✓ App won’t even openI used this app for over a year at multiple bases and it worked great. Then one day it suddenly stopped working and even refuses to open. It has been this way for multiple months now. It is very annoying as many entities across my current installation solely use this app for information and as such the quality of life has drastically been reduced across the Wing. ✓ Unreliable- commanders don’t use!!This app is extremely unreliable rendering it an unreliable form of communication. Several users in my squadron have to delete, and reinstall the app every couple of days just to be able to access the information in it, yet even after complaints to management they refuse to use any other form of communication for important things such as posting the flight schedule ect. Commanders, please don’t use this, find something else that works for everyone!!.Version: 4.2

✓ GlitchyContinues to ask me to sign in, so I do but then tells me user already has account, use ‘returning user’ to sign in. Won’t allow enough time to log out back in as the new user pop up keeps occurring..Version: 5.5

✓ Doesn’t work on IPhone 8I’ve installed the app multiple times and it will only work immediately after installation. If I close it and try to re-open it later, it will not go past the loading screen. The trick of deleting and re-installing doesn’t work because the system will not generate another verification pin after the initial installation. I see notifications from the app and even the banners from new notifications, but when I select them it will never get past the loading screen. The base I’m at will be using just this app for scheduling in a few weeks, so unless you fix this bug my mission effectiveness will plummet..Version: 4.0

✓ If you’re lucky enough for it to work…When the app works, there is some mildly useful information and tools. When it doesn’t work, which is most of the time, the only solution is to delete the app and all associated data, then reinstall it from the beginning. It’s incredibly frustrating..Version: 5.5

✓ Great resource that doesn’t workThis app once downloaded will give you a solid 1 day to use before having to ultimately delete it and redos load it again. ✓ 48th FW userIPhone 7 user. Same issue as others have reported that app will not load after a few days. Crashes every time I try to open app. Thought last update would help but no luck. Works great on my iPad running same iOS. Tried deleting data/freeing space on my phone but that didn’t help. Only thing that works is to delete app and start over each time..Version: 4.2

✓ Typical Air Force technologyThis application works just as how you’d expect a government computer to work. It constantly freezes, it has an unbearable delay in reaction time and it won’t log you in saying its trying to connect. The only solution is to delete the app and re-download it but it only worst for about the first 5 times before you need to rinse and repeat the deleting process. I would give it 0 stars if possible and I would suggest the Air Force either revamps the program using a better modern system for the application or just remove it completely since it’s a lazy attempt to conglomerate a ton of information in a system that can handle it..Version: 5.0

✓ Delete and reinstall EVERY USEUnfortunately Al Udeid AB has moved to using this app as their main force of information sharing. I have to delete and reinstall every time I need to use it as- I will select the app and it will begin opening then just completely shut down. ✓ About what I expected.This app has plenty of untapped potential and if it’s anything like other USAF IT products, the potential will remain untapped.
