✓ Crash loop utter resetSo app works great but after resetting settings on my iPhone I can’t get in to the app at all. tried to reinstall the app deleted the data out of iCloud and still same issue. Just get “unlock”once clicked “error passcode not set” Please fix ASAP.Version: 2.18.5

✓ Minimal features that don’t even workHas a bps over time graph for my router that works until you tap to a different part of the app or switch apps. After this the graph remains frozen and doesn’t change until you completely exit the app and restart it. There is a firmware update page that has only worked 1 of 4 updates I’ve tried (errors and blank screens). After getting one that worked, the “available firmware” section then showed an older version, despite clearly showing a newer version installed just above that section. The web interface is unusable from a mobile device so your stuck with this if you want to check something when out of range of a computer..Version: 2.14.1

✓ Listen to Your Users!Since the developers are actively updating this app, maybe a bad review here will get things moving elsewhere. You have updated this app several times while completely ignoring the UniFi Video app. The app crashes when selecting a saved NVR on the iPhone XS Max. You have to manually add the NVR every time you want to view it! Please fix it and I will consider reversing my reviews..Version: 2.7.3
✓ Too buggy to useI use long credentials on all my devices for both ID and password, and the login button turns off before the tokens are fully typed in. The credentials get reset to the default values, which is obviously not useful. The EdgeRouter is discovered, but the EdgeSwitch is not. When I add it manually, I run into the first problem. If there is some way of getting this to work, the insufficiency of documentation prevents me from finding that. I have dropped back to using the web interface for each device. Ubiquiti devices work, but there is zero support, and the different product lines treat each other as enemies..Version: 2.15.2

✓ Firmware updates force untested betasFor some reason, the firmware update feature shows that there are firmware updates available, but then presents beta firmwares that have not been publicly released (with no release notes). One would assume that, unless explicitly specified, the stable train of firmware would be used. Also, the release notes is presented in raw json form - that’s just lazy. There’s just three arrays to serialize into bullets - not a massively complex json structure to bind to a UI..Version: 2.0.4

✓ UISP n0t for small businessesIn general, I love the remote view into my environment … however UBNT is only allowing those environments with 10 devices of their choosing to use it past a 30 day trial. Too limiting for most of us. I have over 15 UBNT devices, but only 3 qualify for this utility. Hope that changes as I could really is it as a remote access method..Version: 2.28.0

✓ Needs attention to app securityThis app saves your logins without notifying you. It also offers NO means to lock access to the app via PIN or fingerprint like other Ubiquiti iOS apps. It would give this admin peace of mind being able to use the strong security features iOS provides to secure sensitive network configuration credentials. Other than the above, the app seems very nice. I admittedly have a very small network which I manage, so I cannot speak to its efficacy for maintaining larger infrastructure..Version: 2.0.6

✓ Crashes Out on older iPadV2.18.1 (current as of 2021-04-26) crashes out upon start. I can’t get it to run, even after closing all other apps and doing a force-reset of the iPad. My iPad is an iPad Mini 3, running the latest version OS for this model, which is 12.5.2. Despite that it is now a few years old, my iPad still works fine and I have no reason to replace it other than forced software upgrades that then fail—like this one. Previous versions of this product worked OK. At least for now the app really does not offer much functionality to really monitor or manage the EdgeRouter. For that you have to resort the web UI, which requires a desktop rather than mobile browser. ✓ Serious security flaw makes this inadvisable for useThis app is wonderfully convenient for managing Devices, but it is absolutely intolerable that it persists the admin password for the device even when you log out. This urgently requires one of two fixes, either a. The app should have its own access password, or b. Logging out of a device should wipe the password for that device This major bug aside, the app is actually fairly decent, but it is absolutely nuts that this is such an unsecure app. Fix the security issues and this is probably worth four or five stars..Version: 2.1.1
✓ 2 buggy 2 useTried to configure pair of NanoStation Loco M5s as P2P bridge with no luck. Easily allowed me to update to the latest firmware which was impressive but entering new administrative name and password during set up, reverts to ubnt upon saving then cannot log back in, says Invalid Credentials. Oddly the web interface works better with my iPad though I still can't save an administer name, at least I remain logged in. Even looks as if my two NanoStations and airGateway are all set up correctly now too although I have not as yet been able to connect to the Internet through them, D'oh!.Version: 1.4.3

Firmware upgrade still fails - the app reports 100% uploaded, then sits there for a minute before completing with ‘request timeout error’. As an IT admin, sometimes it’s just needed to respond immediately before the customer actually has to call in that .... there’s no internet. Also what’s even WORSE is this new update. ✓ App is limited in functionThe current app does not provide much in the way of function. Selecting interfaces can show the wrong one, or not show details at all. A standard pppoe interface doesn’t show at all so there is no way to see the status of an internet connection. PoE control seems ok but not if the wrong interface is shown as this could damage equipment..Version: 2.18.5
✓ It worked last weekLast week I set up my nanobeam beam with no issues, since the update I can’t do a thing and I am frustrated beyond belief! I never leave reviews but I needed these up and running and I can’t do anything with them. Ross.Version: 2.21.2
