✓ Terrible update!This new app is absolutely horrible to use. Can no longer work in landscape format, the first screen after logging in has another gate. Takes a LONG time to load. This is embarrassing AIA SG..Version: 1.1.0
✓ Always on “maintenance”I have some rewards in the app that I wanted to claim but for some reason, the app is always down on maintenance. I don’t understand why they have so much downtime..Version: 1.3.0

✓ UnreliableMy AIA vitality account is linked to my Apple Watch 4. The watch does a great job of tracking and logging all my workouts. But about one third of the time I get no credit on my vitality statement and have to write to their customer service people and wait three days for a reply. And then alert them if the mistake cost me a weekly reward. It’s painful and annoying..Version: 1.0.4

✓ The worst app produced by a known companyIf I could give a 0, I would. This must be the worst app produced by a large known company. The app is absolutely awful in synching points form an Apple Watch and then when they don’t synch for weeks, the spins are not assigned as you break T&C to sync your points by Sunday each week (apparently we do this manually in 2023!) AIA - you either fix the app, or stop offering this service in Singapore..Version: 1.4.7
✓ I wouldn’t be using this app if not for the Vitality programmeIt’s basically a very useless app that can’t even handle sync well. More often than not, each update purports to improve performance and what-not but even more often than not the app always fails to sync activity/workouts from the phone. This has been a perennial problem since this app was created. Get it done right once and for all!.Version: 1.1.7
✓ It doesn't work!I cannot sync to my Garmin with this new app. So I tried using fitbit instead. But the fitbit syncing is not reliable and some workouts are not properly credited. Please get your app in order AIA! I feel very cheated because I've missed some of the rewards due to me.Version: 1.0.2

✓ Very Poorly Designed AppIt is SLOW It is UNRESPONSIVE The latest update on 16 Dec 2019 has a Face ID icon but the implementation is BROKEN. Users who try to use Face ID are told that the password is wrong and are locked out after 2 tries. Checked with other friends and it only accepts username and password. Not Face ID. PLEASE GO THROUGH UAT and proper testing before pushing out updates. It is really embarrassing for a large company like AIA to have such a horrible app. FIRE the developers..Version: 1.1.1
