✓ Doesn’t workTried for ages, now can’t access any of my unify kit. Bugger!!!!!.Version: 0.72.3
✓ Loses accounts during updateThis app lost the accounts I added previously when it updated. It will not let me add any accounts. It’s in an endless loop of asking for two factor Id between apps. Basically the upgrade made it useless. I wish Ubiquiti would just send the people home that mess with the app and leave it alone..Version: 0.61.1

✓ Notifications going haywireGetting notifications every 5-10 seconds saying “Ubiquiti login request tap to view details” and when I tap the notification it asks me if I’m trying to sign in. I’ve gotten HUNDREDS of these notifications and they just won’t stop. I guess I’m going to have to turn off 2FA and delete this app just to stop them..Version: 0.72.3
✓ ProblematicThe app works well, right up to the point when it forgets its accounts. Then you have to set them all up again. And to do that, you need the 2FA that this app has lost. If it was a one off, I wouldn’t be so harsh, but it happens very frequently..Version: 0.56.3
✓ Doesn’t workDoesn’t send push notifications whatsoever. No idea why or how to fix as it’s still hooked up to my UI account and I can login via 2FA. Completely useless at this point. Our organization uses One Password as a centralized account manager and we force users to use it. Locking your platform to use your verify app means we need to manage this account separately. ✓ Like the UX but no cloud back upReally liked the user experience. Transferred all my accounts from a competitor auth app, then realised there is no cloud backup feature (iCloud or UI). ✓ Transferring the Verify app and my account to a new phone fell shortThere are two methods for exporting/importing an existing account to a new phone. The QR code method failed due to an “invalid QR code” issue, but the file-based export/import method worked…until it didn’t. Sadly, Verify no longer generates an auth code that lets me connect to my Cloud Key Gen2 Plus via the UniFi app..Version: 0.65.1
✓ RubbishThe app and ui.com account combination don’t work. The app doesn’t recognise the QR code from ui.com and I’m unable to reset my account password. I’ve wasted so much time on what should be a 10 minute job (installing UniFi on a new laptop to manage a single AC LITE); that I’m thinking of buying another AP from another manufacturer..Version: 0.58.2

✓ HUNT FOR the “other apps” option!I’m not sure why Apple keeps insisting on deleting my reviews. However, I was wrong. You ARE able to use Apple passwords/Google authenticator instead of this steaming pile of horse manure. You just have to hunt hard for the tiny little V to open up the options. I suggest doing that and NOT downloading this junk, unless the only thing you’re ever going to use MFA for is your ubiquiti stuff..Version: 0.72.3
