✓ Once a wonderful little appWas my fav app for the Apple Watch for the last three years. I paid for it. Needs updating. Times-out after a period of time despite adjusting the relevant settings and the presets will not work. It’s was once a good app but let down by the developer who appears to be asleep..CrüserVersion: 3.3.4

✓ Great idea, needs refiningLove the simplicity of the app, it does what is says on the box (no pun intended). The automated voice is harsh and the other sound options don’t provide enough sensory input to make the 4 beats of each breath seamless and easy to follow with my eyes closed. I have purchased the extra sounds and added the haptics but unfortunately it’s still just not hitting the mark for me. Sounds such that mimic a breath (inhale starts with a lower tone going up, and the exhale sounds does the opposite- high to low) would add a softness to the minutes I spend doing mindful box breathing. For now I will need to keep using Headspace as they have these options. I’d rather use a purpose-built app such as this one so I don’t have to dig through Headspace to find the box breathing activity. ✓ Ok....Nice design and user friendly, allowing for variables. However, not wanting to watch the screen as I practise box breath, I was really looking for a guided audio 'counter' so I wouldn't have to do the counting part in my head. Although you can choose a sound for the start of each of the 4 parts of the cycle, there is no sound (or better still, a voice counter eg ‘8....7....6...’) for the individual seconds - and so I find I still have to do the counting in my head (the counting helps pace the breath, otherwise just hearing a sound at the beginning of each phase of the cycle is too sudden). Unfortunately this means after using it once I won't be using it again, which is a shame and a bit of a waste.E96 ..Version: 2.4.5
