✓ DisappointingLove having the functionality in the app but it is always incomplete. Why not just finish it? I would pay for the app if it was complete and all working. I have been waiting for the ticketing portion to be implemented thinking that it would be awesome…another incomplete portion of this app. I respond to a customer on their ticket and it looks like they are talking to themselves. It does not respond as you, it responds as the client when you type a response..Version: 1.3.7

✓ FunctionalityI love the layout of this app, I WANT TO HAVE THE ABILITY TO MANAGE AND COMMENT ON TICKETS. Once this is in place this rating will be changed to 5 Stars. Otherwise I love the direction this app is going..Version: 1.2.1
