Version: 2.6.40

Signia App is okayI’ve had my hearing aids over two years. I am pleased with them. For the most part, the Signia app works and does what it should. My app keeps losing the blue tooth connection with my hearing aids. It takes me awhile to figure out how to reconnect the two again. I wish there was an easy way to troubleshoot and fix the repeated problem. Better yet, I wish it never happens..Version: 2.6.60

FitThe fit is not custom There is allot of wind noise I had the behind the ear ones before and they were much better for me.Version: 2.6.30

Bluetooth always an issueI have the new latest Signia aids costing £3400 and it is so frustrating that I often have to delete the hearing aids Bluetooth settings to reconnect them. Bluetooth needs to work all the time so I can use my hearing aids as a phone, also connect to the Bluetooth TV unit which I also bought as an optional extra, it’s why I bought these heating aids. I am using the latest iOS 15.6 on an iPhone 7 and a new iPad Pro 12.9 Gen 5. Would be 5 stars but please Signia please please fix the constant Bluetooth connection issues..Version: 2.5.70

So close to worthless that i will switch to PronakI tried and tried thru my audiologist but the hundreds of reviews with 3 or less stars have previously confirmed my dissatisfaction so “buyer beware”. All you say is “the user should reach out ti us direcr”and “we will reach out to our “developers””. For a $5000 item, this is IMHO criminal. BTW a 4.3 rating seems like many customers just go with the flow to be nice. I sincerly wish you had and have a better software team!.Version: 2.6.60

Falls ShortI agree with another reviewer that the ability to make changes to a program and save these settings as a new program would be advantageous (avoids the need to re-visit the audiologist). Other hearing aid manufacturers apps enable this eg Phonak. I have Siemens Signia Nx7 which I purchased privately in 2019 and more recently I have NHS provided Phonak hearing aids (spare set). Whilst I prefer my Siemens hearing aids the app badly lets it down when compared to the flexibilty of the Phonak whose app allows a lot of fine adjustment and the ability to save the new settings as a new program. Come on Siemens and bring the app up to date- sorry but you are behind the competition!.Version: 2.6.51

Signia Hearing AidsThe app will not hold the chosen settings. Each day I have to reset, very frustrating. When setting a level sometimes it won’t respond with the reassuring click, Nothing happens?? Poor performing app compared to all others. P.S. I have attempted to send & can’t believe that all nick names I try have been taken????.Version: 2.5.21

Poor response to customer feedbackI have had your aids for almost 2 years and I am amazed at the the lack of response from signia to all the negative responses to their hearing aids and app. The Apple app is responsive and performs well but the hearing aids leave a lot to be desired. Please at least listen to your customers and respond. Do not leave it up to the audiologists to make excuses for your technology..Version: 2.5.10

Silk hearing aidsThe App interface is the only way to control the Silk hearing aids. The battery check works only very occasionally. The volume control doesn’t seem to work if you disconnect and reconnect the batteries - after a night’s sleep for example. Same problem if you have opened the App on another device such as an IPad. Once the volume control becomes out of sync, it is very difficult to recover it with the App. For such expensive aids, $3500, it is difficult to understand why the only method of controlling them doesn’t work more consistently.Version: 2.4.11

FrustratedI’m a long time user of h/aids. My previous Siemens aids were never any trouble. The new level 5 Signia + new IPhone are a disappointment. Certainly not user friendly. Seems the small controller cancels app Off to audiologist yet again as a h/aid is supposed to AID hearing. Not be a constant source of frustration. Pricey frustration. Ditto remarks from person above..Version: 2.5.70

Lost directional controlI lost the directional control from the app. Emailed for help and was told to delete the app and follow steps. I now have nothing, the aids won’t pair with the app. The only thing that comes up on the app is the volume control but that doesn’t do anything. Really frustrating. I’m worse off now than before I contacted you..Version: 2.6.10

Well, being on the app does not workWhen I check the well-being of the app to see how long I’ve had the hearing aid on for it won’t give the correct time the first time you look at the app and every time after that it never updates even though it says updated just now app App needs some updating.Version: 2.6.41

Not as advertised, no user program optionsThe app is minimally usable for any user who wants to have full programmability access. I inquired about the problem and was told to visit my hearing professional. That response is disrespectful and ridiculous. If this continues I will return the 7ax aids and find another vendor where I can adjust the programming and EQ settings. Some users possess technical experience and can easily make the programming changes. Signia’s refusal to provide control to qualified users is totally unacceptable especially considering the high cost WE paid for the aids..Version: 2.6.41

