✓ Pretty good, but room for improvement.Much better than many alternatives, but the app isn't very well designed. I am assigned forms, and many filled several times a day, sometimes one after the other. The forms rarely change, but the app still loads them fresh every...single...time... Depending on my internet connection, this is not always a short wait. A simple hash or version tracking would allow the app to quickly check if the stored copy is still current, keeping me sane..Version: 2.0.8

✓ Nice Interface, Not Enough Input Flexibility on Data OptionsThe service is well-designed in terms of the actual forms, but there is no easy link to spreadsheets on using data values as options for a form. Compared to Google Forms this makes the app quite limited in utility unless a better appearance is what you want..Version: 2.1.33

✓ Exports to PDF an IssueI want to LOVE JotForm, but I’m having issues in getting the JotForm PDF to generate true editable forms in Adobe. Specifically, when I’ve built a couple of forms, I’ve used “X” boxes or Radio Buttons. I also have some parts in the form that are fillable text boxes, but when this is exported over to *.PDF, a substantial portion of the “X” boxes, radio buttons, and more concerning the text fields, are not visible, or usable whatsoever! I do regularly use Adobe products, but these two programs simply don’t appear to work together very well. I know it would be ideal to have my forms used as a stand-alone app on an iPad or other platform, but I still need fillable forms and paper. I feel that I’ve wasted my money..Version: 2.0.5
✓ No Support! Forms look completely different downloadedWhere is the 24 hour support you speak of? I have made multiple enquiries and had no response. Are you looking for business or not? ✓ Love the app, but kiosk mode isn’t workingLove JotForm, and I’m excited about what the company is trying to build here. Unfortunately, kiosk mode isn’t working well on my iPhone XS Max. Even when entering kiosk mode with screen lock, I’m able to exit the app by swiping up from the bottom - exactly the way I always exit an app. Additionally, I’m not able to access the “close kiosk mode” button, as swiping down from the top pulls down the Notification Center. Again, I’m excited about what JotForm is trying to do here, as it will make my job a bit easier - and cut down on paper! Until kiosk mode is secure on my device, though, I’m unable to use the app in any real-world setting..Version: 1.3
✓ TerribleI have used several softwares for writing reports for inspections and this is by far the worst. I usually wouldn’t take the time to write a negative review but this application is so terrible I had to. Whether you are connected to cellular or excellent WiFi, the software lags at the input of any data. ANY DATA. Even selecting drop done data it takes a minute or two to populate each field, and longer for any typed data. Then after saving a draft after taking hours to enter everything in, the app crashes anytime I try to open my draft and I can no longer access it at all. 0 stars.Version: 1.15.8

✓ BuggyCome on guys , 11 updates in a month Way too many , maybe you should think about getting better software engineers. Last month 11 updates ( all bug fixes and performance improvements). This month 10 updates so far you need better app developers. One update a month is high but acceptable unless it’s a security risk . Please improve on this.Version: 2.5.11
✓ So unreliableI have spent months building a platform on this and it’s incredibly unreliable. It loses pictures and entire forms when it randomly crashes. All customer service can do is say it works for them and ask you to take screen shots. How do you take a screenshot of when the app crashes? ✓ So near but SO far...You want to “see, edit, create, download ALL MY FILES IN GOOGLE DRIVE ?!?!?! Er, how about NO! All I wanted to do was have the form answers populate a spreadsheet and you want edit and download access to my entire Google Drive to facilitate that?! ✓ Do not use if you operate a business!!This is the absolute biggest scam. Screw this company. They don’t disclose the submission limits for the free version. They get you roped in so you think you are all organized and set up. After only 10 submissions they want to charge you an absurd amount of money to keep operating your business with them. $50 a month is the biggest rip off I’ve ever seen.Version: 2.9.31
✓ Account was suspendedWas using successfully the forms,but suddenly without any reason my account was suspended. After contacting support I could manage to change my Password,but all the history gone and can’t access the previous submitted forms. Really disappointed! ✓ Theft concernsProceed with caution. It’s extremely difficult to get customer service response from Jotform. No available phone number to call and no response from the email; however after 2 weeks I finally got a response from Jotform on the public form via their website. I had a bronze membership. the invoice was for an amount of $288.00 USD received Jan 14 which is the equivalent of 384.00 CAD the amount of $400.71 CAD was automatically withdrawn from my account on Jan 16th. I supported these numbers with screenshots. I requested a refund. THE REFUND IS CURRENTLY STILL INCOMPLETE ive received a refund of 369.66 CAD the amount you withdrawn was 400.71 CAD $31.05 CAD is still owed to me. This behaviour is extremely inappropriate and offensive. Be cautious of these theft attempts if you use Jotform..Version: 2.4.26
✓ Recent Update IssueHi team, Love Jotform but a recent update has meant that when I go to edit a form, the pop out edit menu on the left can’t be fully cleared off the screen. It makes it incredibly difficult to then edit the content as I can’t completely close the side menu. Even clicking the X doesn’t create a response. Would love the bug to be fixed so that I can get back to using the platform. Thanks.Version: 2.3.5

