✓ Lots of issuesWork for a lot of businesses as an instructor, and have helped companies with admin, and just generally had so many issues with the backend and app. Also had heard of a few people being tied in to a contract - and they weren’t ethical and didn’t try and resolve issues. ✓ Worst UI I’ve ever seenI was forced to download this app in order to book football sessions at the local gym. It might just be the worst, most confusing UI I’ve ever encountered. It’s not clear at any point what you are supposed to do, where you are supposed to go, what you’ve paid for or not, how to book sessions, if you’re in credit, etc. Also to add it was virtually impossible to find on the App Store which is a positive for the millions of people who will never have to find it or use it, but for those of us asked to download it by a facility is not that useful. ✓ Awful Time with BSport - DO NOT BUY!!!!Very convincing, hard-selling sales people cold call those of us who have other exercise software. They know so many of us are fed up with MINDBODY, but it was definitely a case of jumping out of the frying pan in to the fire. Sales people do not know the functionality of the software themselves and essentially mis-sold it to me - did not have the functions I needed to run my business. When I swapped, I had a nightmare communicating about data transfer and they got it wrong, took far too long - not enough employees - did not fully rectify it, and did not listen to my continuing issues. Functionality was only half built - missing vital functions for any booking software. It sent random French messages to my (English-speaking) clients. uninvited. Make you pay upfront for a year. Only used for three months and had to swap back to MINDBODY. Bsport refuse to refund me anything of the year despite it not having the functionality I need.
