✓ Hearing aid dissatisfactionThis product has been problematic soon after since I spent $5200. to purchase it. Replacement parts, adjustments, and a regular string of visits to the very patient office from where I began with my initial hearing test. Now it’s batteries are wearing out. ✓ Fairly easy to use.I like the Signia assistant. It allows me to make changes to my hearing aids without going to my audiologist. Having Menires disease my hearing fluctuates. Only thing I wish I could make a change to one side only but makes the change to both. App has some good features though. You can adjust the tone. ✗ Refuses to maintain link to UniversalMoving from TV to Universal is frustratingly unreliable - sticking with one or the other randomly. The sound control on TV has to be at 1 or 2 and the Universal at 10+. I have reset the App several times with no difference. Really struggling here. ✗ Signia appNot too effective! We spent $4K on hearing aids and the Signia app was never once spoken about. We keep Bluetooth turned off due to our inability to discern how to control what is happening. Is there any location that can assist us on how the hearing aid/iPhone connection CAN BE used to help the process along? We have had hearing aid for several years and still have never been instructed on their use. We were tested, told they were necessary and then, we were kicked to the side of the process.