✓ Had very high hopesI downloaded this app because it seemed to fit exactly what I needed, a form that could be easily filled out via cellphone and sent back to me for record keeping. At 4am I did a couple test runs on myself and it worked out perfectly. I was absolutely excited. Later that morning I tried to test it out on a buddy of mine and it kept saying server error and that message has not changed as of yet. I also sent it to myself again and it said the same thing. I don’t know if this is an issue on my end or Jottform side of it but either way, that was a buzzkill. They got 3 stars instead of 1 because I like the concept of what they are trying to do. 5 stars if it actually worked and kept working.Version: 2.1.20
✓ Really slow, and form issuesThe app and website are both really slow and irritating to use, it’s unfortunate because I like JotForm, I really like the creation tools. But like I said, it’s painfully slow, I now can’t even edit my form! Please fix this. And when I’m moving things around on a form, it moves other stuff, for example: let’s say I want to move D to where the B is: A B C D It does this: B D A C This is really annoying and makes it hard to create a form. ✓ Terrible supportI cannot begin to express my frustration with their user support. A strange glitch that stopped allowing me to add multiple choice boxes to a PDF occurred a few weeks ago. A week of trying to troubleshoot myself, followed by a support request going over two weeks without resolution. Starting to look for other platforms given that this was a test to decide whether to pay for the upgraded services. Based on my experience, I would never pay for this service and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to. Shame, because it seemed so promising early on..Version: 2.1.24
✓ They don’t tell you it’s not freeThey make it seem like this is free. So I worked on getting a consent and waiver form for my clients which took hours to do since the app is slow and glitchy and I was excited to have a digital one finally. Well once my clients started using it I thought everything was fine then all of a sudden I get an email that says I’ve reached my 10 signed document per month limit. It’s really annoying to not have been told that there would be a limit from the beginning. Also the prices are ridiculous..Version: 2.4.30

✓ Form not foundI’ve been using Jotform for quite a few months. I own a vendor market and rely on jotform quite heavily so i can do paperless forms since it’s easier for most. I will give credit to jotform for being an app that does that and makes it pretty easy. I’ve had some trouble though with people clicking the link and having something say “form can not be found” or “page broken” of the sort when trying to fill it out making me lose contacts for my events. That was my first problem that seemed to somehow get resolved with an update. Now my problem is the ridiculous pricing they’ve suddenly added to their page if you need more than 5 forms. $35+ A MONTH? I get it they need to make their money but i don’t even pay that much for other subscriptions. Not sure what i will be doing now but definitely not paying that much a month to keep some online forms..Version: 2.6.15
✓ Trying to Use for art class submissionsI use the Jotform to submit drawings to the New Masters academy, the first time, the submissions went thru, the second week’s submissions, the page turned red and I was given a message, “check errors and delete file”, then resubmit, it doesn’t show which file is bad, so I end up deleting all and trying again, if it is successful, it says thank and works, but when you go to the individual file to look at it, a “error 404”, message comes up, one time it works, next time no, that’s why I gave it a one star rating, don’t know if anything will be done. ✓ Useless on iPadCan’t even save a form, nor can you download as pdf. Utterly useless as a form creating app. When you make a new form you’d expect it to save in “your forms” but no, if you click out of it it’s gone, start again. When you try to download as pdf it doesn’t download to your device, it downloads it into the app as a pdf, but you can’t use it from there, the only button out of that is back to your forms, and guess what? It hasn’t saved it, so you start again.... frustrating is an understatement..Version: 1.10.4
