✓ Great Travel Companion & TrackerI average 40-60 flights a year and I originally began using Flighty a couple of years ago as a means to log all of my flights. I quickly adopted it as a tool to stay updated on flight information prior to and during travel days. It offers a ton of acuurate information regarding acft info and gate info during travel. I will often get a flighty alert ahead of notification from the airline's app. The in route flight tracker you can display on your phone while in flight is really nice and convenient as well. The only note of caution is if you have all travel day alerts set on and use an apple watch, it does consume a lot of battery power throughout the day, compared to a normal days usage but thats a tradeoff I can live with..Version: 3.2.0
✓ Hands down the best flight trackerI’ve tried many different flight tracking apps but this one is my go to. The ability to track friends flight while easily keeping them separated from your own is great. I’m a stats nerd and I love seeing my lifetime flight stats. The interface is incredibly user friendly and intuitive. BEST OF ALL THOUGH: I submitted a piece of feedback with them about 2 months ago. I told them it would be cool to see if I ever got the same plane more than once. Sure enough they implemented it! It’s great to see a company actually listening to user feedback. ✗ Pro features just don’t work properlyToo many of the pro features are buggy/incomplete. It’s very frustrating. TripIt import - I eventually discovered after many interactions with support that this is simply unsupported in Europe. But Flighty continue to advertise it. Email & calendar import only work for a handful of airlines and there are seemingly no plans to extend the support. Again none of these limitations are mentioned before you buy..Version: 3.0.3
✗ Data not coming throughWhen I first used this app it was great but recently I am not getting gate out terminal data through at the other week TripIt informed me of my flight delay but this did not even when I landed an hour late? I have the pro version. I’m at Valcia airport now and no gate info but TripIt has just announced the change and so has the Ryan air app???.Version: 2.8.0
