✗ Can’t book classesI downloaded this yesterday as the pilates studio I go to uses the app but whenever I click on ‘bookings’ the app simply freezes on a blank screen..JuliatrnhVersion: 7.0.3

✗ Awful Time with BSport - DO NOT BUY!!!!Very convincing, hard-selling sales people cold call those of us who have other exercise software. They know so many of us are fed up with MINDBODY, but it was definitely a case of jumping out of the frying pan in to the fire. Sales people do not know the functionality of the software themselves and essentially mis-sold it to me - did not have the functions I needed to run my business. When I swapped, I had a nightmare communicating about data transfer and they got it wrong, took far too long - not enough employees - did not fully rectify it, and did not listen to my continuing issues. Functionality was only half built - missing vital functions for any booking software. It sent random French messages to my (English-speaking) clients. uninvited. Make you pay upfront for a year. Only used for three months and had to swap back to MINDBODY. Bsport refuse to refund me anything of the year despite it not having the functionality I need. Big warning to all - do not dream of changing to them..BoozlecatVersion: 5.4.1