My well beingEver since your “update” the my well being doesn’t work correctly. It won’t update throughout the day, or sometimes at all. The length of time worn can be off by hours, the activity may or may not show anything. It used to update several times an hour, now it will show updated just now or updated 2 hrs. ago or 20 minutes ago, check 3 hours later and it will say updated 3 hours ago. If you’re lucky it will show part of the days info it might show an average from prior days or nothing at all. This makes the app totally useless for anyone who wants to track their daily activity..Version: 2.6.40

Pas un gros char !!!Application très instable ,fonctionne fonctionne pas !!pas très satisfait..Version: 2.6.25

Not good valueThese hearing aids cost over $3000 dollars and definitely are not worth it. I have had so many problems and am very disappointed with them..Version: 2.6.1

Volume slide switch too sensitiveThe volume and sound slides are very sensitive and hard to adjust accurately. They move a few numbers at a time..Version: 2.6.40

Not with the effortThe app now drops my Bluetooth connection 4-6 times a day. To reconnect, I turn my phone off and on rather than unpairing and pairing. It’s easier and takes less time. But it seems that wherever I move far enough away from my phone so the Bluetooth disconnects, it does not reconnect when I get close to my phone. I have resigned myself to using the adjustments that are available on accessibility on my phone..Version: 2.6.50

Support horridGod for bid you’d ever have any questions or have an issue with your hearing aid. We sent one back for repair weeks ago and haven’t heard a thing. Also, the chat feature has no way to chat live with a person or give input on what the actual issue is. They give you 58 choices none of which are what I need. All I need to know is my stinking model number and it does not allow me to put in what I want..Version: 2.6.50

Six days in and not impressed with the appSix days in and not impressed with the app. Early impressions are that the hearing aids are good. The app leaves a lot to be desired. Currently, it is telling me that my batteries are not draining equally and the sound directional portion is not very good my advice for the developers of the app is to reach out to Bose and form a partnership. They’ve got their stuff together..Version: 2.6.41

App is okThe app is ok, but I wish it would let you control more aspects of your hearing aids. I wish you had the flexibility of setting options the audiologist has. Also, it gets very annoying I have to reset my volume and sharpness every time I put them on from recharging them. It should remember your last settings..Version: 2.6.41

So so appIf all you want to do is adjust the volume of your devices, it’s great, but if you want to use the “My Well Being” activity tracker function, forget it. Every morning I sign into the app and when I check the activity tracker, it says I haven’t signed in for a few days. I have compared it to my my step tracker app that comes with my phone and it is not even close in step count..Version: 2.6.40

Going well until the update yesterdayEverything was fine for the last 4 years for me, until the update last night which seemed to have to remove control of surround sound? What happened to that? It really helped to numerous environments and you guys just removed it? Seems a little silly..Version: 2.6

Can’t connect??I’ve had no problems using this software for a year, now for 3 days I simply can’t connect my left hearing instrument and I’ve tried everything since the update…😔.Version: 2.6.41

BuggyWorked well when initially installed. iPad lost connection with left ear. App would not adjust volume. Fixed left ear connection but app would not control TV volume or switch to TV. Person using it has little tech skill and cannot fix issues. Has a great simple interface but if it does not work reliably what’s the point! This was the latest update.Version: 2.2.21

Doesn’t even openThis app was always a little temperamental with pairing with my hearing aids but now it doesn't even open. It seems I can’t get app support due to the fact it’s free with my hearing aids. Will now discuss returning these hearing aids and go with another brand. As a musician with hearing loss I was using the functions for using in rehearsal situations. Completely pointless now. I’ve waited a while for an update to the app to fix it but to no avail. Will return to the audiologist..Version: 2.5.21

Compression is not feasible!I have a pair of new Signia 7AX ITE hearing aids for the record. I wholeheartedly agree with previous reviews of the controls available to the users yet alone tying the hands of the professional AuD by not allowing them to adjust certain protocols such as your bad compression algorithm. I literally dislike your compression and as you suggested to others about setting issues I did go to my AuD. With his inability to adjust attack and duration of release because the software you set them up with, he can not adjust this feature. So with no control of this compression feature, I told him then turn it off. As you already know, he cannot because your software doesn’t give even him ”the professional AuD” the ability to do so. So stop telling folks to go see your AuD and they can program the hearing aids as needed. THEY CAN’T! You simply do not give them the ability to do so! Yes, I would like my personal setting to stay as I programmed them and return to the same when turning them back on. There are many knowledgeable folks out there wearing your hearing aid and are versed in audio, be it Amateur radio, musician or stereo enthusiast. Give us and the pro AuD a break and give them more control to satisfy us your customers..Version: 2.6.41

Battery testingWhen you touch the battery icon , you can’t always do a battery test , it just gives the percentage , but sometimes you get a chance to try each side and it responds with 1,2 or 3 rings ..Version: 2.6.61

