✓ This is Real.I had reservations, but I am so glad I found this app. I’d discovered something on my body that concerned me and wanted professional help, but with the pandemic happening, I was too apprehensive about visiting my usual clinic so I opted for this app just to check it out. I was able to speak with a doctor who helped me with my problem that thankfully turned out to not be as serious as I thought. I was given instructions on what to do, and a few days later here I am making this review happy to announce that my problem is going away. It is a nice alternative if you cannot make it to a clinic, especially in times like this. There are payment options available, but you do get a free trial if you want to check it out. ✓ Very Impressed!Dr. Mary Jensen was extremely helpful! She eased my anxiety of not knowing what may be wrong and she recommended specific things to be done for my symptoms. She said that her responses may not be prompt due to having multiple patients at a time, but she was prompt, knowledgeable, and very helpful. If I hadn’t had this, I would have been freaking out and reading things online that may have lead to misinformation. I recommend this for all. I used this app and the doctor I talked to patiently and kindly answered all of my questions and even helped me set up another appointment to check in and make sure I am healing correctly. ✓ Better than a hospital billI was looking for a doctors note because I have a kidney infection. I get them very frequently and had my own antibiotics however, I still had some questions around some medicine I can or can’t take with the antibiotics. The doctor was very knowledgeable quick and the process was easy last summer went to the hospital just for doctors note to be checked out. My total came out to $2000 with insurance. This is definitely a lot better when you may or may not know what the problem is. And still provider with the doctors note however, the doctors note is only for three days, but I believe you can come back with any evaluation to get an extended doctors note. You do need to provide evidence of your sickness. For example, I provided two pictures of my fever, as well as a picture of the antibiotics I had picked up definitely worth it for someone who dies or does not have insurance..Version: 3.2.1

✓ Excellent Service and Quick ResponsesThe app was very streamlined and I immediately got in contact with a doctor almost immediately after I posted my health concern. I needed a note to return to work and they provided it (with a extra charge of course, not a crazy high charge either, very reasonable) once they verified I was fine. Would recommend this app to anyone who needs a doctors note quickly to return to work. Just be advised the two plans are paid in full at payment, one is annually paid and the other one is every 3 months. Cheaper option is the quarterly (3 months one), the annual one is great if you are planning on using this service for multiple instances. Benefits of both are virtually the same. ✓ Quick Response to Late Night AnxietiesThis app was a very quick and efficient way to take care of my medical anxieties. I had a recent scare with a possible Tetanus infection. There was not a lot of answers I could find online for my specific case, so I went to look for a real chatroom, and happened on this app. The prices are a bit steep for average app fees, but definitely not as steep as going to urgent care in the USA. Additionally, it took not even 20 minutes to chat with a real doctor instead of possibly being put on hold for hours on end with other 24 hour services. With quick, efficient, and good advice, the session was over with what to look for and what to keep doing. Additionally, theres a free 3 day trial to make sure that this service is right for you. A perfect amount of time to get quick service when you need for a first time. They also have different plans for perhaps more chronic issues or, like me, getting service for a once in a while medical inquiry. Additionally, the app features other handy tools such as a way to track vaccinations as well as view past chats. I haven’t explored to many of the features deeply, but it’s nice to see a logging feature on a medical app like this. Obviously not a replacement for the ER, but a great app to turn to for more urgent and primary care type questions, especially with Covid19 making going to the doctor less of a chore and more of a gamble..Version: 2.8.6

✓ Really flexible hours and great service!I got up really in the morning to start working but was half asleep around 4:30am and dropped my computer onto my foot from a breakfast bar height by pulling on a cord and it fell just right, with the corner hitting my joint- It instantly swelled up to an egg++ size, and my husband wanted to go to ER thinking I broke it- contacting a doctor here gave us both the piece of mind to move forward with at-home care and the advice offered was great! Swelling diminished significantly after care recommendations, and the follow ups were so easy and flexible to my schedule with 24/7 care- first issue before 5am and 2nd follow up nearing 11pm. ✓ A lifesaver!I was a bit skeptical of getting this app at first, but it proved to be really helpful! The doctor was able to help me very quickly about which type of doctor would be best for me to visit. This saved me a lot of time from going to the wrong doctors, especially during this pandemic! I’m glad I downloaded this app! If you’re not sure if you should get this app or not I’d say try it, it’s better than trying to figure out what to do by yourself. To the devs I suggest adding an option “not sure/I don’t know” to the required blood type answer. Also at first my doctor didn’t know I was still in the chat (I was but was still typing) so they closed it out. Also, I wasn’t sure if the doctor had seen my message either as they were also typing. ✓ Better than expectedFirst off, let me mention that you can ask questions for FREE! I chose the free-trial and then cancelled the subscription in the Apple subscription settings so it would not auto-renew. It still lets you ask questions for 3 days after you cancel it. I take Flovent HFA once per day and wanted to know how Alcohol interacts with it, and if it is safe for me to consume it after my daily dose. As soon as I joined the queue, I was 2nd in line! It only took 5 minutes before I received a notification telling me that a doctor was ready to chat. They told me it was fine to take together because there are no interactions between them. ✓ Sick in South AmericaI was able to talk to a doctor when i was in Chile on travel from the united states. I somehow got a real bad sinus infection and needed to see a doctor. Well due to the language barrier i could not communicate with the people here. Thats where this app worked great in my situation as i was able to give the doctor my symptoms sen pictures and Dr. Rida Sweats let me know what I was ill with. The bad thing is they could not send me a prescription. The good was they told me that i needed amoxicillin and luckily here in Chile i was able to buy it over the counter at a pharmacy. I had been struggling for weeks in pain not knowing what was wrong and would have to wait over a month for an appointment at the doctors due to the pandemic.
