✓ Update has broken rotation on IPadsThis app has always worked well for Barclays colleagues, but recent update when using on iPad in landscape mode, app and links open in portrait orientation! However, my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated with their lack of consideration for their customers' well-being. After diligently reducing my debt to under $1000, I was shocked to discover that my credit card limit, which was previously set at $11,000, had been drastically reduced to almost the same amount. This sudden reduction felt like a blow, considering the progress I had made in managing my debt responsibly. It is disheartening to see that Barclays prioritizes their bottom line above all else, without considering the loyalty and responsible financial behavior demonstrated by long-standing customers like myself. It seems that they are more interested in maximizing their own profits rather than genuinely supporting their customers' financial well-being. While I understand that banks must assess risk and make adjustments accordingly, this drastic reduction without any clear explanation or consideration for my payment history feels unfair and arbitrary. It is disappointing to witness a bank that claims to value its customers neglect their commitment to providing fair treatment and support. I hope that by sharing my experience, potential customers can be more aware of the practices employed by Barclays. I encourage individuals seeking a bank that truly prioritizes their customers' financial health and well-being to explore other alternatives that align more closely with these values..Version: 9.3.0
✓ Slowest app everCant believe a global bank with an app built by IT Engg having such performance issue. Better not to use. Uninstalled..Version: 9.1.0
✓ Buggy but helpful2 Stars only due to: 1. The app is very helpful for viewing timesheets/unblocking my password 2. Numerous times when using the app it just closes or gives errors making it very difficult to get anything done 3. I have recently changed devices, following all of the steps to get registered and just can’t. I’m now left with no app when everyone is working from home and over the Xmas period with very little staff in I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t as difficult to use due to above issues.Version: 7.4