Absolute RubbishI have had to contact Signia twice. They have responded quickly. But I am unable to pair my hearing aid with my iPhone 11 so I took them to Specsavers they tried but the battery check did not work so I contacted Signia again and still no joy. Very disappointed I rate the app as a 1 only. The volume does not do much neither does the environmental setting very disappointed..Version: 2.5.60

Please add Apple Watch supportWhile the app works as advertised, if not a bit buggy. The lack of discreetly toggling the volume control physically on my hearing aids is a problem. Having this control on my apple watch will vastly improve the way I use my hearing aids daily. While wearing my old hearing aids, I could discreetly turn them up during meetings and presentations no problems. Now, during the same situation, I need to get my phone out, open the app and toggle the volume control. Not very discreet and it could be looked at as being rude during meetings etc. Please. Add Apple Watch support..Version: 2.2.1

Poor performing hearing aidsBlue tooth works when it suits Very much hit and miss Either not at all or each ear has turns. They replaced the first set after 18 months but they certainly gave not improved.Version: 2.6.26

Functions have been taken offDirectional hearing that was a massive factor for me due to the environment I work in has been removed, not helpful at all and makes the work environment more stressful for me instead of the hesribgbaids making it easier. Constantly having to rest my hearing aids or reset via the app which isn’t great.Version: 2.6.10

GarbageThis is the second version of signa app that I have used. Total garbage..Version: 2.6.10

Needs better connection powerConnection keeps dropping between my phone and the hearing aids. I just upgraded from the base mode aids to the high end aids and the connectivity is not as good as it used to be. I appreciate the new features but wish they worked and I didn’t have to reset, disconnect, reconnect, re-synch every time I left my phone on a table and walked away from it. Thank you for fixing this issue it will improve my experience greatly once it’s done 🙏.Version: 2.6.10

Decent app but that’s it…The app is just OK, nothing really stands out to me. The one thing that would be great is the ability to create custom programs. That’s the one thing I miss about my previous hearing aids and app. I’m thankful thank they’ve at least finally made changes to the aesthetics of the app but increased functionality would be a better way to go. Especially considering the cost of their hearing aids..Version: 2.6.40

A revoir!Connexion - déconnexion en tous temps, cette application est en fait très peu fiable. Et le contrôle des batteries est complètement à revoir!! Un peu de sérieux SVP.Version: 2.6.30

UnreliableBluetooth connection with music streamed or downloaded is filled with crackles, pops, and drops. I was told by a Signia rep that the problem is we humans are mostly water and Bluetooth has problems passing through water. The problem is incompatibility with iPhones. Frequently won’t stay connected to Bluetooth for no apparent reason. Sometimes necessitating visit to audiologist to fix. Sound is excessively sharp particularly women’s voices and if, like me, you have small ear canals. The receiver touches walls. And they are very costly..Version: 2.6.50

Good aids made crap by terrible appDreadful lack of functionality all round. Don’t have time to waste getting angry detailing how aids costing thousands have truly toy-town support and connectivity. My aids are charge&go x7. Good aids that promise more with Bluetooth etc but the Bluetooth is off the scale bad if you want to use them for podcasts etc. Buy cheapest Bluetooth headphones on eBay and you’ll be more satisfied. These are purely hearing devices - do not be fooled that they double as listening too. :( heartbreaking..Version: 2.5

Poor ControlsThis app is sun-par for something that connects to hearing aids that cost thousands of dollars. Unable to name presets. The presets simply say “universal” with no ability to rename them so they can be distinguished from each other. And why can’t this app choose the ringer volume? Should be independent from the ringer volume of the phone. People who are hard of hearing need the phone ringer loud, but when they have their hearing aids in, the hearing aids can be much quieter. By tethering these volumes together, either the phone is too quiet to be heard if it is in another room and the hearing aids go dead, or it is painful to the person wearing hearing aids when the phone rings. Separate these volumes to work for user. This app lacks other, useful features. Doesn’t offer much control..Version: 2.6.60

FrustratingI put in review earlier with 2 stars. Intending to return aids if app failed to improve it started working but after a few days was on and off on and off l contacted Signia got some advice after a while it contacted again but only for a short time. It now fails to connect at all for some days. It is no longer it will be fine it’s will connect again but not acceptable l am now sorry l did not change to another brand. YOU NEED TO FIX THIS.Version: 2.5.70

Lost of connection withBogue all the time . Frequently Signia app loose the connection with my hearing aid. Never recognize it !.Version: 2.6.40

