✓ Difficult to navigate and find infoThis is one of the more disappointing rugby World Cup apps that I have used. All I ever want in an app is to see results, group points et cetera. Sadly this app looks good and initially seems good but I could not for the life of me find the simple results that I needed to see each day. After spending at least an hour trying to find the information I gave up and downloaded a different app which has advertising but still is much better than this app. Really thought after four years planning you could come up with a better app than this..Version: 1.8.3

✓ Dreadful - fails to deliver most aspects notably live viewingSo I have been using this app through the tournament so far, putting up with dozens of little niggling issues. But today hit an unforgiveable lapse. I have been watching the games on the app, as I am travelling and not able to connect via itv.com in the UK and not prepared to go to extent of setting up vpn service. So this app was a godsend Until today when I turned in with my son to watch the vital japan v Scotland (I am a Scot) and -- despite watching the previous match wales v Uruguay -- the option to live view has vanished. No explanation, no alternative (apart from live radio which also fails). Insanely frustrating as I have had to run to a pub in Prague to find it playing and missed the first two tries. (And my son) A disgrace to the sport and a disservice to the fans..Version: 1.8.6

However - I’ve now had to download this app 4 times having to delete it after it freezes. Fortunately I signed up initially, so I lost none of my match predictor data. Also you have the results listed the wrong way the latest result should be at the top of the page not at the bottom, it’s painful to have to scroll to the bottom to see the latest results. ✓ Basic Information MissingVery basic app. Does not show the names of the referees for each game. This is a major oversight and very annoying. In fact there is no referee information - like a list of tournament refs and match officials - anywhere in the app. Not one name. Inexcusable. No information on how Bonus Points work. No information on how Pool points work. No information on how tie-breakers would work. Why would you include a ‘bar finder’ and have a long paragraph on the RWC logo - but not include important information about the tournament itself? Certainly not a ‘one-stop shop’ for RWC 2019 because you have to go elsewhere for other basic information..Version: 1.8.8
