When the tracking didnt work I emailed support asking for help, with no response. Couple days go by and I follow up, no response. Week goes by, I follow up again, no response. Another week, no response. Finally I emailed back (no customer support phone number) saying I ordered my photos elsewhere and to refund me... still no answer but 5 days later my photos showed up on my doorstep AFTER spending money with another print company....