Age related hearing lossThe difficulties of navigating this app are beyond the technical abilities of your major market sector . Whilst the Bluetooth facility in itself is a welcome asset, it’s access and management is more than most of your clients can easily manage. Pairing with my IPad has proven impossible and even after reloading this app has still proven impossible to achieve pairing. Another journey to my hearing aid provider is now necessary to try to remedy this situation. Unnecessary travel and costs involved are often problematical for the elderly..Version: 2.6

Not updated to use with iwatchI can’t understand why this product connects to my iPhone and iPad but they have not considered being able to answer a call via my iwatch and have it connect to my hearing aids.Version: 2.5.60

Dear Signia- please Update this AppEvery time I reduce the volume on the app down the app gives a warning which you must accept. This instantly cuts out any music your are streaming. It is so very annoying to have to continually check this warning on the app. Please! Update this app so this warning stops appearing..Version: 2.5.70

Terrible sigma appI have a pair of $40.00 ear pieces I listen to music on in the gym. My hearing aids keep cutting out some times they work some times they don’t some time right ear. Sometimes left ear. If I knew this was going to happen. I would have bought different hearing aids..Version: 2.6.51

JunkI have only had these for about three weeks Not sure which hearing aid wants to work some days it’s the right some days it’s the left I can hear better out of the right ear, but when it answers the phone it’s not connected but the left ear works. Try to ask your app for help and it asks me questions I don’t need to ask why I have it. It’s a piece of junk..Version: 2.6.26

Sound clarity controlNo ability to change frequency control without internet..Version: 2.6.41

Decent but. . .A recent “update “ seems to have eliminated the ability to control left right volume separately. This was an important feature. And the health part of this app is totally useless. You really should get a refund from the app developers. For example. When I walk 5000 steps this app shows from 900 to 1900 steps inconsistently Not even close 👎.Version: 2.6.40

Not very accessible with voiceoverPlease make this app accessible with VoiceOver so other vision impaired people like me can use it effectively.Version: 2.6.40

DisappointedThe Audiologist set up the app which works and then a few days later the app ceases to work and I keep having to re-set it..Version: 2.6.50

RatingDifficult to install. I had to go to Apple. Fortunately, an expert in programming install it for me. I rated it 3 but it should be 2 and a half..Version: 2.6.40

App does not work for meThis app does not work for me! I had to turn my iPhone to airplane mode during a trip over seas, and ever since then it has not worked properly for me. I tried to reconnect to my iPhone and it did not work. The instructions were of no help (very verbose, but unclear English) and the hearing lab of my audiology department is closed until Monday. So, essentially I am partially deaf until then. Somewhat disappointed.Version: 2.6.51

Updated AppSwitched to Signia 1 year ago loved the hearing aids, not loving since app update have to delete re install daily then 20 minutes later one or both aids go silent unless I switch to live music then I can get maybe an additional hour before caos. No longer loving this. $5000 to use my 7 year old set of Oticon’s because they are less hassle. Not impressed. Your App designer needs to be shown to the curb..Version: 2.6.41

App installed but does not recognise that aids are pairedI’m using Active aids which are connected and paired using accessibility option on my iPhone SE 2022 When I go to app it says aids are not paired Which means I can’t use any of the program Very annoying and frustrating If I install everything on my iPad all OK butI can’t control my aids with an iPad when I am away from home eg restaurants cinemas etc Comments from developers needed ASAP.Version: 2.6.10

One star is too manyThese are the worst. As I am with Hearing Aust I have to put up with what I am given. Previously you could at least check the performance and usage in the app and it would track time used and list times when they cut out. I stopped wearing these during COVID as I couldn’t wear mask glasses and aids as only so much ‘real estate’ behind my ears. So yesterday I went back got them reset and not only us the app not showing any information the aids cut out, don’t stay connected to blue tooth despite my phone being on me all day. This is the 4th pair which has had to be replaced. They are utter garbage as us the app. When I can afford it I will pay the gap just so I can replace these with something that actually works. 5 years has literally done my head in..Version: 2.6.30

Signia App After 6 MonthsAfter getting through the initial fitting and buying a new phone. I’m not real impressed with these. I bought the new phone thinking it would help my Bluetooth connection. It didn’t. The Bluetooth is intermittent at best. If I get more than an arm’s length between me and my phone it cuts out. I can’t depend on it for continuous contact. If I put it in my pocket it cuts and disconnects. Quality is ok but not what I expected. Wasn’t worth the money I invested..Version: 2.6.41

Signia Pure C&G AX7Having upgraded to these from the Pure C&G X7’s I am very disappointed in the performance. Bluetooth drops out and often will not reconnect without completely restarting my iPhone 12 Pro. Static on phone calls and sound audibly swaps from ear to ear. My own voice is muted when on a call and the receiving caller finds it difficult to hear me because of background noise and often static. Seriously wish I had remained with the X7’s which were crystal clear..Version: 2.6.30

