It ALWAYS crashes towards the end of a playlist conversion and shuts down automatically. I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied that I paid for this full version of the app and it absolutely positively doesn’t work. The app offers a feature to contact the developer for feedback or help, but to add salt to the wound, this feature doesn’t work and when you try to submit your feedback or request for help to the developer, you receive an error! I am extremely disappointed because I was really looking forward to this app working. Can someone from the developer’s team please get in touch with me?
