✗ Need ticket management backWe really need the ability to edit comment and close tickets back in the app again. We had it before the redesign over a year ago this is killing the usefulness of the app.Version: 1.3.2
✗ DisappointingLove having the functionality in the app but it is always incomplete. Why not just finish it? I would pay for the app if it was complete and all working. I have been waiting for the ticketing portion to be implemented thinking that it would be awesome…another incomplete portion of this app. I respond to a customer on their ticket and it looks like they are talking to themselves. It does not respond as you, it responds as the client when you type a response..Version: 1.3.7