Zero notification for new updatesBeing forced to deal with changes to apps isn’t easy to keep up with, but when an app is updated, causing the app’s fundamental interface to completely change, is jarring at at the very least. Without any notification, upon opening this app, I was annoyed to find that it was now tracking me. I opt out of all tracking, so to have this app track me without my permission or any opt-out options was aggravating. The last thing I want from an app, especially one that I am forced to depend on, is unwanted tracking. I hope this review will compel Signa to add notifications about fundamental app changes/updates. Plus, adding opt out options. At this point, I will try and remove the tracking, but the last thing I want to do, is spend an inordinate amount of time trying to do that. The fact that I am in this position at all, is outrageous..Version: 2.6.41

Bluetooth connectionI find the app loses its Bluetooth connection often for wellness information while the aids are connected in the accessibility/hearing device’s section of the device settings of the phone. To recover the wellness info you have to delete the device & reconnect. Happens way too often. Hade aids about 3 weeks & happened 4 times so far. Love the rest of features!! Traded in another more expensive set for these & I’m really happy!.Version: 2.6.51

Battery ChargeThe charge on the batteries is not close to being accurate..Version: 2.6.41

Too primitiveToo primitive, too few options..Version: 2.5.40

First hearing aidsEasy enough to use core features. I use both an iPhone and iPad, Signia app is only on my phone. Not seamless to switch the source between them, usually requires Hearing Aid reboot and launching music app , then works in other app. For some reason on both iPhone and iPad the sound only works after launching music, playing a few seconds of music and then switching to the app you want to use. Would be very good to add an Apple Watch app and complication to allow you to change your program. Would be easier and more discreet than using the phone app..Version: 2.6.51

Unstable AppFor the past two weeks and several trips to the specialist plus two occasions the specialist sort help from a technician (who gave the impression that it was a big deal) I have attempted to stabilise the App which stops working. Hearing aids are fine but the control through the App is not dependable. Sometimes it was taking in excess of 10 minutes to turn off the App and restart it so it worked. Tomorrow I’m returning the aids for a credit..Version: 2.1.4

FrustratedNew version has smaller type in some places so I can’t use the app without my glasses anymore. Worse, in TV streaming, external sounds used to be very soft or muted. (Hint: if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.) Now while streaming, external noise is at full volume. Given how many homes have washer/dryers exposed to the rest of the home, I’m sure the programmers don’t use hearing aids..Version: 2.6.41

Clunky!Interface isn't really helpful to non-tech user. Volume controls work in some circumstances, not all. Settings are lost if you go out of bluetooth range. And... Signia Motion 13 has a fidelity issue: sharp resonant peak at 1 khz affects speech intelligibilty and very much impairs music - whether from mic, telecoil or iPhone tracks. My NHS audiologist is brilliant and patient and in my opinion she and colleagues deserve a better designed interface to facilitate initial setting up. I am not an audiologist, but am trained to work in sound..Version: 2.5.40

Not getting any betterAfter two years of using this app, it is disappointing to report it was and still is, pretty ordinary. I spent nearly $10k (AUD) on top of the range aids and while the aids are good the Signia app is not. Sometimes it connects to the aids, sometimes it doesn’t. I updated the app today for “improved functions and bug fixes”. Well that was fun! - after the update it didn’t work at all. None of the usual tricks (aids, app, phone on/off, hard reset phone etc..) didn’t work. The app would not connect to the aids. In the end I had to reinstall the aids to the app..Version: 2.6

Not so good.Hearing aids them self are excellent and I’m more than happy with them. But the app leaves a lot to be desired. I find that turning on and off Bluetooth just doesn’t work. I have downloaded the app a number of times and it will work once a twice then just stops working. While streaming. If I move outside of the range of the iPhone I lose connectivity and it does not automatically restart when I’m back within range..Version: 2.3.30

Incredibly uselessThe app gets stuck on the pairing page and says that I need to pair my aids before using the app. Meanwhile, my iPhone has paired effortlessly with the devices and I control all functions though the ‘Accessibility - Hearing Devices’ tabs. USE+LESS=USELESS. What a wasted opportunity..Version: 2.6.10

Hearing Aid ReviewIt is echoing a lot and also switches off Bluetooth from one minute to next . It would be good if you could have it on all my devices phone I pad and computer and also the Apple Watch. It is also making clicking noises without doing anything myself.Version: 2.2.10

Very poorWill not connect to my IPad Bluetooth, only volume control available. Useless.Version: 2.5.70

OK, but could be betterIt would be VERY GOOD if the app retained the settings for each profile. For example, the setting for “UNIVERSAL” is lost as soon as you select on of the other profiles. So when you return to UNIVERSAL it’s necessary to reset to your preferred level..Version: 2.3.30

