Smart Sleep Coach by Pampers™ for Negative User Reviews

This is a conIn a sleep deprived state downloaded this app and thought what a great free resource from pampers. Once I’d completed the questions and given my personal details it then said it was £69 for three months! I’d rather pay a private sleep consultant than an impersonal app, should be upfront about cost without tricking people in to giving personal information..Version: 1.1.15

RubbishWe followed the steps, tracked our baby’s sleep to the minute and did everything by the app. It didn’t work. The schedule was so off. My baby got overtired when we followed the app’s schedule. I decided to cancel my subscription after the free trial as I cannot justify £30 a month for something that doesn’t work. Now we use a different app that’s much more accurate..Version: 1.1.16

Cry it out in a cute appWhat an enormous disservice to parents and babies to pathologize biologically normal infant sleep behaviour. Stop creating unrealistic expectations in new parents, most babies wake 2-3 times a night until they are 1 year old, this is not damaging their brains! If you respond to your child’s cries they will come to expect that you will continue to do so… I hope my child always knows I will be there to comfort them..Version: 1.1.11

Disappointed using this away from homeThis app doesn’t know how to adjust with time zone changes. We’ve been going on vacation to different time zones and the app doesn’t recognize the time differences and thus offers the wrong advice accordingly..Version: 1.1.7

Cheeky data captureMakes you spend ages entering loads of info including your phone number only to make you pay for a subscription..Version: 1.1.9

False informationIt says that the app is free for the first 7 days however when you actually download it I got charged £30 straight away.Version: 1.1.15

Not what I was hoping forDownloaded this out of desperation during a 1am wake up with our 11 month old. The app only tracks sleep, something I could easily do in my notes app. There’s no information that you don't know or can’t easily find on the internet for free. It’s also very slow to refresh and sometimes wouldn’t let me add the times I wanted, like it would auto correct to a different time than what I had originally put. Overall, it was super unhelpful and I would not recommend spending money on it. But if you’re reading this, you’re obviously also desperate for sleep and I hope you get some soon 🙏🏻💗💤.Version: 1.0.13

Not a free appI personally find “free” apps that don’t give you access to any content before subscription/trial period to be misleading. Would rather pay a small amount upfront for an idea of what you’re getting, then make an informed decision to subscribe. The only thing you can access before subscribing or signing up for the trial is a survey. Fine if you want to sign up for the 7 day free trial, just not for me.Version: 1.1.15

7 day trial- not flexibleI signed up for the trial to see if it was something I would find helpful, rather than having the flexibility of reviewing content on my own time in my own schedule in the 7 day trial you are trapped into only opening certain content on certain days. The exact opposite of what is needed for a mother who needs flexibility in her life. I simply cannot know if this app would be helpful because of the limitations set by the app in the trial. Not exactly motherhood friendly..Version: 1.1.8

Not Terrible But Not GreatThe app is pretty slow when schedule is “adjusting”. The “How did it go last night” yellow bar at the top has very poor options that wouldn’t apply to most…so I just stopped filling it out. The app itself seemed to be a minute or two behind the time on my phone because I could never add accurate wake ups until a few minutes after baby had fallen asleep. This app doesn’t teach you technique, it just helps with the process of sleep training. It gives you wake windows and adjusts the time for you but seems like it wants you to pay forever because you rely on it for the times and adjustments. Teach me how to figure out the wake window, or how to adjust the times for nap and bedtime when I no longer have the app. And no, I shouldn’t have to ask a sleep consultant any of that when you have classes that teach. They must’ve run out of daily classes because there hasn’t been anything new since I subscribed and I read all the classes during the free trial. As mentioned in other reviews, nothing you can’t learn online. Just the schedule adjusting is helpful, but doesn’t teach you much. Also, I just read a review from February 1st , it says the sleep coach could’ve adjusted the wake windows in the back end if needed… how would she have known the “Sleep coach” was also the engineer? Why would we think of that if it adjusts automatically according to our infant’s rhythm? It’s not clear what you can and cannot help with..Version: 1.0.13

Deleted before free trial ran outI completed a form online, which then guided me to the app, which asked me the many of the same questions again. I had some initial problems where it wouldn’t let me get past the phone number stage, as it didn’t recognise it as a valid number for some reason. When I did get into the app, I found it quite easy to use although I was a bit confused by the process. Ended up deleting before the free trial ran out, as I was already tracking on other paid-for apps..Version: 1.1.7

