✓ Continued UsageI know I have previously written a review for this app but feel the need to do so again. In my previous job I have used it for on-site dinner checks and depot compliance audits. ✓ This great app will change the way you create your reports!I have found the Forms app, combined with the Unlimited subscription, an invaluable asset for my work. Working in a very fast paced industry, the ability to report issues and record photos fast and accurate is paramount. The app developer has done a very good job creating an app that helps me create templates on the go and issue stunning PDF reports at a touch of a button. My reports have been appreciated far and wide by my peers and I am happy that I managed to get three other members of my team to use my templates for reporting. A great app, with great features. From what I have experienced on the App Store, this is the best app for overall versatility in reporting, a great asset in any industry that needs to issue reports on a daily basis.
