✓ Scam Alert?I started using this app a couple of weeks ago and words cannot describe how much money i lost. However, the minute i want to withdraw my funds with the wins i have gotten It is a hassle. I have been contacting customer service, with no response still. Why is it that it is so easy to add funds to play but it is Impossible to withdraw your funds? Its website also has E-mails That do not work so who are you actually suppose to contact? ✓ ReviewThe only thing I like is the simplicity of finding someone to play, but this app absolutely screws you over on your money, you have to be a pro madden player and win 70 percent or more of your games to actually make money because they tax around 15 percent for all of your games, if there was a subscription for a premium member to not pay tax on games at all, then this app would be better than its competitors, until then, it’s no good.K.c 9Version: 3.9.7

✓ SCAM THEY STOLE MY $10 depositDONT USE THE APP, if you going to gamble.. do it with people you know.. they charge you extra fees to book and you can’t get your winings right there on the spot. Money on the wood mean the money good, if I can’t pull it off when I want too then it’s a scam!!! I told support that.. they don’t reply fast enough and now when I look into my account the little funky $10 I deposited thinking I was going to use the app until I did more research and investigating.. they are frauds.. and don’t waste your time. ✓ I think I’ve been scammed on this appHey I won a matchup for 25 dollars. The opponent submitted a win and I’ve contacted support with evidence of the game and the score. I was winning by 15 points in the 4th qrt when he threw an interception with 1:46 seconds remaining. After disconnecting the game he wrote me pretending like he won the game. It’s frustrating that these guys are getting away with this and I usually have fun with this app only playing 5 dollar games because of situations like this. These guys should be banned from playing oneUp ! I do have the entire game clip saved and wouldn’t mind sending it but support continues to ignore me and not respond. BE CAREFUL PLACING BETS OVER 5$. ✓ Bad Customer ServiceThe customer service for this app is it worst quality based on my experience. I have been using the app since Madden 19 and when I recently tried to sign back up to the app it wouldn’t let me update my information and it wouldn’t allow me to join/create games which is the whole purpose of the app. When I reached out wit this issue I found that the automated system really doesn’t help at least with the issue I’m having. ✓ BAN THIS APP FROM APP STORE!!!!I Have $200 on my account that I can’t even withdraw. First off they only give you a 3 hour window to withdraw funds. Then when you withdraw it pends for a week and declines. Support is no help they delete your tickets, won’t respond to emails. So long story short this app is trash!! stick to the old fashion way and gamble on games in person bc now I’m out of $200. ✓ Terrible - $500 stuck in app for 1 year & countingUsed the app a lot when covid first started. Waging tons of cash. played over 300 games. Avg bet over $100. Everything seemed to be smoothing sailing. I reached the “status” that was considered VIP or whatever the terminology was , which was supposed to include instant customer service and other amenities but it proved that all of that was false! It was easy to upload money but virtually impossible to withdraw money. For awhile you could withdrawal via cash app then all of a sudden it switched to only pay pal, and for some reason those withdrawal requests never went through. Full disclosure my all-time earnings are -1,500 dollars or more lol but I was having fun so I wasn’t even bothered. But now it’s out of hand because I’ve been trying to get my last $500 out of my account for over a year now!! I reached out multiple times but to no avail. Until I emailed threatening with lawyers did they respond , though inadequately... ✓ It’s probably not the apps fault but they need to do better with scammersI was literally fine with giving this app a chance but after I played two games in a hour I already feel played. The first game I got destroyed in Madden but I’m a man of my word so I quit the game and paid the guy $6. So I decide to try 2k and this scammer with the name TrustTheProcess21 literally got us both disqualified because he gave me a fake a gamertag and he claims he couldn’t find mine. So we sit there for a whole hour with him just calling me names and saying I was scared of to play him when I literally requested to play him in the available matches sections. So at this point I’m already ticked off and done with this app I go to try to get my money back that they had no problem taking just an hour ago and I have to go through all this crap and I still can’t get my back my $13. So everyone take this from as a normal person with a normal life, don’t try to play people for money that you have never met before and probably never will meet. ✓ False claimsThey banned my account they say for for “duplicates” while I only have one account I waited to put my person info like my driver license I wanted to wait to give them my person info till I got money to withdraw while I played or versed some people I racked up almost 40$ then I proceeded to go ahead and give them my ID to withdraw while they said they will email me while they verify it well I was waiting I went back and said my account was banned for “duplicate” but I never made an extra account and they waited till they had my personal info …. Another thing when they do respond they are super unprofessional and they really don’t even help at all. I got scammed for a account my brother made for me and they are telling me that I broke the terms. How did I break the terms if that’s my little brother and we are related he basically just made the account for me and played a couple games on my account. But that’s not my point I’m trying to make they banned my account they lied about not having a support number and for all that hard money that I worked for and got all the wins on all that money went down the drain. ✓ OkThe gets two stars simply because I try to be real with reviews it would get one star aside from the fact that their system for posting and finding matches is really easy. Anything other than that is a one star. There is a 50 dollar withdrawal minimum, so that means you can deposit 10 dollars when you first download the app to try and see what you can do with it and then when you’re ready to withdraw say thirty dollars it won’t let you. The only way is to deposit more money or to win matches that are really hard to find because nobody but the same 10 sweaty dudes play the app..GcdfoncfVersion: 4.0.4

✓ Withdrawal process is deceivingBetter to avoid this app due to lack of transparency. Has no minimum on amount you can deposit but won’t let you withdraw anything under $50. Would recommend adding a clear disclaimer when depositing funds that users will not be able to withdraw anything under $50. The minimum itself isn’t a huge deal, but not communicating to users until they go in to withdraw funds is poor business integrity. ✓ This app is a SCAM.Do not waste your time downloading this. A friend of mine told me about the app, I downloaded it & started to play people for money. My game started glitching & they were still scoring on their end. They people I was playing were all doing the same thing. Pausing the game for a long time & then next thing you know, they started making the most impossible shots. The app takes money out of your account, but gives you trouble when you want to withdraw from it. The customer service is a SCAM. A bunch of hackers, hacking into your game system probably because once you play them normally without putting the game into the app, you easily beat the person that was up by 20 in the 1st quarter. The app is filled with scam players who implement all kinds of weak trips like disconnecting, using/giving fake information to which there is no recourse for action. "Well don't they have a support?" ✓ Really bad customer supportToday I downloaded the app. During two matches one on madden one on 2k20, both had technical problems. Couldn’t complete the games but still lost my money. I contacted support and had a terrible experience. They were more concerned about getting a 5star on the App Store. I was offered $5 when my match was $8. The nonchalant attitude was ridiculous. ✓ One up reviewHorrible app the deposit system is horrible compared to other gaming sites. The support is trash they can only respond to issues related to game play. Once you deposit you can only withdraw after you have 50. Which is horrible for someone that isn’t a huge gambler and would like to withdraw after a couple of games. Your money is stuck inside the app once you deposit until you reach 50$ and you can’t deposit anything less then 10$ which is fair but annoying when you’ve already deposited money in the app but short a few cents. Overall this app is okay but should take financial matters somewhat serious.
