✓ Perfect!I’ve been using the free one for ages and finally decided to upgrade to the pro. So easy to use and so easy to keep track of the payments you have and haven’t made. Once I had a play around I worked out that there is a way to repeat the income and expenses by using the star feature. I absolutely love it. Free or Pro both are fantastic!! My budgets got a little tighter with the current crisis, however I decided in order to minimise my stress levels I’d make sure the budget was well maintained..Version: 1.8.6
✓ CultivatingAGratefulLife😀Good Solid App. Does exactly what I want simplistically and consistently. Love the calculator feature. Love the sync...even though it needs pushed/restored manually. The manual push/restore option ensures it will sync. So I like it. Thanks! Only feature I can think of adding would be the ability to copy an expense or income entry from one budget to another. For example, when you swipe an entry to the left, I wish there was a copy option for that entry, next to the darling little calculator. Please don’t get rid of that little calculator! Ultimately this app has allowed me to be gratefully done with spreadsheets..Version: 1.8.6

It has a brief, helpful tutorial and it's easy to use, even for someone who is not talented at numbers or tech. You can link it to the Cloud via Dropbox, but I am thrilled that I can use it without linking it to anything, and so keep my financial information private. ✓ Budgeting Made SimpleI’ve used Fudget for a number of years and it’s revolutionised keeping track of my finances. It’s great that you can set up multiple budgets like savings, maintenance, credit card etc. It’s so very flexible. Saving to Dropbox allows syncing across devices. I also like the fact that I can export my two main account dealings each month to Pages (MAC user). All in all the best budgeting app I’ve found, and I’ve tried quite a few! ✓ Simplicity FTW!I have tried at least two other budget apps and they both gave me and my spouse headaches. They were just too complicated and involved too many steps to manually update my budget. Fudget is much simpler. My only gripes are that I wish I could mark part of a budget item as paid (like if I only spent $100 on a $400 grocery budget) and I wish there were more colours but I don’t think those are big enough complaints to warrant the loss of a star. The only downside is that my spouse has updated to the latest version of iOS and so her balance bar has disappeared. Mine is still there because I’m on a lower version and not planning on updating anytime soon because of that. We emailed them about the issue and they responded back saying that the app can’t be updated without deleting everyone’s data and that they’re working on Fudget 2. ✓ The envelope method...When we were younger, my wife and I were encouraged to use the “envelope method” to control our spending and avoid debt. Basically, the idea was to put cash in different envelopes for food, entertainment, eating out, gasoline, etc., and then to withdraw the money from the envelope when we were ready to spend it. If there was no money in the envelope, we didn’t make the purchase; or we had to borrow the money from another envelope. Nowadays, having a bunch of cash lying around is neither practical nor wise.
