Very dissatisfied, scam?I ordered about 39 photos for shipping to my house. They still have no showed up, I’ve reached out 4 or 5 times to the company and yet no one responds. There is no phone number to call or anything. I can’t help but wonder if this is a scam or what? When I go to track my order it just keeps telling me it will be delivered today and that day changes with what day it is. When I look at the details it has no updated since May 23rd. Very annoying. They should atleast have someone you can talk to or respond to my emails..Version: 7.9

Poor communication on order status!Ordered prints needed for a holiday - plenty of time prior - used standard shipping (maybe a mistake)! Should have been here in plenty of time - but it has been 8 days and I still don’t know the status !!! Will miss the date when needed - IF I knew the date would be missed - could have ordered from someone who could do it!!! I just don’t understand how in today’s communication network - they couldn’t better let me know the status!!!! Would not recommend this app or company!!!!.Version: 6.3

Use to be awesome.At the beginning of every year my family would print out all of the accumulative photos of the past year. It would be our yearly year book. I’d use this app to fill the orders and it would be easy, quick, affordable. A real delight to go over the year past. But now it has trouble loading. Shuts downs. Jumbles chronological photo order. And the worse is it will just leave you hanging between uploading photos and doing, the universe only knows what! It’s a mess. Use to be awesome. Hope they turn it around. Wrong PhotosI ordered some photos when I went to pickup after standing on a long checkout line. The cashier stated that the other person didn’t change something which stopped printing photos and that would have to come Bach the next day to pickup Strike 1. I send my husband to pick up photos they threw the photos into a CVS bag no envelope to protect them it was snowing that day. Then when I look over photos they doubled on one photo so I was missing one photo 8x10 Strike 2. I then emailed your company that same day it is now January 6th and still no response I had to reorder the one photo they messed up on so that my grandson could have it in time for his project Strick 3..Version: 7.3

Cropping for psychos, uploading like it’s 1999IPad 7, iOS 13.6 Cropping doesn’t work—in fact, it actively works against you; photos take longer than forever to actually upload—and order never gets processed. No way of knowing which of the photos have already uploaded to adjust and expedite order. No customer service with an actual human to humanely notify of this issue... So, I switched to a different local pharmacy, ironically using the same app, and everything uploaded in a rate one would expect in 2020, albeit a pre-dystopian one..Version: 6.3

2 months and no sign of photosThe app is really efficient and easy to use, but when I placed my order it was $35 more for picking up in person. I decided to get them shipped instead so I didn’t have to spend double on the pictures. I got an email saying they shipped a day later but the tracking number didn’t work so I gave it a week and when it still didn’t work I emailed customer support asking them about it. After no response I emailed them again a week later, and again 2 weeks after that. I still haven’t heard anything from the company, and 2 months later I still do not have my pictures. I cannot say I recommend using this app..Version: 6.9

Its better than it was but still needs improveI make an adjustment (eg the cropping, # of prints, size)and it frequently reverts back so you have to be careful its how you want it and sometimes repeat twice or more the revision you've made. This wastes time. If I want an image to display horizontally in the 4x6 there is no way to adjust from vertical. I should be able to rotate that image anyway i like into the 4x6 frame. This is a hassle. When I get to the store the cropping is not precise. I cropped it one way on the app and get to the store and portion of head at the top is cropped out and too much body below is in frame. Took the time to crop It right on the app yet the lack of precision in printing has me spinning my wheels for nothing. Not a great experience - just an ok one. But its better than it was last time I used it..Version: 7.9.1

Can’t use PayPalGives option to use PayPal, but when you choose that option; it immediately tells you that your PayPal is invalid. Without giving the option to give your info so that you can use it!!! Forcing you to use a credit card. So that they now will keep your info. Which is utterly ridiculous!!! Very discouraged!!!!!! Also charges way more for pick-up orders. Just doesn’t make sense! Not sure I’ll be using this app much. So Please discard my credit info after this first (and possibly last) use! No need to have it floating out there for scam risk! OMG! No I can’t even submit my review, because every nickname that I pick has already been used. Ironically, they are all chosen to be unhappy customers. I originally gave this app 2stars. I’ve changed it to one, due to the trouble trying to submit this review 🙄.Version: 7.3

2 day Rush for $20 extra means “on our schedule, 8+ days and hasn’t shipped yet”CVS store asked me to use this app and it would let me pickup in store. No such option with the album (after I spent hours building it). It’s for my terminally father so I paid rush 2 day. It’s been 7 and it has not shooed yet. Fortunately he is still alive. No customer service to give me an update. I’d like someone from Managment to call me. I’ve made several email requests but have yet to receive a phone call back..Version: 8.1.1