SimplicityApp is not friendly. Always a problem getting into Bluetooth. Very poorly designed: Yes spend some of your money and get with it: your in the 80’s Very disappointing.Version: 2.6.10

FrustratingNot sure if it’s the app or the hearing aids but I’m not happy, one minute their working next not, blue tooth can spend hours to connect and still doesn’t, I do as I was shown but still no joy, replace batteries still no joy, I would prefer to have the $$$ back and purchase another brand unfortunately I’m stuck with this rubbish and I’m not an ancient and I am tech savvy just a bit deaf still. Dealing with iriots.Version: 2.6

A definite non improvementThe volume control is too sensitive. The previous version had a better range of adjustment. Also the directional feature has been removed. I paid $4k for my hearing aids and this “upgrade “ is a disservice. It’s obvious to me the programmer is not a hearing aid user. I am hesitant to by a Signia product again.Version: 2.6.40

Sound focusThis would rate a higher rate if it allowed sound focus on an iPad not just on phone..Version: 2.6.51

RubbishThe old app worked very well, I could access and change my programmes with ease. On this version I can’t even access any programme other than universal so am unable to adjust for ambient noise levels in a restaurant. Very frustrating, please sort this out. I’m due a change of aids and will not buy Signia again..Version: 2.5.40

Sigma app - poor serviceI had to see my audiologist because the Sigma app didn’t work anymore. She told me that there is a new one available. I think I could expect a better service from your side for 9.000.-$ hearing aids. Why didn’t you inform me about the new app? My address must be in your system because I had complained some time ago about your old app which was confusing and extremely awkward..Version: 2.5

HHScrappy app. One star is generous..Version: 2.6.30

Its DiabolicalI spend excessive time trying to get this app to connect, once in a blue moon it does but then next time I use it its gone. Even when I connect on my iPhone accessibility app and am able control my aids it still does not manage to connect on the app. 1 star is overly generous..Version: 2.6.41

DisappointedI enjoy bluetooth and it's many features. My biggest issue is with the Well Being option. It is not accurate and I daily ensure it is connected to blue tooth. It is totally disappointing..Version: 2.6.41

Poor voice qualityMore needs to be done to make the voices soynd human. Voices are distorted; fuzzy, thin and Disney sounding. Should be able to understand high of low voices. They all sound tinny, with no depth or quality of sound. 6/5/23 voices and now instruments. You balance of app was high( frequency) low(frequency) Now it’s soft & high. What’s this??? I’ve said it before what this app needs is the ability to adjust ( equalize) the sound. A better blend of the lower frequencies., as well as the high frequencies. Severe sounding deficiencies. Human voices still sound tinny..Version: 2.6.40

Battery Level indicator et alHearing AIDS are very heavy on battery use. Five days is considered average. Battery level indicator in the app is not even close to accurate in fact it is misleading and can hardly be called a ‘feature’. Pairing to music/radio can be poor in that sound continuously breaking up. Firm moulding of ear piece can be uncomfortable- even painful. Mine will obviously need adjustment. Pairing for phone calls is a good feature and works well for hands free..Version: 2.6.40

Wellbeing is unhelpfulThe hearing aid controls are very good. However using for phone or music streaming is very glitchy. The wellbeing monitor is pretty useless. Poor quality info and very unreliable connectivity..Version: 2.6.41

Absolutely UselessThis app cuts in and out especially when viewing content on my IPhone. General Bluetooth connectivity is sporadic which renders the controls basically useless. Way too much money for the hearing aides to have such crappy partnered software app..Version: 2.6.30

Poor App functionalityI’ve had my Signia Hearing aids for 2 weeks - the only lousy part is this APP! It has very poor connectivity, no easy movement from one device to the next, plus intermittent signal garbling where one, or both, hearing aids don;t get the signal. Don’t get me started on it’s lousy iPhone connections.. MFI is great andit workds, it’s just that the App has no idea what’s going on….Sad that I will probably return the Signia tech only because the App sucks….Off to check out Phinak’s app.Version: 2.6.1

Hearing adds not responding to app right does not respond to battery levels when pressedNot happy with new update worked great before update.Version: 2.6.51

Ongoing issueThis app had been working fine. Then an update happened and now the Well Being section of the app doesn’t work properly. It used to track everything just fine. Now it seems to pick and choose when it will track steps, activity, etc. It also used to connect to my hearing aids automatically. That’s sporadic at best now u less it’s done manually each morning. Disappointing as it used to work fine..Version: 2.6.41

PleasePlease go back to the previous version. I cannot now easily adjust the hearing/balance levels..Version: 2.6.40