Feeling more lost than when we startedI feel more lost than ever having gone through some of this app. We have no a/c so the whole pitch black/cold sleeping arrangements are just not an option for us. But that aside, I was disappointed to find that the “coaching” employs more crying it out than I’m comfortable with. The app also uses language like “self-soothing,” which we now know babies are not capable of doing. They can self-settle but there is no soothing happening when they’re left to cry it out. Of course I want my baby to sleep well but I don’t want to ignore his cries. Now I’m more confused and more tired than ever..Version: 1.1.9

DisappointedI wanted to like this app so much but since using it I've come across many issues. After completing several of the courses I find out I can't access my baby's sleep plan until he's 12 weeks old (he's only 6 weeks). So now I've paid for a 3 month subscription and can only use it for its intended use for a portion of that time. The other really annoying issue is the internal timer when recording a nursing session. On many occasions in there middle of using the timer, I've exited the app only to come back and see that the timer has reset itself back to zero so I have no idea how long I've been nursing for. Tonight when doing a night feeding the timer wouldn't even start at all so I had to manually input the feeding session. What's the point of this timer function if it doesn't even work properly half the time?!?! I gave this app one star because I like that I can track my baby's naps and wake windows which I find very helpful however the smart AI tool has issues as well when adjusting his schedule. I track all of his naps including any wake ups he has during the naps. The AI continues to suggest a 5th nap every day around 5pm which my baby refuses no matter how many times I try and doesn't readjust the schedule!! So dumb and definitely not worth a paid subscription for how expensive this app is. Also most of the information in the courses is stuff I already knew just from reading on google which is free. Waste of money..Version: 1.1.11

Doesn't workThe app doesn't let me complete my account set up. So... Not useable..Version: 1.1.6

Certainly helpedI downloaded for the free trial but will not be continuing. Don’t get me wrong, it certainly has helped with the nighttime but considering it talks about being tailored to your kid I’m not convinced of this. The articles are short and easy to read though I started this at 11months so had read most of it already! And there was nothing to cover a baby who is standing up, or any mention of siblings which would have been nice. The structure around night wakes works nicely, though it seems that if you have had wake ups the morning of the night before the timer starts from where you left off that morning rather than resetting to 5minutes which I hope is a glitch as otherwise feels very harsh! Also the live activities banner on the Lock Screen counts how long baby has been asleep ignoring the wake up, so my son was awake for an hour the first night and it happily counted up that he’d been sleeping the whole time. I don’t know if possible but would be amazing to alert the phone to keep off of the Lock Screen while the timer is in use. Day naps and the idea of leaving them for a full hour I do not agree with at all so did not use this, just plugged in the naps as they happened..Version: 1.1.13

Constantly demanding feedbackEvery time you read something, add something or change something, you are prompted to provide feedback and are not able to continue using the app until you do so. For me, this makes it unusable. I paid to use the app, the service is not contingent on me providing constant annoying feedback.Version: 1.0.12

ExpensiveI don’t find it very fair that you have to subscribe to it to be able to use the app. Not only that it’s expensive as well, £22 a month could get a tub of formula for parents who are bottle feeding. Us parents just want some help, something that’s going to help us mums / dads who struggle through the nights with our babies. If the whole app was free it would help us parents out a lot..Version: 1.1.9

UnresponsiveDon’t bother with this app, or rather try it yourself for the seven day free trial and see that it doesn’t sync with your baby like it says it does. This offered me the same wake window and sleep times regardless of what my son was sleeping. It didn’t adapt patterns at all. Reminder would pop up telling you he might be sleepy soon when he was already asleep. Clearly not recognising the info you were inputting. Tips that would pop up on the top of the screen couldn’t be opened leaving you to read one sentence of a “tip” and then have to click “ got it” to make it disappear. My son was six weeks old when I downloaded, info I had inputted but later a questionnaire popped up that required him to be 12 weeks to use the app. Hard to read calendar- day view only so you cant see week view for example to see a pattern developing yourself. Throughly disappointed. My child set a better schedule than this app..Version: 1.1.9

Really frustratingI have been struggling with “sleep training expert” advice since I started reading about it when I was pregnant. I usually find it frustrating when books or articles make claims not backed by any real science but up until this app purchase I’ve never paid so much for it. I should’ve done the “free trail” (or better yet, listened to the first negative review I read that said this app offered nothing new if you had read more than 3 books on sleep) I paid for a month but have deleted after 2 days because the unfounded content frustrates me so much..Version: 1.1.11

