✓ Iegeek wifi cameraThis is the second wifi camera I have had. The first was by another manufacturer which I have returned as it was very difficult to connect. This camera is so easy to set up and once up and running (takes seconds) it works perfectly. Highly recommended..DazMMVersion: 1.4.8

✓ It’s legit people!I saw this on a TikTok ad two years ago. Bought it and thought this is cool. We had a ahem* R-ng camera system that worked when it wanted to, charged us each month for space in the cloud and when you couldn’t afford it, you couldn’t go back and access any of it. Well then I remembered this gem. Dude! It’s THA BOMB! I know I know, it’s not your regular review but this thing is legit. 360* camera, night vision, motion capture, video and still shot capture and also two way audio as well. They have an option for cloud storage but also a slot for an SD card. Whatever the other guy has, it’s not this and if it is, it’s wayyyyy more expensive. I read the reviews. I read more reviews. Seriously am I the only person to not have any issues with this camera? Look, I want to have another one of these ASAP. ✗ Can’t see alert videos since app updateVery annoying worked without fault last 2 years but since last update can’t see alert videos still get notifications but nothing to see and yi home app still working on pc, thought I’d try yi home app on iPhone but because I have Chinese version camera it saying it wants Chinese app version, please fix Update 2023 all working again, just annoying when you go to view now you get an advert blasting out full volume , because of this will get another Tapo camera next time, works the same without adds.That nickname is taken as wellVersion: 4.1.6

✗ WAS A 5 STAR, NOW ONLY 1This app was never amazing but was very very good and coupled with the extremely cost effective cameras the overall package was brilliant. Camera and SD card solution was easy to setup, easy to use and review. The cameras and sensitivity levels could be improved of course BUT what can you expect for 25 quid! I was very impressed and happy with my setup until an update removed the ability to review my footage!? Now all I get are the alerts and I cannot see any recorded activity or play back anything which kind of renders the entire system useless unless I want to watch it all day OR pay for cloud services. I don’t like being painted into corners and forced to sign up to services I never expected so I will not be doing that. I’d rather pay more elsewhere for options that operate with clarity. If I am doing something wrong and the changes are my fault then I will revert my review back to a solid 5 and apologise but as far as I can tell I have been stiffed over.