HelpI sent my photos to your Main St store, only to be told they don’t print there anymore... when my husband went in after the time they said I could pick them up. Then, I found I was able to forward my orders & resent them to No. Broadway, and 4 days later I called & they said their printer ribbon has been out. Now, I’m not able to send the pictures I ordered to the So. Broadway store w/o picking all 60 of them out again. Is the So. Broadway printer working? If so, I’ll choose all the pictures again. Or, can you transfer them there? Or, do you have any idea when will the ribbon be replaced? I’m sure hoping this Covid passes soon. Stay well. 🙋‍♀️Thank you!.Version: 5.9

Gets The Job DoneIt seems like it would be a very convenient app, as it’s truly a pain trying to work on one of those kiosks at the store. This app is a good alternative. What I find about this app as I’m using it; when you’re in your ‘cart’ and able to edit the photo, after every 3-5 photos an ad pops up, which caused my quick moving fingers to accidentally click on it.. after it did this repeatedly at the beginning I caught up to the program and would anticipate it.. still kinda annoying nonetheless. I feel like CVS and Target make enough money to not have ads on an app. Also, I find it odd that it’s more expensive to pick up in store than to have delivered. At first I thought, okay, sweet deal. But the delivery can take 7 days. So if you want your pictures earlier than that you have to pay a considerable amount more to go to the store yourself and pick them up. Other than that, this app gets the job done if you’re really not trying to get stressed out by using the physical kiosk..Version: 4.9

Shipped photos in transit for over a monthThe app has limited sizes available for your photos. I wanted to print Instagram pictures and it only gives 6x6 as opposed to others like 3x3, 4x4, etc. Also, I’ve used this app twice and both times my “tracking number” says my photos are being printed and are in transit to be delivered, and it’s both been over a month for shipping. The first time I used it was before Christmas last year so I understood the delay, but the 2nd time was my fault for trying again. I honestly had forgotten I had ordered pictures and paid for them, that’s how long it had been. Now before anyone writes this off as a shipping issue, know that the app advertises shipping your photos to you for way cheaper than picking them up in store. It’s like they want you to forget you paid them for a product and forgot about said product and hoping you don’t write a scathing review or ask for your money back only to start over with printing pictures at another establishment..Version: 7.3

Nonexistant Customer SupportA month ago I ordered photos with a standard ship time. I was quick to get a confirmation email and a “Your order has shipped” Email with tracking information. When the tracking didnt work I emailed support asking for help, with no response. Couple days go by and I follow up, no response. Week goes by, I follow up again, no response. Another week, no response. Finally I emailed back (no customer support phone number) saying I ordered my photos elsewhere and to refund me... still no answer but 5 days later my photos showed up on my doorstep AFTER spending money with another print company.... Worst photo experience I have EVER hadI have never in my life written a review of a product, but this has been a horrifying experience. I ordered over 200 photos and received barely 30 in the mail over a month ago. I have been trying to get in touch with the company ever since and STILL have not been able to do so. I ordered the photos ahead of time in order to allow for delivery before the major life event for which I needed them. Now the major life event will come and go without these photos. Recent update, needs another updateI like what was added to the update but it’s very frustrating when I try to crop my photos and then the app resets it back to its original setting, literally right after you do it. It took me 4-5x to catch onto to this and then I gave up. Its a new day, I tried checking for any refresh options or updates and it’s still doing the same thing. Also, on this current order, I have a total of 39 pictures but during those multiple tries, while I was trying to crop my pictures- starting from scrolling up (backwards) and of course going the right way, scrolling down and randomly, the app would freeze when I’d click on one of the last few pictures I had left to crop. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.Version: 5.9

I’m going to cryI’ve loaded 80 photos from my iPhone to edit. Just 80. I’ve tried going through them one by one to edit, confirm the size and quantity and order. There is a pop-up ad that shows up about every 5 photos. And after I get through every 10 or 15 photos, the whole app crashes. I’m on a brand new iPhone. Plenty of battery and space, on WiFi. The app is the latest version. The photos are not even high res. What is the problem? When I open it back up, the photos are still selected (phew) as well as the sizes, but all my crops are gone. I start over.... and boom, crash again. And again. And again. And again. I don’t think we’re gonna make it..Version: 6.3