Not greatThe estimated wake windows were way off for my baby. The app kept telling me to put him down to nap every 2 hours but he wasn’t tired. So all that happened was him fighting sleep and me getting frustrated. It made his sleeping worse. I thought the estimated wake windows would adjust as i input my babies actual sleep times and work with his sleep cues and rhythms, but it didn’t. I thought the app was going to recognise his patterns and adapt to show me nap times according to my child’s pattern but it didn’t happen. It just kept telling me to put him to sleep 30mins to an hour before he needed it. Waste of money in my opinion as it caused me and baby nothing but stress.Version: 1.1.8

Cash grabI used my free trial for the ap and did find it helpful at first. I completed all of the “training courses” within an hour and nothing else was added after that. So essentially once you’ve done that the ap is just a timer. It says it creates a sleep plan for you but it would do wacky things like account for 3, 2 hour long naps each day. When my child would obviously never follow the nap schedule it just pushed up the next naps and bedtime. So if you know what your wake windows should be you can easily track the sleep with a pen and paper. The price of this ap is absolutely ridiculous especially considering the target market is new moms and most of us are making less than half of the money we used to. It’s sad that they know that in moments of desperation we need this help and they will cash in on it. Even if the ap was $80 a year I would consider it…but $88 for 3 months is disgraceful..Version: 1.1.11

They don’t actually want to helpThe app says all about “starting right now” yet you can only access a couple of parts each day, it takes a week to unlock different information so how is that helping parents who desperately need advice RIGHT NOW? It’s just about making money for you and not about actually helping sleep deprived parents..Version: 1.1.9

All about the moneyThis app is all about the money! £54 for 3 months is a rip off for a start. But delaying access to services saying you have to come back each day to unlock them shows where their true intentions lay. This is not a computer game where you can unlock different aspects. It’s real life where parents are struggling and looking for a bit of support. It should all be available from the git go. This is just exploiting desperate parents offering one small crumb of advice at a time. Actually that’s not true, as you have to come back on day two before you get any crumb of ‘advice’! All about the money, avoid, save some money and seek professional guidance For your child’s sleep..Version: 1.1.9

DONT DOWNLOAD THIS APPI downloaded this app however it’s still charging me £54 every 3 months despite the fact that I’ve cancelled. I’m going through Apple now to try and get my money back..Version: 1.1.13

Bugs , bugs and more bugsI feel I trashed money with the membership. App and resources available target very young babies… if your child is under 8mo you can make better use of this app. However app has been unstable loosing logged sleeps. So I log night sleep start and next morning that information is no longer there despite me seeing it was properly saved the night before. Also it suggests night sleep start before the 5:30pm earliest start suggested at its resources/training materials. Also it was used to do the math of how many hours of sleep for a given period… now is just showing start and finish times which is what you logged yourself in the first place. Last couple of weeks have been pretty annoying. I just lost another sleep entry and feel I was better off with the older free tracking app I used to use..Version: 1.1.9

OverpricedJust a sleep tracking app. There is no information in this app that you can’t find for free online. I liked the sleep tracking, it helped get my baby back on a schedule with healthy wake windows, but there’s nothing special about this app in particular. I had issues with the app and customer support was no help. Edited, Re: Mandy - I have an email response from support saying “check your junk folder,” to which I replied, explaining the problem again, and I received no further response. I eventually reset everything and was able to get back in on my own, only to be kicked out again. I’m not sure how to get access to you, as the “ask a sleep coach” button never worked. The app is slow and customer service is severely lacking. I also thought this was a smart sleep tracker that would learn my baby’s patterns and adjust accordingly but I guess I was incorrect about that. He is transitioning from one nap to two, and the app is forcing naps into the schedule that he isn’t taking. So it shows that he napped for an hour at a particular time, when he didn’t, and I can’t delete it. It’s a frustrating experience and not at all helpful. I reached out and tried my best to get support but didn’t receive it. This app is a waste of money. I got “Baby Feed Timer” and I use their sleep tracker - it’s much more helpful..Version: 1.0.13