Room for improvementWhen I started using the app it seemed to be good for what I needed. When checking stats I noticed it took about two minutes maybe longer for the information to populate. Working the last two days the information has stopped filling in. After uninstalling, rebooting, and reinstalling the app the issue is still there. Very sad as I have never had an app do this. Time for an update to fix this as I lost all the data for the year..Version: 2.6.41

Ease of UseI refer to another review wherein the the blame for use difficulty is put down to “ ninety year old grannies”. I think not, I would tend to see the program designed by an age group fed megabytes as infants and no comprehension of the difficulties facing folk of another more civilised age. eg. the directional hearing setting at times cannot be found— next time there it is— next time gone again ??????.Version: 2.5.60

I wish I had not bought theseIt’s difficult enough having a hearing impairment. This app increases my frustration. I have had my hearing aids for over a year and in that time I have found the app to be incredibly unreliable. It fails to connect to my hearing aids most of the time and is not intuitive like most iPhone apps. When it works it’s good but it is very unreliable..Version: 2.2.1

Needs to improveI can’t rely on having access to live listening when I want it..Version: 2.6.26

Very UnhappyThis app is terrible and the Bluetooth connection is random at best. Audio playback comes and goes and distorts even at low device volumes. Considering the volume of poor reviews you would think something would be done to improve this app. The hearing aids themselves are ok, I them sharp with very little ability to fine tune for a mix of environments, I have had them for a year so now have to pay $150 aid for any further adjustments. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement considering the cost of these things. I would not recommend Signia hearing aid’s..Version: 2.5.21

UpdateThis version is a bit more reliable and more functional than the myControl app..Version: 2.3.10

Well Being is useless and inaccurateThe well being app works sometimes / even if I open it up daily it doesn’t record the info consistently (mostly not at all). That said I do not find it to be valuable when I have Apple apps that do most of this already. I have tried directional hearing and it barely make any change. Meaning I make the adjustment and it is not really any better. Only thing I find useful is the volume slider and really don’t use it either. When I am in the car as a passenger my hearing aides connect to the car. So I can’t hear anything from on my phone thru my hearing aides when I am a passenger. My provider was able to reduce the tinness sound, its better now but overall I am just unhappy. I have had hearing aides before these are my least favorite, and they hurt the back of my ears a lot - my provider is switching them out to something thinner but it means I will lose functionality of being able to answer calls by touching my hearing aide. I FEEL my hearing aides all day it’s painful. I thought my ears might toughen up with use but it’s been a month and I wear them 6 days a week 10 hours a day..Version: 2.6.51

Loses connection to blue toothConstantly losing connection to iphone.Version: 2.6

Not seeing all featuresI got my hearing aids 3 weeks ago. Pictures of the features show left and right side controls. I only see one. There is only volume and sound balance. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled. It still looks the same. I would like to get this fixed so I can properly evaluate whether or not this brand works for me..Version: 2.6.51

Refuses to maintain link to UniversalMoving from TV to Universal is frustratingly unreliable - sticking with one or the other randomly. The sound control on TV has to be at 1 or 2 and the Universal at 10+. I have reset the App several times with no difference. Really struggling here. At this stage I would be looking for a far more stable ‘mature’ product. C’mon developers- these are expensive life changers - you can -and should do better!.Version: 2.5.50

Hearing aid appNot user friendly.Version: 2.6.50

Signia assistantI’ve been using this app for 2 years now and up to this point have had no problems- have found the aids to be sufficient- but the Signia assistant icon has disappeared off the radar, it allows you to fine tune the aid, but it has gone awol 🤦‍♀️..Version: 2.6.30

Ok. Not wonderfulI need a hearing aid that’s easy to find if lost! I work outside a lot and branches etc have a way of dislodging the hearing aid. I wish they had a flashing light you could turn on.😊 Or a squeal that a hearing person could use to find it. My old aid would tell me how close I was down to about 6 feet away. I’m not sure why I did research that right away. I’m 9 months in and they seem fine. I don’t feel like the app has a ton of features but I use the directional hearing quite often. I stream books and podcasts a lot..Version: 2.6.50

Are you getting this Signia?Breakdown of the ratings that are visible/accessible: Another glitch? That it says that there are 342 reviews, but I can only see 123……? 7 x 5 stars 4 x 4 stars 15 x 3 stars 23 x 2 stars 74 x 1 stars. 74 x 1 stars. And you know that they really meant 0 stars..Version: 2.6.51

Signia AppNot to happy with the app. It keeps disconnecting from the hearing aids. I want to adjust my hearing aids and the app stopped working again. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled numerous times on my iPhone 7. I am now on a trip and I wish I had taken my old hearing aids that have a hand held remote that works. Instead I am wasting my time constantly trying to use my new hearing aid app..Version: 2.6.10

