✗ Purchased App: Doesn’t Work, ShutsDown Even When You Try to Contact DevelopperI bought a full version of the App and it always spontaneously shuts down automatically when you do a playlist conversion from Apple Music to Spotify. It ALWAYS crashes towards the end of a playlist conversion and shuts down automatically. I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied that I paid for this full version of the app and it absolutely positively doesn’t work. The app offers a feature to contact the developer for feedback or help, but to add salt to the wound, this feature doesn’t work and when you try to submit your feedback or request for help to the developer, you receive an error! I am extremely disappointed because I was really looking forward to this app working. Can someone from the developer’s team please get in touch with me? I’ve never left a 1 star review and will be glad to change it if someone from app gets back to me..MayaWysVersion: 1.02