OverpricedWith the current financial climate and cost of living crisis; the developer of this app should be ashamed of themselves! £60 for 3 months for an app? Overpriced and well above my budget! I imagine there will be many parents in the same boat as me struggling with the financial burden of being a new parent! Unbelievable!.Version: 1.1.15

Like but don't loveThis app has definitely helped me figure out nap times and looking for my baby's sleeping cues. However, there are some bugs that need to be fixed. For instance, my baby hasn't napped yet today and it's 1:30pm. I put that in the system, and it's telling me his bedtime routine should be right now...obviously I'm not putting my 6 month old to bed for the night at 1:30 in the afternoon. I noticed some other glitches, so I really think it's expensive for what you get....Version: 1.1.12

ScamI went and did the 7 day free trial and right as I went for it it’s charged me $21.45 I want my money back I didn’t even have the app for 1 hour and it charged me money so not impressed 😡.Version: 1.0.12

It’s fine, but not worth £22 a monthIt’s sad to see huge corporations such as Pampers be yet another company taking advantage of desperate, stressed and vulnerable parents. £22 a month is outrageous. Like give us a break? We’re at the probably the lowest and most stressed we’ll ever be with a baby who hates sleep. Like come on… Yes it’s smart and has some good coaching skills, but nothing we haven’t heard before/googled. If you fancy saving yourself some money and you have a 10 month old that won’t sleep, google Ferber method and leave 3-4 hours between naps. It’s literally it. Also a sleeping app that doesn’t have night mode. £22 a month!!.Version: 1.1.9

Not user friendly - buyer’s remorseThe concept is great, the execution is horrible. I bought the 3 month subscription and am not happy with the app, but glad I didn’t buy the year long subscription… In theory this app is for sleep deprived parents trying to get their child to sleep better/longer/etc. but there are no instructions on how to actually record overnight sleep to see when there are wake ups or get a pattern. Apparently you have to remember either the times baby got up and fell asleep overnight and add them in the morning, or remember to start and stop the timer in the app during the night. Adding an overnight feeding does not automatically create an overnight wake up, apparently it is assumed that it is a dream feed, when personally I think it should be assumed as a wake up with the option to change it as a dream feed. The Home Screen is crowed with the to-do list permanently there, even after you do the tasks, making it difficult to see the whole day and estimated future nap times, etc. Simply being able to make that list shrink or disappear when tasks are completed would make a huge difference. So many other suggestions on how to make this app better, but for this review- look at the Huckleberry app and don’t waste your time with this one..Version: 1.0.9

TerribleTerrible doesn’t actually give you a routine or tell you what to do just put them down and tell them go to sleep if that worked I wouldn’t be looking for bloody sleep advice.Version: 1.1.9

So much potential!I desperately want to give this app 5 stars. The smart sleep scheduling is 5/5 fantastic! However the practical use of the app is not and this, sadly will make it really difficult for parents to use day to day. We had been using a far better tracking app before trying this app and I just wish smart sleep coach could integrate some of these functions so everything could be all in one place for parents. For the app to be 5/5 this is what is needed: - it is not simple to record wake ups- this should be one button, easy to indicate a ‘pause’ and ‘resume’ with the app calculating how long the baby was awake during that nap or sleep period. - The app should have a dark/night mode so as not to create brightness at night (why is there no ‘settings’ in the app?) - The app should have diaper change tracking for wet and dirty diapers. - There should be a quick way to view how long a baby has been asleep in the 24 hour period (adding day and night sleep, not just having these as two separate readings) - There should be a note section for parents to indicate if something different happened during a recorded event (sleep, diaper or feed) Please consider making these changes to improve the app. It would make the user experience 100x better!.Version: 1.1.9

Great Scheduling, Terribly Time KeepingMy wife and I were super impressed by the live sleep scheduling. But in terms of easily pausing and continuing sleeps, the UX is just not very good. Pausing and starting night sleeps should be considered a wake period, shouldn’t create a whole new night sleep altogether. You shouldn’t need to calculate how long the wake was, you should be able to pause and start wakes during sleeps and naps. My wife was also disappointed that she couldnt easily see which breast she last fed on, just by looking at the schedule data. If the app caters for tracking it needs to do it holistically for parents who like to track everything in detail. For example, there is no option to track nappies or medication. We’ve been using the baby tracker app which has excellent time keeping capabilities and is super easy to use (pausing and starting) but lacks the scheduling. We will not be continuing using this app, which is a shame because it does have so much potential, and will have to continue searching for a different sleep scheduling app..Version: 1.1.9