Pretty Minimal - Needs More OptionsThe new app is now tracking me without my consent, including how many conversations I have. The app needs to have toggles that give the user the option to select what they would like tracked and what they don’t want tracked. I might like having steps tracked but not conversations. The fact signia added tracking after I got the hearing aids and with no way to opt out makes me want to return the hearing aids and get my money back. This should be illegal. I hate that the settings reset to the default every time you charge the hearing aids. There needs to be way to setup preferred settings without desired settings being overrided. My cell phone notifications are too loud and the app keeps overwriting my attempts to turn the notification volume down to a level that isn’t painful. This needs to be fixed. There needs to be away to turn notification volumes down and have them stick..Version: 2.6.41

Volume and Balance Controls impossible to adjust finelyThese adjustments are now near impossible to adjust They need a plus and minus button to allow for fine adjustments. Anybody with vision or other issues will find it impossible. What a backward step..Version: 2.6.40

Poor AppThe App design is poor and does not always connect even when the iphone states positive connectivity.Version: 2.6.41

App Does Not WorkThe app does not seem to do anything with my hearing aids, even when it says it’s connected (about 50% of the time). So without these controls, the hearing aids are not as advertised. Way too expensive for this nonsense..Version: 2.6.10

Intermittent! The idea of the App is great but unfortunately it is unreliable and I am spending a lot of time reconnecting the hearing aids. Even when connected some functions sometimes work and other times do not. I specifically took the recommendation of these hearing aids to assist me in noisy environments, the setting in the App provides no assistance or improvement what so ever! I am so disappointed with the hearing aids and the App I am looking to have them changed for another manufacturer..Version: 2.6.10

Could be betterAside from controlling volume and balance I don’t do much more w the app cause I find it cumbersome. Bluetooth got turned off and it’s been a total headache turning it back on (it’s still not on). I also REALLY don’t like that the aids don’t seem to be able to be paired w more than 1 device at a time. I’d like to be able to use them to stream thru my iPad and have volume control on my iPhone. Just not an intuitive app..Version: 2.6.50

RubbishAfter 2 years of use with nothing but frustration I give up. With problems from Bluetooth disconnecting mid phone call to not connecting at all, I have now had enough this app is rubbish it is going I recommend everyone disconnect it maybe they’ll get the message that their app is garbage and fix it..Version: 2.6.10

Signia Pure Charge & Go 7NxThese hearing aids are the best I have found. It is just a pity that Signia Assistant is not available for these aids as from the information about the app it would be really useful for me. In challanging situations it would seem that it would make the difference between being able to communicate or being left out of the conversation..Version: 2.6.50

Junk appI spent a ton of money on these blue tooth hearing aids and this stupid app dose not work my hearing aids keep disconnecting and won’t connect again I have to delete the app re install it and try and sometimes it works but most times it dose not what a headache.Version: 2.6.30

Lost directional settingsSince the latest update the directional setting has gone . Lost without it! As I’m often in noisy places and need to focus the aids to hear conversation. Please sort this asap! Doesn’t anyone from the company reply to these comments!!? This has been several weeks now and no comment from Signia…….Version: 2.6

Doesn’t appear to pair. The app seems to have no effect on the aids at all. If I change the volume on the aids, ( which again has little effect, the app still shows up at 7. Directional on the app has no effect whatsoever! Shame, as the actual hearing using then is far better than any previous aids. Just want to be able to use the app to change settings when necessary..Version: 2.6.30

Room for ImprovementI’ve had my hearing aids and have been using the Signia app for about 7 months. I’m mostly pleased with both the aids and the app. But there are a couple of things I’d like to see. 1. Dark mode. I keep my hearing aids in until I’m ready to go to sleep, and then I like to lower the gain to 0 to avoid feedback taking them out. I have to switch over to this BRIGHT WHITE app to do that. PLEASE give us the option to follow the phone’s settings for dark mode. 2. Individual access. At this moment, the cover is not staying on the left hearing aid, so I’m not wearing it. The app thinks it has to be in contact with both in order to access settings (other than gain), but I’d like to at least be able to see the settings for the right one that’s in service. 3. There seems to be a spurious error message that the app uses the iPhone’s speaker to control the aid, and it asks me to raise my audio volume, but it works just fine if I don’t. Please remove that error message, or make it clearer just why it’s appearing. 4. It also might be nice to be able to create our own programs. I only ever use Universal because the others don’t seem to make any improvements in my listening environment. 5. The app keeps telling me that the aids have different firmware versions, but when I look at the Versions tab, they’re identical..Version: 2.6.50
