✓ Doesn’t Function RightThe app doesn’t look or function as advertised. It’s been almost a year of having the paid Ride Command service and it has NOT worked properly since subscribing. I had a trouble ticket open and was informed it was potentially an app issue. I’ve waited for updates and still am having issues. It hardly ever shows the Slingshot’s location. Rides aren’t always tracked and when they are they don’t sync properly. It does not show a photo of your selected model the way it’s advertised to do.