Literally insane pricing£120 per year, the pricing is absolutely extortionate for a glorified timer and some information. Did you add an extra zero somewhere by accident? I mean really!.Version: 1.1.16

Daily restrictions vs cost of appSo far the app seems very informative but I don’t like that you can only learn so much a day. The fact that it’s an app you have to pay for but it has restrictions on how much information you can access is very frustrating..Version: 1.1.1

I don’t usually review apps, but…I’m sorry I signed up for a $65 subscription to be able to read 2 articles a day that are not even personalized to my baby?! I would like to begin sleep training today and I can’t because it won’t let me read anymore information…? I can get better reading resources online for free and track her sleep on another app. So this is a big no for me. Trust I cancelled that free trial ASAP!!!!.Version: 1.1.7

Not worth itThought this could be a great app but it’s not properly developed. 1 - It’s not possible to choose sleep training method, you don’t even get to see what options are out there, you just get assigned a method. 2 - It takes a whole week to get started with the sleep training. I understand the tracking of sleep, but if I already have tracked it in the past and just want to get started, there’s just not an option for that. 3 - if you don’t start the training the suggested day, you’ll fall behind and there’s no way to look back on past days. There should be an option to choose the day you want to get started. I couldn’t get started only because my child was sick, and wasn’t able to ever catch up. 4 - I reached out to support about this issue because I still wanted to give the app a chance but no one responded. It have been 4 days now..Version: 1.0.10

HelpfulI really liked this app. It was incredibly helpful and it really worked. I wish they took the cost into consideration though. For new moms with new babies who might not be working or in other situations I feel like the cost is WAY too steep. They use AI which is basically free at this point to anyone. Although it is successful I feel like the price isn’t fair. And I was charged before I got a chance to cancel my free trial. Unfortunate..Version: 1.1.11

FrustratingConstantly telling me to do things which don’t work for my baby. The ‘can’t add future date/time’ is very frustrating. Don’t bother, just do what works for your family..Version: 1.1.12

ShameI can't believe how much this subscription is. It takes all your information and then tells you you need go pay for a subscription..a very large amount in my opinion. I definitely can't afford this especially in a cost of living crisis. Such a shame..Version: 1.1.11

Too complicatedThe ux needs loads of improvement. Adding sleep, wake ups in between etc at night time just seems so confusing and doesn’t take the input most of the times. Not as simple as start sleep- wake up - sleep again! Unsubscribed within 2 days. I think another reviewer has described this issue in much more detail. Hopefully the developers can fix it..Version: 1.1.11

To expensiveSeems it’s ok probably could have worked out just way to expensive like hello we have a baby!!!.Version: 1.0.12

Scam!Asks for $189 once you input all your information.Version: 1.0.5

BirthdateApp won’t let me choose Aug 1 2021 keeps forcing no me to choose todays date..Version: 1.1.9

Expensive, half worth it.It’s been over 6 weeks of using the App and here is my review: Expensive. The developers need to remember that we just dropped $ on diapers and stop taking advantage of sleep deprived parents who are looking for solutions. Areas of the app are LOCKED, even after payment, and only a few sections open each day to read. I can see the benifit of this ONLY if your baby is not ready to “sleep train” (12 weeks old, 12 lbs old) and shouldn’t jump too far…. but it’s frustrating when you payed money and want to read an article. I liked that the app helps me anticipate my littles sleep schedule and gives me tips on how to get him to sleep. I don’t like that there are no solutions for common problems I’m having such as my baby only wanting to sleep on me, my baby waking up multiple times a night regardless of the tips they provided me will continue to update my review as I use the app..Version: 1.1.8

Do not follow any “advice”This encourages child abuse. Do research on cry it out. Self soothing does not exist. These people should be in prison from profiting from encouraging desperate parents to ignore their babies when they need them most.Version: 1.1.11

Still no sleepWe ended up with a hysterical baby who never slept. This app did not work for us at all..Version: 1.1.9

Wow expensiveHoly.Version: 1.0.13

AnnoyingCharge for your app that’s fine but don’t take all my information and then tell me how ridiculously expensive this is!! Enjoy your sleep, parents with disposable income!!.Version: 1.1.16

Just errorsCan’t even get past the initial questionnaire. Says there is an error and I can’t move forward. No help whatsoever..Version: 1.1.9

