✓ They close tickets and take no actionI have used this app for a few years and submitted about a half-dozen tickets for problems ranging from potholes to graffiti. I notice it depends on which area handles your complaint whether they actually do something or not. In Vacaville (Solano County), I have submitted three tickets over the last few weeks because there’s potholes all over I-80. I receive an initial email indicating the issue will be addressed, followed by another email indicating the situation has been addressed (when it hasn’t). In submitting tickets in San Mateo and Solano County, they seem to actually address the issue. Not sure this thing is worth it if they just close tickets and pretend that they did something..Version: 2.0.0