Too pricey for what it doesIt has an AI generated schedule and pre-recorded videos. For this stuff, charging $100/ year is way too much. Anybody can generate stuff like these nowadays with Bing AI unfortunately. You have to price better than this. The AI has not been accurate enough for me. That’s another bummer. I wish it could be better but it’s not. I also think that the videos and contents are too elaborate to the point where a parent does not have the time to read all of them. It’s like a college course. I don’t have time for it. I knew most of the content provided through my pediatrician. You can make it more concise. Once again, Bing AI or any other ChatGPT can provide shorter summaries unfortunately..Version: 1.1.9

Terrible! Money grabbing!Unbelievable that they take so much personal information from you only to then be told the price plan for subscription which is frankly extortionate for mums on maternity leave! Use your health visitor instead of this rip off!.Version: 1.1.9

Awful. For one, £55 for 3 months or £80 a year to track your baby’s sleep?! use baby+ which is free and research the rough wake windows for your baby’s age and track it yourself easily. Secondly, help and support in establishing a healthy and happy sleep routine, in my eyes is not ‘put baby in crib and leave the room for an hour’ for them to nap, or ‘put baby in crib and leave the roo’ at night. And the suggested support for a baby that responds by crying so much is they make them self sick is to ‘clean up baby with little interaction and put them back, then leave the room again’. This is such out dated support and personally think it is unsupportive..Version: 1.1.9

Data HarvestDidn’t even use this app. It harvests your data through the sign up process, including baby data, email and phone number, and then hits you with a paywall of £54 for 3 months. No thanks. Will be contacting to delete my personal data..Version: 1.1.11

Not for every babyIf you have a baby that goes to sleep earlier in the night, this app may work for you… All my kids are late sleepers, this app is putting all babies in one box saying that they should sleep at 7pm and then they’ll magically “sleep through the night”. Every time I put my son (my 3rd baby) to sleep earlier it meant he was up at 11:30pm or 12:30am for 4 hours…. No matter how long I’ve stuck to it he wouldn’t changed his sleeping pattern. Lumping every child into one category is really frustrating for those who have kids that don’t follow the “norm”, when I reached out to the company asking why their app is only for one type of sleeper all they had to say was sorry for your experience you just have to stick with it, this is my third child I’ve heard an tried every method under the sun… telling a sleep deprived parent to just stick with it isn’t helpful … you’d expect with such an expensive app to have a personalized schedule tips and tricks for your baby but they still tell you to put your baby to bed even if you always put them to bed at a different time. The app definitely has good advice about having a good schedule, bed time routine, and not letting them over nap in the day, but you can find this information online .. for free.Version: 1.1.11

MisleadingPricing should be shown at the beginning. Have to put in all personal details before pricing is advised. Not a good experience..Version: 1.1.9

Uses baby crying themselves to sleepI’ll save you all a lot of time and money… Courses are ok, but they put you through all of these courses but the end result is put your baby to bed screaming and keep going in to them every 5 minutes for a minute. Disappointed has I understand this works for many, but never has been for me, and this isn’t how they promote their app before paying for it either. ‘Gentle sleep training’ definitely not that..Version: 1.1.15

Basic configuration of app logic is awfulAdding times of naps, sleep, wake ups and feeding is really difficult. You should be able to just set a time by scrolling but the logic the app uses often prevents you from setting the time. For example I went to add a 6 pm nap a few hours later and it would let me set the start to 6 pm because it had the nap end time “set to before the start time”. If you’re going to add a nap the logic should allow for you to add the start time and then the end time. ETA: that is the updated version. There was no fix implemented.Version: 1.1.6

Great info and concept. Tracking is glitchyI’m loving the info and the way it guides you through learning. My baby slept much longer the first night using it. I am finding lots of glitches as I try to navigate the tracking. The Home Screen widget doesn’t update when you adjust the nap time. It tells me there’s an error when I try to add night wakings. Otherwise it works fairly well..Version: 1.1.3

We shall seeI downloaded this for the free trial and in hopes of getting my baby to sleep better. Anyway I forgot to opt out of the trial before the due date and was too late 😫 the 3 month option for $89.99 was pulled out of my account (again, my bad). After taxes it was $99 ish. Kind of expensive… Sooo looks like I have no choice but to use the app for the time I accidentally paid for. Lol. We’ll see if this app helps my baby. Fingers crossed 🤞🏾.Version: 1.1.15

Must buy subscription!Beware the app is free but does not work unless a monthly subscription is purchased as well..Version: 1.1.15

Not Compatible With TwinsI have two babies but the app only lets you track one baby. I had to download the app on my iPad and use a separate email and now have to keep my iPad with me to track one of my babies while I track the other one on my phone. If you’re a twin parent you know how difficult it is to get into a routine with two babies with different needs. An app like this that allows for tracking more than one baby would be very beneficial for twin parents..Version: 1.1.14

Wanted to like itI didn’t mind paying $27/mo if it worked. And maybe it does. But after free trial ends and you’re charged, you’re asked whether or not your baby is at least 12 weeks old to begin sleep training. What is the point then of filling out a questionnaire in the beginning about your baby? My baby was 7 weeks old when I got the app - I’m not about to pay for a whole month before we can start sleep training. The basic function seemed like a better idea - log every sleep/nap and with time recognize the pattern. But that can be done on a piece of paper, for free :) Also, no way to change 12/24 hour format..Version: 1.1.9

Payment options only shown at the endA lot of personal information and data has been collected about myself and my child. When it came time to display the personalised sleep plan, it asks you to sign up for a 7-day free trial and then pay. I would have preferred the payment option to be seen before adding so much of my personal data considering in this economic climate, committing to these (monthly) payments with a baby is not easy..Version: 1.1.16

Didn’t helpI was really hoping this would help me and my baby get better sleep. I found the way sleep was entered for night time sleep very confusing and it never seemed right. The free trial didn’t make me feel confident enough to pay for the subscription.Version: 1.1.4

Slow, repetitiveWhile the principles in this app are great and helpful, the app itself is very slow. It takes a long time to update sleep and access the timer. There’s is also no option to record a wake up during a sleep, so you have to formally stop the sleep and start a new sleep to access the timer. The lessons are overly repetitive and presented as info-bites rather than in-depth instruction. A module format would work better. The user is also prompted to rate each “lesson,” which is both annoying and makes this feel like a beta version of the app. Lastly, the cost is far more than equally good information available for free online and the timer on your phone or in a much cheaper course by lots of other creators. Overall, I cannot recommend..Version: 1.0.11

We'll take all of your personal info before telling you it's £70 for 3 monthsComplete scam to get your (and your child's) personal data. If you have plenty of money to spare fill your boots, otherwise beware.Version: 1.1.15

…..The app sounds good but in realty it just helps with when to make your baby nap.. I still can’t get my baby out of my arms FOR that nap lol and for example: I tried putting the baby to bed at 8, but she woke up at 8:15. The app now marks that as a nap and puts bedtime routine at 10:30.. like no.. the baby needs to sleep why is it adjusting that way???. So here she is napping on me. I had high hopes for this app. I’ll be uninstalling tonight..Version: 1.0.8

It could be great, but. . .I have twins so this app would be better if I can add another child being how they aren’t always on the same sleep schedule. To be able to track both of their patterns individually would be a great feature. I’m sure I’m not the only parent with multiples struggling to put both kids on a decent sleeping schedule.Version: 1.1.11

Not formatted wellIt is next to impossible to add wakeups in the app. It won’t let you choose a time that it thinks is incorrect, when it’s just that you need to fix ALL FOUR time choices for it to be correct. The problem is that you can’t get them all correct, because as you try to fix it - it autocorrects to what it thinks is correct. For example, my baby woke up at 5 am and I want to go back and log it at 9 am that same day. It won’t allow you to do it, because how can a baby have a wake up if they’re already up for the day..Version: 1.1.7

Not helpfulThis app is so great in theory, but not helpful in practice. I downloaded it (and paid for an expensive three-month subscription), only to have it spend weeks teaching me the importance of sleep training. It didn’t give any real guidance on the sleep training itself. Just wasted weeks trying to convince me to do it. (I don’t need convincing—that’s why I got the app. I’m already trying to do it.) All this app really does is track your child’s sleep and offer a few token tips. I don’t need to spend a bunch of money to be told to lay my child down drowsy-but-awake in a dark room with a comfortable temperature. If you’re desperately hoping to help your child fall asleep independently or stay asleep longer, this won’t help. You’re better off googling a few tips and tracking their sleep with a free app..Version: 1.0.11
